I recommend this agency to anyone who looking for experience to work with kids. You are able to create your own schedule which is extremely convenient. If you are going to school or work another job, this agency is able to give you flexibility. Also, I’ve been able to increase my pay by taking more units.

I been working constantly for this company since 2013. Unfortunately, the policy of this company for the teachers members are not fair. Speaking for myself, i am a certified profesional with a degree in the area of especialización to care young children with more than 25 years. However, I found been paying a miserable pay rating compared with other coworkers. I was been working without medical insurance, none other benefits. I was been awarded as a teacher of the year at the beginning of my entrance into this company, but my records holds a sad ratings to prevent any increases in hourly pay. As contractors, I can’t accept any job offer from other employers if it’s pay a large fees. I am surviving Summer time with 16-20 hours a week @ 15.00 dollars an hour. Hoping to find another job without paying extra charges to them. Not recommendable.
