C&S Towing is one of the best tow companies I’ve done business with! I work in the car business and see many tow companies but not like them. They responded to my request in great time and performed a job that other companies declined because of lack of proper equipment, tow truck, and lazy workers! And mind you, this company that couldn’t perform was recommended by my insurance company! Brandon was a rock star! Highly recommended! I broke down in the middle of Rinehart Road on a Friday afternoon in six oclock traffic.C&S Towing answered the phone quickly, got a pin point of my location and sent a truck within 20 minutes.The driver carefully loaded my Jeep and took it to the dealership and knew right where to drop it for the service department.The driver was friendly which made me feel better about my recent bad luck.Payment was fast and simple - $85 - which I thought was reasonable considering it was a flatbed service.

The driver they sent out to tow my car damaged my vehicle, he was having difficulty being that he was overweight and nonetheless to call me to say that you discovered a problem with my vehicle that never existed prior to your company towing my vehicle. I gave the owner benefit of the doubt but never expected him to do anything more than over up the negligence of his driver. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who isn’t planning to spend more money. The decision to use the company was definitely a very poor decision. Please continue your search before deciding C & S.

Wow! This guy went way above and beyond!!! Not only did he show up, help us get to a garage, but diagnosed the issue too! I truly cannot say enough to thank them for all their help. This company picked my sons car up after it was broke down on the side of the road. Towed it back to their location the next day I went their paid their fee and had the car towed to my mechanic by my insurance company. When they dropped the key off they never left the key. I called and stated they would take it out there. However, they never did and my mechanic had to get a new key made for a cost of $50.00. Once my son got his car back he went their to get the original key and told them I needed to be paid back for the cost of getting a new key and the owner told me to basically F*&K myself and he would not be paying for their own mistake of not leaving the key at the time of dropping the car off.

Great service! I had a flat tire and used my OnStar to get assistance. C & S Towing showed up in about 20 minutes. The gentleman who came to my house was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He carefully loaded my flat into my car and made sure to top off the air in my spare. I would not hesitate to use C & S again and would recommend them to anyone in need of roadside service.

My car broke down on 417 and had to get it towed back to my workplace so I can fix it the next day. Luckily I was in the same area as their nearest tow truck. My tow truck guy Vern arrived promptly and was very professional, kind, well mannered, very friendly, and empathetic. He cared and took the time to make sure my car wasnt damaged when loading and unloading on the flatbed (lowered classic Mustang). Great to have a nice person to help, being in bad luck situation. He informed me that almost all their tow trucks are flatbeds, which is a great thing especially if you have a modified lowered car. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company if I ever break down around the Sanford area again.

Wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow. My vehicle was towed on a Monday, and Tuesday I called to pick it up. Over the phone I was told the price of me getting it out of the impound would not increase if I were to retrieve it the next day. Upon my arrival I was informed that my price has increased SEVERELY.
