The lady who was working up front was very pleasant abd helpful. Always rather deal with a person like her when asking for help than someone else who is being rude to you, makes things a lot easier. I dont remember her name though, but would like to thank her for her assistance and patience with me.

Very helpful for fuel to heat your place. WIC is also located hear. Lots of stuff to apply for.

All staff have always been kind and friendly when we need to have services done through them. WIC, Head Start, and LIHEAP are all great offices that we have personally used. They do not degrade you for needing help and they are all very good at their jobs.

Applied for oil help. Told me I needed my nephew I have custody of ss card. After running around getting 30 different papers and 4 trips to the office and it was oh now we need his proof of income after I told them both his parents cant be found so never got the oil this is the thanks you get for taking in a child turned away after working so hard to get it then I was told by the supervisor to call town hall I have 2 children my house is freezing Im disabled and this is how york county treats people outrage !! I have not got a call back at all. Over 1 paper horrible way to treat a family Im disgusted how the system works. But. Hey at the end of the day they go home to a warm house. So who cares never seen anything like this my whole life. I hope a superior office reads this both the women at the office where rude lost my paper work several times and mass confusion on where my papers went I just needed help with one tank fill but i guess if I was shooting heroin and had 30 kids or was a immigrant from another country is get everything for free....im just a hard working American that did plumbing for 20 years payed my taxes and its no for me. The wave drivers are horrible at driving they have come close to crashing into me cause they dont believe in stop signs

Depending on the service you need if youre here in town they were okay even though they often had me late to work because my schedule changes a lot it sucks the only go Biddeford in Sanford so I cant get a job Scarborough Portland or anywhere else and they definitely have a short supply on Wave buses and drivers public transportation in New England its just not very good
