Ana the owner is my go to! I love the whole experience and she’s super professional! She trained all her staff, so I’m sure everyone is great! Can’t wait to get a facial!Update: just got my first Ritual Facial with Ana and it was bu far the best facial I’ve ever received! So worth every $. My skin felt amazing, it was relaxing and the products she used smelled so good. I can’t wait to go back!

Went in with Georgiana for under arms waxing. She was gentle, very nice and I overall loved my experience with her. Will go again.

The wonderful ladies here make the appointments enjoyable! I used to sugar myself and then stopped due to it being faster to just go back to shaving. However, all those pitfalls reminded why I started sugaring previously: less frequency of hair growth, hair grows back finer, and no more underarm pigmentation. I really do like this place. Super cute in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana. Prices are reasonable & service is great. Only downfall is the parking situation. Theres either street or garage parking that comes with a fee. If youre not going to be there that long, I would suggest street parking if you can find it. Would definitely recommend this place!

I went to Downtown Sugar for a while. Then, a couple years ago, I started going to a sugaring studio closer to my work. Long story short, I didnt like the customer service at that other studio, so I decided to go back to Downtown Sugar. My sugarist was Ruby, and she was awesome! Getting bikinis or Brazilians are always a little awkward, but she made me feel very comfortable. She was so sweet and the whole studio was extra clean and hygenic (COVID). Even though this studio is a little out of my way, Ill continue sugaring services here due to the great customer service!

I saw Kiersten for a Brazilian and it was fabulous. I have been getting waxed for the past year and after todays visit, I never want to go back to waxing. While not completely pain free, it was MUCH less painful than waxing and didnt take that much longer. Kiersten was gentle and thorough, friendly and professional.I am from out of state visiting family and was relying on my aunt for a ride. My aunt thought my appointment was a half hour later than I had scheduled and so I was running late. I called the store to them know I would be 10 minutes late and they were very understanding.I wish I lived here so I could see Kiersten every month!

Ive had very good experiences for the last few years Ive come here. Ive received service from a variety of their staff and their service has been consistently great. Since switching over to sugaring Ive felt a difference in my skin and dont suffer from irritated skin as I did before with waxing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try out sugaring.

I came here for a Brazilian - had one about 10 years ago and was traumatized. I decided to give it a try and came across this place. The reviews were great and the place looked clean and legit. I made an appointment with Jesse. She was beyond professional and friendly and made the experience pleasant. She told me the first time would be the roughest but every other time it would get easier. Well boy oh boy was she right. I was scared to go but she made me feel comfortable during the uncomfortableness. She encouraged me the whole way through lol. Anyhow I made it through the first session and the hairs grew back so fine and just got done with my second session and it was such a big difference. Again she was beyond nice and professional and I’m thankful for that. I was in and out in no time. I am definitely coming back here for life. I love the results and will never go back to shaving!!!

I used to drive to the end of the 55 at Newport to get sugared so Im so happy I found Downtown Sugar, its 2 miles away from home. I dont have a particular girl that I go with, its whoever is there when I make my appt and they have all been great!

WARNING: HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!!! I mean it. I am big on hair removal I like to think its my thing. Ive always waxed at home but after doing my own everything for years I decided to give my back a rest and find a place to call home. Ive opt for threading because my skin is very very sensitive but it hurts SO much. The sugar is very gentle on your skin and the estheticians have their technique down. Regrowth is minimal and gets thinner and thinner every time. I recommend Carolina or Jessi for brazilian, arms, and legs. Ana is an artist with brows.

This place is wonderful! They offer a wide variety of services from head to toe. The esthetcians are fantastic, especially Andrea. They are very professional yet casual in approach...everyone Ive seen has conversated with me in the same way my girlfriends do. The environment is unmatched by any other beauty bar in North county.

My sugar wasnt as thorough, but it could have been the provider. Would try it again anyway. They were so nice to accommodate running late.

I dont normally leave reviews but I was impressed with the service here. I stopped in the area during a roadtrip, and found this place online. Surprisingly, I found an appointment for the same day! I booked an appointment for half leg and my first brazilian. I went in feeling a little anxious, but Carly was so down to earth and professional! She made me feel so comfortable and did a really thorough job! I will definitely stop by here again when Im in the area and need sugaring!
