Very bad editing dont go this place is not even clean from inside. Very simple and not cut out correctly. They call you and dont answer back when you are available. The one that did mine told me Well you have to come pick them up or else we throw them away since its the end of the year. They talk to you in a really rude way.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This guys are not a professional business they lost your order they keep blaming each other I been waiting for my order for 3 weeks already they promised something different service really bad.

I recommend them for the quality, good price and fast turn around all our printing customer service Patricia has always helped me with her with any changes on my orders with no complain and has provided excellent service.

I’ve order a pair of simple magnet advertising decals from Patricia, I even provided the design & paid in full.Long story short.Patricia never gave me my product on time or as she promised, then she made excuses after excuses.I asked for my money back she said no. I never got my decals nor my money back. This person has no customer service nor the skills to run a small printing business. Horrible experience and horrible place to do business. DON’T GO THERE.....

Good service. I liked the design they made for my taqueria. Had to wait a little longer then expected for my order but over all did a great job with the design of my order. Really liked how they made my flyers, my business cards, and our employees polo shirts. Missing one star because of the waiting period. But other then that I would continue working with them.

A friend sent me to this place. And OMG! worst place ever. I paid almost $300 dllrs for biz cards. I should have known better and shopped this around but I figured since they were recommended they would be worth it. They havent gotten me my cards. They do not want to refund my money and are now telling me its going to take yet another week to have them printed and delivered. Now I understand sh** happens but this is ridiculous. They might be good for cheap cards but for detailed ones?? NO WAY! Take your biz elsewhere! They deserve no stars for bad customer service and poor biz ethics.

ZERO STARS The worst business ethics ever! And not only did they screw up with me. There was another customer there at the same time that had a massively screwed up. GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

They never have copies... either they ran out of paper or they machine is not working....

They do not know anything about how to treat a client, many errors in the words, I had to correct 3 times until the address was wrong. and they didnt put pictures that I said and they still say he wants everything perfect they are arrogant. And they did not open at the time it says.

Do not look at the bad reviews they ask for money in advance and the quality of the work is bad I do not recommend this place do not waste your money I do not pay cheap spend an amount do not pay 5 dollars and they come out with this. I ordered cards with envelopes and she gives me extra envelopes, she telling me that they were extras that I would keep them and as I am going to use envelopes with the reverse address, I would understand that they would be wrong with a few but 50 damaged envelopes does not make sense. The other envelopes came out stained that does not look professional. Just as they charge in advance so let it be the quality of work that they are supposed to be professionals. They say one thing and come out with other prices and the hour of the hour is more money.

Terrible service both at the counter and on the phone they charge you and then they take more than time k they tell you to deliver what is k you order if it is x phone n they attend you or they leave you waiting and if it is at the counter I also do not recommend it
