Love shopping at Sams. Price for things I use is good. Value of products is great. Check out is always fast. It is a great place to shop for what is needed.

Best bargains today was the Bounty Paper Towels and Charmin Toilet Paper. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very clean and organized. Quick check out. Love shopping at this location. I highly recommend this shopping club.

Sams Club carries products not available in the local supermarkets.Furthermore, Sams Club has special cold rooms for dairy and fresh lettuce products. Thus, their salad kits dont contain brown lettuce.Save mucho $$$ when you shop at Sams Club 😎

Seems like a popular location, but the staff has it under control. The lines move fast, the store was stocked with nothing missing in the late afternoon. Really good experience.

Grab a cart from the parking lot. The stalls tend to over flow and this helps out. Be prepared for some price increases like at other stores as well as shortages ie; fresh chicken wings.

Good prices and good selection. Only problem there is no deli. I could not find Land O Lakes white American cheese. Had to go to BJS for that.

This location has very friendly staff and the store is decent. Not a huge location but has what you need. The only thing we really do not like is every single time we self check out, an associate is asking us to upgrade our card. The first 3 times was fine but it gets old having to explain why we choose not to. Otherwise, great place to shop!

I attempted 5 times to call customer service on a Sunday. I called and talk to 3 people. You would think someone would know the return or exchange policy. This should have been a quick and simple conversation about what I was trying to do ! I love coming in the store but calling no one answers the phone. Sam club, please do better!

It was okay. We are new members. Found a lot of items out of stock and the parking lot was cart city. Store was on the cleaner side of wholesale clubs. I did find some items more expensive than target.

I can always find what I need and more. I love the scan and go option on the Sams Club app which allows me to avoid lines as well as direct contact. I was even able to buy my alcohol on the app, I just had to show my app receipt and ID at the door.

So annoying that I do club pick up pretty much weekly. Every week I have missing items. I typically have at least 1 or more expired products or products that expire within 48 hours. Today I finally had enough and tried again to call and ask for reimbursement after several items missing and charged as well as expired products. The manager said come into customer service. THE WHOLE POINT OF PICK UP IS NOT COMING INTO THE STORE! Plus the line at customer service is always a mile long! For THEIR ERRORS! Two cases of milk that expire tomorrow. Piles of veggies expired already and items that never made it to my car but I was charged for. On top of it, if items arent available it doesnt tell you or notify you so better remember what it was thats missing before you try to cook! Most definitely NOT renewing.

Store was dirty, Many items had no price. The few shopping carts that were available had garbage in them. This was the worst shopping experience Ive had.

Pizza is good and cheap.. BUT, it took 2 hours yesterday on the phone and an hour today in the store to fix an issue with my membership. I prefer BJS wholesale over Sams club as they take coupons and I find better deals there and better customer service. But at least Sams has a tasty food court

I have called several days in advance to place several bakery orders and the last four, yes FOUR times they haven’t been able to find it!!!! This last time I called on a Wednesday to place a order for a Saturday pickup, called Friday to follow up so I wouldn’t have this happen. And guess what!?!? They didn’t have it!!!!!

The layout isnt ideal, no drive up location to load vehicle. Also the scan & Go app is great except when your leaving because it turns it too scan, go & have two people dig through your cart and count putting your food on the floor..... also the customer service is Horrible!!!!!!!!!!Customer service is getting better

This is a great place to shop in bulk for large families. They have a large selection on items from food to clothing and more. The only thing that I would love for them to have is bags. So bring your reusable shopping bags.

Been a member for over 14yrs and have had some minor issues, nothing special.Yesterday I waited over 20min while at the counter/register.A Mr. Khaviya spelling might be wrong.He asked if I needed help I replied said yes. He then proceeds to help the person behind me. I then asked for a store manager he said he is a supervisor.I explained to him I had been waiting long enough he said well my issue is more than just checking out.So I was confused because he just stated he was a supervisor. Everybody from the pharmacy to the door greeter, and everyone in between are helpful and polite. Sams has tons of products as you would expect. Their ready to cook meals are fresh, tasty, and made with quality food. I would recommend Sams. The savings from the membership pay for itself.

Phoned(5) times into the Sanford Fl. automotive location. No one has ever answered the phone. How can you see if they are finished with your car so you can pick it up? Makes no business sense to not answer the phones. Management needs to be made aware of this shortcoming.

Shopping was great but the food is really gone downhill the pizza was the worst weve ever had we didnt even eat it we threw it out because it been sitting in the case probably forever and the hot dog also had sat in the case forever and was horrible dont think Ill be eating it Sams anytime soon

Sams club is sams club. Its big and basically a monument to American excess. Some things are a great deal, like a lot of frozen foods. Meat quality is good.

This used to be my Sams of choice until they built the new one a few years ago on OBT. Anyways, we were near this one and decided to stop in. I still prefer this location more but the other is more convenient for me plus no I4 traffic. This place is always full of product and has a good selection of items.

Great location when you need to goto a few other stores. This Sams usually has everything in stock. The fruits and veggies are fresh and many options. Now if your going for the beef.. expect to pay some hefty hefty prices..

They always have toilet paper and food and plenty of water for these hard times. Worth shopping here. Would definitely recommend.

Love their meats and selection and not the same quality as Walmart grocery. The meat is the same supplier as Publix meat. But for a lot cheaper. And with the plus card you get cash back towards purchase of items or renewing your card towards the end of the year. Youre saving money on groceries plus youre getting free money towards more groceries 😊

I was so happy they had jalapenos but theyre out of the cat litter that I use, so thats why I gave it four stars instead of five. Checking out was a breeze.

Wow what a difference between the Sanford store and the Daytona store..The Daytona store already got my 1 star review for the rude employees and had to go the Sanford store to get a new battery exchanged as the Daytona store gave me the wrong one .. Everyone was so friendly and even helped me load my commercial battery into my vehicle for me.. Thankyou to Chris in the automotive area for the friendly help.

I placed an order for pick up tomorrow morning. I received a notice that my order was ready early. I headed down there and was in and out in under 10 minutes. The associate told me they are handling about 100 -150 orders daily. I was surprised to see how.busy the parking lot was when I arrived. My order was perfect and I appreciate that it was ready early.
