“clean” but your neighbors throw thrash at ur balcony and when you consult the office they don’t care.

My girlfriend lives here at this apartments the staff in the office is that worse this guy in the picture try to break up into her apartment twice she even call the police she when to the office to see if they can help all she got is “ we can do anything he pays his rent” since this guy lives in the same complex in the picture shows his apartment number they follow the guy now she is really stressed out that this is happening and that staff in the office don’t even bother to do there Job for ones instead just seating in the office.

They are very expensive apartments for such a small apartment. It says $1,600 but your actually paying $1,900 dollars a month for only 1 bedroom apartment! You also have to pay for trash and the microwave and oven came nasty they never cleaned it! Not recommend to live here they steal your money! The manager is very rude !!!!!!!!!!

Been living here for about 4 months and so far it’s great, parking is great we have parking for our cars, it’s nice and quiet here, very big apartment with big rooms. I’m happy to be here

Apartment manager stole $100 from my mother & I. She lied about giving us the money & never did. Ladies also always out eating.

Great property and staff is a pleasure to work with. Not like other post no issue with an infestation. Manager is pleasure and is very helpful.

They dont let kid enjoy life

Apartment complex is roach infested. Property management work with tow trucks to tow as many cars as possible, even from your own carport.

This place is a ripped off and they dont give you your money back, if the manager dont approve you for getting a apartment here.

Worst place to live!!!Main person at the office is rude, two face and doesnt care about what you need!Cockroaches all over the place (the HUGE ones) especially at dark beware if your on the pool.

They have a volleyball court and one would assume that you can play with a ball on it, guess what youre wrong. You cant play with a ball because balls are not allowed. So then whats the point of having a volleyball court?

It is a beautiful place, it has green areas and it has space for children to play. I recommend it.
