I filed my taxes with my husband separately simple form they deducted from my taxes more than $300.00 and my husband too.They never pick up the phone always the office is closedVery unprofessional and thievesI ask for the price before start with the process and She said that the will deduct the price from the refund but never said how much..I want answer and explanation.

I will say that at first I had no issues with eazy tax. But now that they have closed due to slow business which I understand they are impossible to get a hold of. I have called and emailed with the last answer I got back was weeks ago!!! Im having issues with my taxes and they have already got paid due to them taking it out my 3rd stimulus (Im receiving a check to the office). So it would be nice if someone could contact me. Hate to do it this way but I have not other way of reaching you. Im starting to get worried that Im going to be scammed out my taxes.

Decided to file my taxes somewhere else this year first place I went was easy tax I got a great estimate a week before filing I went there today to actually try and file but the door says they open at 10 am but they weren’t open I was disappointed I waited and stood next to the door for an hour. No one answered the phone or door. This place must not care about professionalism and making money I went down the street to smart Tax and financing and they were open on time 😂😂😂 I wouldn’t recommend this place they open all kinds of hours within the day and sometimes they don’t open at all don’t waste your time going up there go somewhere that actually cares
