I applied for a job here and was contacted by Katie via zip recruiter and set up a time for an interview. Katie then never called me for the interview she scheduled and then ended the conversation on zip recruiter so that I could not message her back. I understand that they may have decided to go in a different direction for hiring but it was completely unprofessional for her to leave me waiting for my interview when she could have simply sent me a message to cancel it or let me know that it just wasnt going to work out. If people like Katie are responsible for hiring and interviewing people then I can only imagine what the rest of the company is like and how they do business.

They also have a great pulse on maintaing a high level of quality candidates to work with. Horrible management of the recruiting process. Was told I would receive a call back the same day and never did. Called the next day since I was given verbal confirmation I got the job but no follow up. I accepted the offer given and have not heard nothing since..This was working for Itella I guess is the clients name.

I used skillset to find our Engineering Manager for our Aerospace heat treating company (just got bought out by PCC ) and they did a superb job. If you need candidates in Aerospace, use this company, I highly recommend the management.

I dont recommend this agency, they set you up on jobs with a toxic work atmosphere and if you dare choose to leave or end that assignment the recruiter takes it personal and holds your check back for weeks..i still havnt been payed its been a month..dont take the friendly talk at first guys your dealing with a power hungry narcessist recruiters that wants to trap you and your talents!..

This is one of the worst experience I had with an Employment Agency, I had posted my Resume on Monster looking for a full time job through company, the Job recruiter Brian had called me because he had seen my resume and wanted to set up an interview . He then offered me a position for shipping saying it was a full time position and also mentioned it was long term . As soon as I started working the people at the company I was working for told me it was only temporary and did not have anything for me to clock in and out of work They were supposed to record the hours I work by showing up to work but never Did .

What work is it, I would like to know, I live in Los Angeles.
