10/10 would absolutely recommend Spot Dye Wizard. I messed up and spilled bleach on my carpet...and I thought it was ruined for sure. I had estimates done and it was going to cost a LOT to replace. I genuinely thought replacement was the only option because this wasnt a spot, it was like 200 little spots. Frank explained the process to me and given his experience and examples I figured Id give it a shot because I really had nothing to lose. Suffice to say, Im BLOWN AWAY with the results. It straight up looks like nothing ever happened. He came in, neutralized the bleach, started working his magic and it was done in no time. Frank is super knowledgeable, he explains everything, and works very quickly. He followed all Covid guidelines as did I and now Im sitting here with a huge problem solved at a fraction of the cost of replacement. It was ready to walk on immediately and I can clean it the same way I would as if it never happened. I am SO excited to post about Spot Dye Wizard (Frank), all I can say is WOW! and what a find. I was so bummed I had ruined my brand new jute rugs from Oxy Clean bleach stains(dont ever use cuz bleaches out). I called a few carpet repair companies and 2 places said we have this amazing dye artist that will do all he can because they couldnt repair so I took his. number. I called Frank at Spot Dye Wizard and he said send pics, after I sent the pics he said wow thats worse than I thought but he didnt say impossible and quit. I am beyond thankful as he went above and beyond and my jute rugs are in the house like new and not in the trash. YOU RULE and he must go in your contacts. Thank you!!!
