I found them at the Riverside wedding expo and was really wanting to go with a company in person rather than an online company for my invitations. Unfortunately they were way more expensive than what they say at the bridal expo, I ended up spending way over $1,000 which was way over our budget. The planning process was pretty smooth, until they wouldn’t respond to my emails, calls, messages, etc for over a month. I thought they were out of business and that they took our money and ran (not the case). But getting a response from them took forever and after it goes into “production” they barely communicate with you unless you communicate first. Then they had technical difficulties printing and I ended up getting my invitations later than I wanted and paid for. Honestly out of my whole planning experience, this company was the most stressful part. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Although the invitations came out decently nice (some did not), it wasn’t worth the headache this company gave.
THEY CAUSED ME SO MUCH STRESS THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! OVERPRICED INVITATIONS AND HORRIBLE RENTAL SERVICE! THEY SHOWED UP 2.5 HOURS LATE TO MY WEDDING WITH THE RENTALS WE PAID FOR!! MY FLORIST WAS ON TIME AND ENDED UP HAVING TO LEAVE BECAUSE SHE HAD ANOTHER WEDDING TO SET UP FOR SO MY HUSBAND AND OUR WEDDING PARTY HAD TO SET UP ALL THE FLOWERS IN THE VENUE BECAUSE WE DIDNT HAVE LINENS ON THE TABLES AND NO CHAIRS!!! THEY ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED!!! WE PAID A DEPOSIT OF $900 AT A BRIDAL SHOW AND LATER ON THEY COULDNT FIND THEIR RECEIPT PROVING WE HAD PAID! BTW THE BRIDAL SHOW SPECIAL IS A LIE, YOU CAN JUST WALK INTO THEIR SHOP AND GET THE SAME DEAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SPECIAL DAY AND YOU DO NOT DESERVE THAT HEADACHE ON YOUR WEDDING DAY!
This printer does a beautiful job I am very satisfied with my invitations. However that is negated by the fact that they are unresponsive. I have been told that they have difficulty receiving emails which I do not understand given they send proofs via email. I am waiting now for a full week for a response. As a bride with a full plate I dont need the stress of an unresponsive printer. I see from the other comments this is a consistent problem. Maybe more reviews will help them understand the value of communication. This seems to be something that can be easily fixed.
So upset with the service I received from My Luxe Wedding. They were unfortunately the only vendor that we could go to through our venue (Los Coyotes County Club) for wedding invitations. From the lack of communication, misleading promises & POOR PRODUCTION quality. We paid a good amount of money to upgrade our invitations and received invitations that when touched, would remove the ink! THE INK! And when I mentioned this to Nida, all I got was I will speak to production about this -- because we were so short on time, we were forced to send our invitations that way.My Luxe Wedding is the only vendors we had a hard time working with. They were so unprofessional and I was not pleased with the service I received from them. if you have the option, I do not recommend going with them for your wedding invitations.
Tried contacting this company for my wedding invites through website, email and Instagram for nearly a month now. Not a single response back. Will be taking my business else where.
Hands Down 5/5 Stars! I would highly recommend to any of my friends/family members planning a wedding in Orange County. As a full time working bride with my full time working groom, we were crunched on time, but The Luxe Invitations were still able to get it done and exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for all of their beautiful work! A wedding invitation is important as it is an opening statement to your wedding day.I found The Luxe Invitations through my wedding venue, Los Coyotes Country Club in Buena Park, CA. My fiance and I picked out the customization of our invitations with the owner, Nida, who was knowledgeable on the wording and formalization of everything- I appreciate her experience. Although Los Coyotes Country Club gave us a credit towards each invitation, we did select and pay an additional fee for upgrades but that was to be expected. Im thrilled with the way they came out! So worth it!From our initial meeting with Nida, I received an email from Sepi who handles the digital proofs for the company. The next day, Sepi emailed me the initial draft which we made edits to. Sepi made the changes we requested promptly and got our approval before sending it off to printing. The prints came out clean and elegant and so perfect.I put a stamp on each return-postcard then I took the invitations off to the US post-office to be weighed. The post office can either stamp your envelopes and you pay whatever amount, or you can purchase stamps and put them on each invitation. I ended up selecting two flower stamps to put on each one of my invitations (all 130). Just like that they were off!I keep my parents invitation separately so I could hand it to them. They loved the invitations! Within days, my mom and my fiances mom were getting phone calls complimenting us on the invitations. I have been receiving my RSVP cards and I will be working with Luxe Invitations for name cards (after I get each guests meal choice) and Im really looking forward to it!Im so glad we went with The Luxe Invitations and I would highly recommend to all!
