Great gym but people need to learn how to rerack their weights. It was kinda really hard to find the weights. Also please fix the nozzles for the disinfectant spray bottles please!Equipment and space were great tho

The stationary bikes must have been tweaked. Im certain the resistance levels have been increased to maximize effort. Nice joke. There is no way all these lay-offs from working out could have left me in such a poor state of conditioning.Its good to go back. The place is so spacious you have plenty of room to maintain social distancing. Called first and they said entire facility is open, including saunas.

Mostly swimming I dont do weight lifting only leg-ups hanging on bar so not much to command over floor stuffs, yet spaciously airy to say the least. Pool size however is tiny incompatible to such large facility. Outdoor but just merely 22 yards length my estimate. Wish Esporta would rebuild it bigger to the standard 25-m lanes.

Nice gym, they are always doing small upgrades to equipment / layout which is nice, but after work it gets insanely busy and the locker room gets a messy/no paper towels.

Little bit of a story...but worth the review. You may or may not know that this establishment is a rendition of LA Fitness clubs. That being said, I dont tend to be observant when I go to the front desk of a club..especially when I have been going for so long. I am a lifetime membership holder so I go quite a bit. Any ways, about three years ago I show up one morning to find my LA Fitness dark and vacant. Literally one day it was here the next day it was not. I call La Fitness customer service and they say that location is no longer running... Obviously. Iask where the newest location is. They say directly down the street eSports. I role in and am blown away. The amenities are none stop...clean....equipment updated. .service .. great. I was beyond appreciative of the upgrade...this place is my favorite place to work out. I go there and use my membership to mentally recover as well as physically too. I make use of both wet and hot saunas...best part of my membership. The only thing that try he other location had that this does not is a indoor hot spa. Not complaining just wishing. Love this gym.

It’s a good gym, has everything I need. However, the people who use it are awful. Weights scattered everywhere, no one puts things back, no one wipes down equipment after use, etc. it’s super annoying to hunt for weights and take stacks of weights off machines that were left on. Zero etiquette found here.

I wish they turn on the AC often specially during summer since this is a indoor no open windows gym

Clean not overly crowded some lunks but I suppose its somewhat of a more serious gym lots of classes/courses available all age groups.

This gym is clean. The equipments are modern and easy to use. In Covid 19 protection, They follow IDC very well to keep members social distant. Hopes, they open all the indoor poolsAdd more dance classes soon. All kind of activities in the water as swimming, moving are healthy and strong for our health, our body.

Clean, somewhat dark decor, smells a little like scented oil, decent selection of equipment, most everything is upstairs.

Nice showers. Not too crowded. Great compared to La Habra location. Enough machines / weights of all sorts.

One of my favorite LA fitness locations. Even with the lockdown restrictions and the wait to get in, it still has some of the best equipment.

Forgetting all the minor details and complaints that casual Karens might make. This really is the best LA Fitness location in a 50+ mile radius. Signature clubs included. If you want to lift you show up here, there is plenty of equipment and plenty of space. If you just want to set up for some deadlifts in some corner then you can. You wont get nagged at for making a little bit of noise.Just dont be a douche, clean up after yourself.

Dirty gym now not like golds

The gym is well maintained and is fine to visit. Im not too sure about the negative reviews, I too have been attending this location since it was Golds Gym and it seems the same if not better to me. Although I dont see cleaning crews all the time, the gym and the (womens) bathroom seems clean and always stocked. Since the transition to LA Fitness, the gym aesthetic looks more clean and not dingy like before. The customer service is not amazing, the front desk people seem to have this fear of a friendly hello (if they say anything at all). The girls Ive encountered look at me, hand me the beeper and give me a half smile. I find myself saying hello to them! But people are people. Oh and the music is considerably louder than before and some of the treadmill machines need fixing (only ones Ive noticed). If you come here, youll at least enjoy a clean gym.

Great place to work out. They fixed a lot of the equipment and took out the movie room but best part after workout is that steam room.

Signed up for 1 month membership, signed me a up for a year. Saw reviews of this happening in the past, re-iterated and even stated “This is not a contract correct?” Jose I think his name was assured me it was only a 1 month membership (There for work). Spent 10 hours disputing charges. Will never give this company another penny. AWFUL!

They will continue to charge your card, even if you call to cancel ! Dont sign up with them !Also! Tried to call in out of the blue, havent talked to them in practically months, and they picked up and slammed the phone on the hook after the second time calling, without even answering the first! As if theyve got caller ID. Lol. Dont sign up with these guys, very unethical.

Since LA Fitness has taken over, everything has gone down hill. The staff, the quality of equipment and amenities, the cleanliness, EVERYTHING has gone way down hill. I have had so many problems with not getting refunded for an inaccurate charge. They dont follow through with their word and they lie about their policies. If this wasnt the only gym in walking distance I would switch gyms in a heartbeat. BRING GOLDS BACK!

Facilities clean decor/layout great fitness room is tight and SHOWERS /water pressure is TERRIBLE. Consider extra time due to very low water pressure!!! 30 mins to clean/shampoo

LA Fitness dont seem to care about anything; they already got all the golds gym customers, and now theyve only gone down hill.Broken machines for weeks after I brought it to their attention...I mean, what are we paying all yall for? to be lazy and rearrange all the equipment, because thats all you cant get enough of, always changing the floor plan... this staff gets paid for nothing,Broken machines, checkDirty floors, checkBroken and dirty bathrooms, checkLazy staff, checkStupid floor plan, checkThey should have closed this location, not the Tustin one, that was SO MUCH BETTER!!!

Open floor plan, good color scheme, great set of weights. Im glad LA acquired this location and shut the old on down. This is a MASSIVE upgrade from where we were.

Listen up corporate! This gym used to be Golds gym, at which they had completely higher standards. Since the new Lafitness takeover, the gym is being ran be incompetent managers. To make matters worse, the gym is now disgustingly filthy. Golds had cleaning staff all day and night! Now floors are gross, restroom stalls without toilet paper, trash cans over-flowing...etc! This is what Im paying for?!?! You cut group exercise classes because youre too cheap to buy into great programs like Les Mills and Bolly X?? Im embarrassed to say I come to this disgusting gym. Im not sure how much I will last and I know MANY other members are feeling the same way Im feeling and are ready to take our business elsewhere! Show some effort and give us a clean functional gym! Today I went to the club to go for a swim and I accidentally forgot one of my bags in the locker room of the women’s bathroom. I had valuable items left in the bag that remained in the locker four hours after I left the bag. I realize this later in the evening and when I called the club, Arissa promptly greeted me and provided professional customer service for my situation. She proceeded to search all the lockers for my bag and she found it for me and put it aside for me to pick up. Losing something is the worst feeling and I am so appreciative that Arissa helped me get my things back. Thank you Arissa for your great service, professionalism, and kindness. I honestly never get experiences like this from LA fitness staff members, but this club in particular is very amazing and I will keep coming back to this club because they do the best job around. I cannot thank you enough Arissa!! 🙌🏻Keep up your great work.

I love the new remodel they just finished doing. Pretty busy lately in the morning 6-8. Ok there religiously.

I came here when it was Golds. Most of the machines are still here. Equipment wise its good. Mens WET SAUNA STINKS LIKE S SEWER. I dont think it may even be safe. I felt sick after coming out of there!

This woman harassed me when Im was working out and pointed to staff and didnt do anything about it, at least tell her not to talk to me and as soon as I leave the gym she leaves right after me. She didnt even stay on the machine. Im upset

Highly disappointed it doesnt have carpet so I could see the stains and grime surrounding me. Very unfortunate that theres a lot more space, Im so used to being suffocated in the musk and odor of everyone tucked so close to me while working out

Everything has been a pain in the rear since it changed to la fitness. Very disorganized, accidentally signed me up on someone else’s account when taking my old golds key tag and giving me a la fitness one and the list goes on. Just signed up with another gym that’s much farther away and it’s already been so worth it.

Mens sauna needs major maintenance! People tripping over broken wood in there. Its been like that for 2 weeks now..

Way too crowded ever since they took out a third of the machines for their expensive personal training sessions.

I’ve Been going to this gym for three years now this gym is under a new management “La Fitness” and they’ve done a horrible job maintaining the bathrooms clean being very unsanitary before they were clean also the new people here do not re-rack there weights putting the 100 dumbbells were the 40 dumbbells go in overall it’s been very different ever since golds gym left.

After the remodel there are less machines then previously? Who ever idea was it to remove machines needs to get a reality check. Probably gonna lose people because they are clearly delusional on why people go to the gym.
