This is the MOST consistent car wash in the area, basically, the only one where you get a true value for what you pay for. The staff is awesome, friendly and thorough. They close the gate early, on weekends the wait is substantial but that’s because they don’t GREAT job. They all are very deserving of tips. Picture of the line, but it moves fast!

This car wash is extremely cheap for the amount of work thats put in! They vacuum and clean the interior depending what kind of Wash you buy. Its fast, thorough and cheap what more could you want from a car wash?I recommend going Tuesday-Thursday for discount deals but its usually busy those days so expect to wait a bit more. Definitely worth the wait though!

Harbor Car Wash was one of the originals in Orange County they’ve been around for many years. That said, my car is alway spot clean and good detailing I couldn’t have been happier with the great service they do.

40 minutes just to get car vacuumed. Everyone moving like, no biggie. They act as though they are the only car wash in town. Ive been here before, dont think Ill be back.

The FIRST time was great. Paid around 22$ Plus tip for a car wash and vacuum with a shiny wipe down. THIS time I asked for the same thing but was offered $35, which I declined. They took an hour and a half!! even though it was dead when I arrived. They didn’t wipe down inside at all. The gentleman was so rude and said it would be $13 extra if I wanted a wipe down. I spoke to the manager, They offered a free car wash next time, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to even wipe the inside with a damp rag. Cashier/manager tried to make it right, but the first guy was so rude I’ll never go back. Not worth returning for even a free wash.

I rate this one star right now... reason for that is that I have went Tuesday afternoon to get a full detail on my truck. They did have did a very poor job liver spots all over my dashboard that were never wipe down dust everywhere still in the nooks and crannies that I can see you from sitting down Windows winning wipe down clean top of my truck some parts are above can wax other parts werent there still yellow the front of my grill was even fully detailed still had dust everywhere on it my seats were soaking wet with black water coming out of it... inside on top of the car still have black stains all over it the only two parts that that I had them do on the back bed polish to Chrome pieces and that was never even done👎👎.... I have paid to $210.00 before tip an plus tip almost $250.. took it back this morning because theres too many things that was not done or clean this is unacceptable. Ill write another review after I pick up my truck let you know the outcome...

I usually like coming here very often, customer service is good, they’re friendly but today was the exception, the guy that took my car was rude, the cashier made no difference, plus I saw they were not using the machines, supposedly broken, people paid for the most expensive ones and were not getting the proper service because they need the machine and they were not letting them know. Mine was full hand washed as well. It’s fine but at least let the people know what’s going on and don’t charge what you’re not going to provide.

We went to to the car wash on Tuesday my husband paid over 200 dollars to get his car detailed they told him it was gonna look new. When we got back to our truck the job they did was very bad not professionally at all parts of the truck was clean other part still dirt stains. They also broke my husbands stereo when he just put a brand new stereo in now it wont work it stays on and does not turn off at all he has to take it of from the fuses or else the battery will die out. Why would my husband have to be doing this. My husband call to see what will they be doing about the situation with the stereo and about the truck. This is the first and the last time we will be taking our cars to get washed at Harbor Car Wash. Very dissatisfied with the car wash. When he ccalle to complain about how they cleaned his truck and broke his stereo they said that they wouldnt give him a free car wash. That will not fix the broken stereo.

I have my car washed here for a long time. It has expanded and has more customers. My last car wash wasnt clean as it used to. Its price is decent comparing to other places nearby. Especially when you purchase pre-purchased booklet

Definitely not like it used to be. Ever since the remodel inside, its not as nice. Prices are almost 50% higher, sales pitches are more persistent, and quality is much less. We always find stuff that was missed.Why spend 20 bucks when I can do it myself for a fraction of the cost and not do a bad job?

I took my car for a Car wash over the weekend and it was the first time I was using this Car Wash Business.The costumer service was great and the service provided it was exceptional.I would recommend this place, if you are near and want your car wash.

Went there during my lunch break thinking 45 minutes to spare before I had to return to work was plenty of time to get a wash....nope! I waited in my truck for about 10 minutes before the porter came and asked what I wanted and then I waited another 25 minutes with no help and no vehicle action in front of me. Finally I just waved the dude down and told him to move the car that was in front of me so I could leave because obviously they werent showing any attention to the cars in my line plus I had to get back to work. So I just spent my lunch break sitting in line at a car wash and received nothing for it! Avoid this place!

The guys here do a really good job cleaning the car thoroughly. Ive gone to some other places and there are places with slightly better prices ($5 - $10 cheaper depending on the wash) but I find this place more thorough with their cleaning.Three stars because the wash takes long. Usually a $30 wash takes them around 1 hour, and when I went for their $90 wash it was about 3 hours for them to complete. I dont know if this is normal for washing times, but Ive come to accept it and I drop off my car for half the day when I need to get a thorough clean.Remember to check in, I recall it being something like every 7th or 10th wash you get a free ($30) wash.

Been washing my car here for nearly 20 years they r very thorough. Its 6 miles away vs the car wash 500 feet from my house but worth it. Owner treat customers well.

The best car wash in Fountain Valley. Be aware that they will try to sell you a more expensive car wash than you need. They do a good job here and if you go early then the wait is not very long.

I think its an ok place to get your car wash but its not great, I got some water marks left cause they dont start drying it right away, one window was down had to roll it up and wipe it by myself, then when I left and got on the freeway later I noticed that they forgot the car scent... I called and they simply tell me oh just come back and well put it on... Mmmm I am on the Freeway many many miles away I know I could have just checked the car at 100% before leaving but then I dont get paid for that they do thats why we come and pay for, I got stuff to do right after.

Was told an hour and half to two hours for the full detail now their saying three hours. Not worth the wait when my car was parked waiting to get washed for 30 minutes when other cars were going in.

I was a 3x a month customer prior to today. Today I went in and the car wash was fine but I have had 2 momentous on my dashboard for over a year. BOTH were taken today. No question they were stolen and I dont get it they were worthless to anyone else.

Favorite car wash in OC. They are fast, thorough, and competitively priced. They are extremely busy on weekends, so try to go in the weekdays for minimal wait and sometimes great deals.

I have been coming to this car wash ever since I have been driving, about 16 years now. I remember when they used to have gas pumps here. I have since moved but when I get a chance visiting family I come and get my vehicles washed here because they usually do a good job.On 2/10/16 I went to get my new truck cleaned before my grandmothers funeral which was the next day. I took a picture of the truck on the line because it was its first time here. After snapping the picture, I notice the truck hopping. The washers yell and whistle then the driver runs and jumps back into my truck and it starts rolling smoothly. The washer turns around and makes a face like whoops we f*$cked up.I then realize that the driver had left my truck in drive and that is why it was hopping when the rollers were trying to push it. Worried about my drivetrain being damaged I went to the cashier to complain and to speak to something in charge. I wanted them to document it just incase the truck would not drive in the same manner as before.This man comes out from the back office and I explain to him what happened. I see him talking to the driver from the window. I ask if I could speak to the owner just to make sure it was documented that they did not have my truck in neutral when it went down the line. She gave me a card with a manager name that had been whited out and a person named Sunny written in place. She said to leave my name and number and I would be called on 2/11/16. Its 2/13/16 and still no call and I figured as much.Just wanted to warn anybody taking their vehicle here to watch it when it goes down the line.;My truck veers slightly to the left now but I will call them Monday and try to speak to this Sunny. Dont waste your hard earned money here and risk your vehicle for people that are not careful with it.To top it off before I left I found the person in the office and he was joking and laughing with his workers in the detailing bay and I asked him what happened. He said the guy left it in gear and then walked away. One of the worst customer experiences I have encountered.
