I decided to try this car wash today, I always see people here and I assumed it was great, so I got the $28 car wash, I was watching the gentleman finish my car, once he was done he called me over, I did not see a manager or supervisor come to my car to see if the job was great as per there website says, I didnt check the vehicle cause I was in a hurry but when I got to my destination I did a quick look and I saw that there was still dirt on my back bumper, on my wheels and rime and there where tiny scratches from the microfabric tells they use. This was a horrible experience and will not be coming here again or recommending anyone to come here... I could of given my 10yr old a water hose and towel and would of gotten a better outcome

I love this place. $100 full detail, wax, on a HUGE Chevy truck!!! And I must mention, all the girls “cashiers” are super friendly & professional! RUBY in particular is just the sweetest thing. I purchased a sun visor and forgot it OVER A MONTH AGO!!!!! ….NOT only did they still have it up front with my name and number on it….but she had informed everyone to keep it up front for me. YOU JUST DONT GET CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT OFTEN. 100% recommend them, as the entire staff is MORE than professional….THEY ARE FRIENDLY!

I have 3 different cars that I have been washing here for a while because this car wash is conveniently located and relatively fast. However, I feel the more business your bring them the more poorly they treat you.Last week, I had my third and last unpleasant experience with them; excluding the occasional missing scent, dirty window glasses and poorly performed vacuuming...I know they close at 6pm so I called at 5pm and said I will be there in 15 minutes and I was assured that was okay as long as I am not there after 5:30pm.I got there at exactly 5:15pm (45 minutes before they close) as I know they are extremely rigid about everything but to my surprise they did not accept my car and told me they are already closed, although there were other cars getting washed right in front of my eyes.These are very lazy and extremely unprofessional people and neither value their customers time nor business and I definitely expect much more than this mediocrity for a $100+ wash!!!You do not deserve my money and I will take my business somewhere else where they are honest, respect their displayed business hours and care about their customers.

I go here twice a month and get the ultimate Wash for 28 bucks. They do a fantastic job

I have been coming to this car wash since I was a little kid with my mother Im now 61 years old and Im still coming to this car wash that means that no matter what Ive always gotten the kind of service that I really enjoy they do a great job the great people and hopefully one day Ill be bringing my granddaughter to this place so she can watch the cars go through you. I give it five stars I highly recommended I have a membership and it will continue as such for as long as they will have me.

Worst decision ever make,,I bring my car on Saturday,I dont know what products they used to wash cars,they did some scratches on my semi new car,,,what kind of job is this,they dont take care of customers cars,,

My Dad always washes his car here and once we came in the manager asked us what wash do we want but first my dad said I want to wash the seats. and the Manager tells my dad we don’t have time and we also saw how bad he was treating other customers. And my Dad left really mad because of what the manager did to my dad and thee way he was treating his customers. (Do not recommend going here)

Is average not great, they did good on the exterior but the interior not satisfied they missed a lot of spots just for basic vacuuming, I’ll say the price was okay.

Ive been here couple times already, and the service has been good. I always get the 28 dollar wash and sometimes I get the spray wax for 5 more bucks. Over all ill give it a 4 star, but today it deserved a 2 star. After I got my truck back, I didnt do the loop around my car as usual to verify that everytjing was clean; I trusted these guys too much today. I stopped at the store to buy something and when I came back I notice the driver side door were dirty from the middle down. Ill upload pictures so you guys can see what I am talking about. They have been doing good until today, I was thinking on bring it later on for the interior detailing but after this I thinnk ill try a differnt place.

Horrible !! never coming back again, my new car got couple of deep scratches, manager is rude and not even provide incident form to fill out a report, I paid $35 to wash my car and now have to buff out all scratches over $200

Fairly cheap car wash ($5 for standard wash).Afterwards you can use the vacuum cleaners for free to clean your car. They kindly request to only clean for 10 minutes but if its not busy no one minds you staying longer.

A little more expensive than other car washes we have used in the LA area. The workers did an excellent job on cleaning the truck.

First time here today. Paid for the daily special and got my moneys worth. My car was dirty and they left it looking like new. I will definitely come back.

You pay $28 for a car wash service and dont even receive a spray wax. As well as i had water spot in some parts of the vehicle anndd not properly vacummed under the matts. The value of the $28 package seems the same as $23 package and not even good service.Not worth coming here if your looking for a decent price with good quality service....

Terrible work at this carwash. The car was still dirty as you can see in the photos and I had to fluff out two of the floor mats myself and they had the nerve to hanker for more tips. Not to mention they might have damaged my rear seat with something sharp that tore the leather and poked a hole in the door handle.

My friend suggested this place and i tried it for the first time. They didnt touch most of the interior parts which was the reason i went there. It looks like cheap but when you get half of the service they promised, it means its super expensive. Will add photos later.

Worst experience ever. Paid for the Ultimate package and ended up wasting another 30 minutes scraping Bugs and other spots off my car after they had supposedly finished it. Complained and got a full refund from the non-apologetic manager. Never will patronize them again.

Never had a bad wash here. The owner/manager seems engaged, front desk girls are always nice and efficient and the guys do a great job. Sometimes they have groupon offers which ups the value proposition even further. I work nearby and this is my go to spot for a wash

The girls at the register here really are the worst. The wash is pretty good but do the girls have an attitude!Three of them sitting there with only one working!They are rude and not the brainiest!Oh well, the wash is good.

I watched the guys washing they miss alot of areas on at least 10 cars they washed. Maybe i am just picky but i would do aMuch better job. Especially if people are watching.

These guys wont clean your car if you dont pay them high bucks. They treat $20 wash as free money for themselves and do not bother to clean the car.I purchased a $20 ultimate wash and the car still had the tree droppings on them after the wash. The manager on the spot asked for $60 more to clean the car. What rubbish? So what about $20 I paid for the wash?

The do a good fast job of vacuuming and wash down. My problem is the wax rinse accumulation on the windshield. The late afternoon glare makes it difficult to see in front of the car.

Good place to get a carwash and any type of detail from a hand wax to interior shampooing. They do a very decent job.

This was the first time Ive washed my car here, I do have a regular place I go to but they were booked to the wazoo. My rims were left dirty and the inside of my car wasnt shiny like I normally get @ my place and it costed more too.

This place sucks!!! If you dont spend $90 or more they do a crappy job. I can pay a crack head on the street to polish my truck for half the price they charge and still do a better job than these clowns.

Love this place and the workers do an excellent job. However, I did have Groupon issues with the management. One day I went to get a detail and they said it was too late then the next time I took time off make sure the Groupon was used they said it was a day late. The management team did not work with me and I lost out on $60.00.

My boyfriend took my car and his car two days in a row, both cars werent great wash! I dont understands why they charge so much yet they dont wash the car right! Last time some guy drove my car he got out of the machine fast he made a sharp turn didnt see the lady he braked on my brakes hard made the noise and I got pissed, my boyfriend went yesterday and I had gaved him three refreshers to black ice when he got home notice that they werent there at all ! dont go here unless you got money to really waste go ahead but you pay for what you want not for a nasty job!

I just went in today I got the $29 dollar wash. I had some cash in the compartment in my car where it was CLOSED that my mom had given me to go pay her phone bill. While I was waiting I thought about going to get some change to tip the guy, but I remembered I left the cash in the car. When it was finished I went in my car and I was going to get one $10 bill and ask the guy for change to tip him, but when I opened the compartment the money was gone. It was $80 I thought I had dropped it in the car so I pulled away but I just couldnt find it. I went in the store and told the cashier girl she stated her manager wasnt there and I left my name and number and she gave me a number to corporate which wasnt even open because its Saturday. Im going back later today with my husband to see if something can be resolved but as of now, this is the worse carwash EVER, I feel completely scammed. UPDATE: We went back and spoke to the manager, Sam. Apparently he made it very clear to not have valuables in your car because they can be stolen ! That they wont be held accountable for any theft. DO NOT take your car here.

I went today (10/13/2012) to wash my brand new Dodge Charger 2012. I took $30 ultimate car with rim shine package. The guy working on the car said it is all done and the car is ready. I went to inspect my car and found zillion of spots on the body of my car still present on my car. I told him that these are not scratches and it should be removed. He removed few of them and then i pointed few more to him. Finally, i gave up. Whats the point of supervising how/what he is doing. I paid $30 not to supervise his work. Then i told him why i have water spots on my car.He answered me in one line: Windex can not remove it. To remove this you need to wax your car. That is bullshit. He was just careless to leave those water drops to dry and hence the water spots. I gave tip to that guy even though he did worst job on my car. I asked to meet the manager and manager did not turn for another 15-20 minutes. I did not see any customer satidfaction attitude in any of the staff there.I am just giving 1 star to this place only because the guy did shine my rims nice.I am not going to this place and would not recommend anyone to go either.TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!!

12/27/2016I have been coming here for years and tipping 5 dollars every wash but yesterday they screwed me. came in at 3:50 wand I wanted them to clean some mud from my back seat they refused but told me they would still do the wash. went in and spoke with a manager he told me there was not enough time because they closed at 5? I offered to pay for a 50 dollar wash and tip the guys extra, the manager disrespected me and told me to take it or leave it but would not still do it. a guy told me that half the employees did not show up to work and they were short. I told the manager there was still an hour left until they closed, but the manager did not care nor refused to fix it. I said after years of service this is how he treated me he then turned around walked away from me! I walked back in and turned in my rewards card. These people do not care, short or not I was disrespected and treated like crap with still an hour left until close. if this is how they treat loyal customers I will never set foot on their property again and for the record my car was only lightly muddy.

The employees are low rent, dont give a hoot about the job. Saw one of the washers straight bump the car in front of the cue because he was too short and misjudged the brake space. Prices are ok though. Definitely not bringing car here again.

Disappointed with the interior cleaning they did in my car. The outside was ok but I got the $20 wash so they could clean the inside, not just vacuum. They didnt vacuum the seats or the very back, only the floors in the front (my car is a small SUV so it has a pull up door for the back). They only wiped down the dashboard. I had to clean it myself afterward because they did the bare minimum to make it look clean at first. I wish I hadnt tipped because later I saw all the spots they missed. Just going to stick with going to the drive through wash for half the price and no tip

Paid $20 for the wash with tire dressing and they didnt dress the tires. Overall experience is poor and dismal. Never paying that much for a car wash again - especially there.

Last time I went they didnt even scrub the top part of my jeep, I told the manager because they charge extra $3 for bigger vehicles but dont bother to do the extra work!! I decided to give them another chance with the Groupon n when I got home I noticed they hadnt even lift up my rug to vacuum underneath, my fault 4 not checking before I left, but I wont even be returning even if its free

(Car Lovers Beware/Dont Let The Ruin Your Tint)I Come to Bristol Speedwash 2-3 time a month for the managers special or a spray wax but today I had the unfortunate problem of my tint being scratched on my passenger & driver side windows after asking that they be extra careful. (Like I always do)I spoke with the manager & was told that there microfiber towels dont scratch tint & he couldnt help me! (Thanks a lot you just lost another customer)Im looking into my legal options I kno its just tint but it cost me a lot & I take care of it well I have no kids so it defintly wasnt me...
