I am on SSI and annually have to beg programs when Im physically disabled. Thats how its setup to transfer funds.. I called to have my 6 month. Review done or mail me the paperwork. I called at 930 am thought it would be less long of a wait on the phone so. help 30 min later I finally get to talk with a women who says she cant help me I need to call back in 2 hrs to get help ??. ? I asked if you cant help than why did YOU answer the phone. .. call at noon that will be better she says

As long as you have the proper paperwork they can do wonders in helping you

Could not get what I wanted ended help with part B Medicare cost said I had too much money in savings I qualify for income 1500 led than minimum

Very very very nice.PatientKind and helpfulIts also located in a mall. So if u are embarrassed about needing help...once u go into the mall..know one knows where your going. Its very discreet. AND if u have to wait for a ride, tjere is other fun shopping !..for kids too! There is a little indoor fleamarket there that I like :) never know what they might have !

Lazy lousy workers I have ever met in my life, when they should deff help a pregnant woman out. I feel like their priorities are to help crackheads and drug addicts before a pregnant lady.

Courteous and polite staff! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

It took forever, which is par for the course there. I hadnt been there for over a year and was surprised at how cold and impersonal its become.
