Stay Away At all COST!!!! They took $400 from us and never sent any service. We asked them to refund our money and they declined. They were rude and unprofessional. They are basically thieves, no other words to describe it. They are basically thieves, no other words to describe it. We explained to them that this money belongs to a woman who is terminally ill with cancer that has 5 small kids and they simply didnt care. Just terrible.

I love this agency, they are very kind, trustworthy and they have always answered my need for help. When I had to change city, they supported me so that when I arrived in Chicago, I had someone to help me at home, especially with the child. Thank you for your support.

I don’t know how this business if still functioning. I called them and requested a live in nanny for my two kids. Within 1 hour, she claimed that she has some girls for me to interview but knew absolutely nothing about them . I asked her what their age was and she had no clue. She told me she will call me back with more information and of course never did. Terrible service!!!

This is a fraudulent company operating without a business license as well as providing undocumented candidates to work In your home and with your child !!!! If u need to verify them call the city of Santa Ana. They also have u pay a finders fee which is illegal so they cross it out on their application and call it the first week of pay for the babysitter/housekeeper but the agency keeps it . They also only takecash which that alone should be a red flag. What motivated me to investigate the agency was the past two bad experiences I have personally had with the housekeepers/nannys physically abusing my children and tieing them to the bed.

Maria America is a referral service, they dont hire illegals, they dont hire anybody. its a Referral service, and there is a fee, but for any company that you go to they will charge a fee.my experience with them was great. every thing made sense and got the job done for my kids to be safe at home with out a worry . my mom used them when i was a kid and im using them now.its better then paying 500$ for child care and most of you that have kids would know thats expensive,so for most of the people complaining, you are probably the ones trying to low ball the nannys / housekeepers . you get for what you pay. point blank .

Run from this agency. Took my money (cash only). Nanny cancelled and I never received a replacement or got my money refunded. I think we all need to join forces and stop this fraudulent company. Im very sorry that I didnt do more research before giving them money.

This company is been around for over 2 decades or longer....my mom use to work for the agency....and she told me that the agency charges the client a fee for finding someone to work,and employee-illegal alien has to pay the agency to look for work for them....The agency always charges for each job to hire illegal aliens...and the agency also charge the illegals a fee between $100.00-$200.00 and the agency always want CASH ONLY...The agency use that term that their going to help them with a job...but they need to pay the fee first for each job they get them...Maria America Agency is ripping off people left and right...Everyone needs to put a stop to all this......REPORT THEM TO ICE....IMMIGRATION....AND THEY WILL GET A FINE FOR HIRING ILLEGALS....
