We move, and all offices are far away from me for change my address i have to go in person to the office and they still sending my insurance to my old address!!! and they dont want accept pays with other credit or debit card with other name on it like my fiance or husband card this suck.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SO GET THIS PEOPLE SO I USED TO GET MY PAYMENT DIRECT DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCT I NEEDED TO STOP IT DUE TO MY PAYDATES AT WORK CHANGING SO THE INCOMPETENT PERSON OVER THE PHONE FAILED TO PROVIDE ME INFORMATION ON THEIR COMPANY POLICYS STATING THAT I HAD TO LET THEM KNOW 10 DAYS PRIOR TO MY PAYMENT ABOUT STOPPING THE DIRECT DEBIT TO STOP THEM FROM DRAFTING THE PAYMENT THESE WERE HER EXACT WORDS TO ME IM SORRY MAAM I CANT HELP YOU OVER THE PHONE YOU NEED TO GO IN PERSON TO ONE OF OUR OFFICES AND SIGN A PAPER TO DO THAT SO I WENT INTO A OFFICE AND EVEN THE GIRL WHO HELPED ME DIDNT EVEN MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE 10 DAY POLICY EITHER! SHE JUST PRINTED THE PAPER AND HAD ME INITIAL IT AND SIGN IT AND I LEFT. SO NOW THEY NOT ONLY DRAFTED THE PAYMENT BUT MY ACCT IS -$115 DOLLARS! AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I CANT GET A REFUND BACK AND THAT THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS FOR ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON THE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE WHO ASSISTED ME! NO I WANT MY MONEY BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCT! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO YOU GUYS EVER!
