Trash. Literal dumpster fire of a company. I could go on and on about how unprofessional they are but if these other comments don’t already tell you what you need to know, then by all means go ahead. But I think I can safely say I will never be back.

If I could do negative stars, I would! Terrible customer service. Not only that broken appliances were delivered to me, but damaged ones also. Along with all that, I spent 7 thousand dollars on floors. With that said, they were scratched to hell and back when they delivered the appliances with no dollie. Do not go through this guy.

These people are the worst. Stay away from this business. The refrigerator developed a problem (it would not stay cold). I called them and they said they would be there at xyz time/date. Never showed, no phone call, nothing. This song and dance went on for two weeks. Finally came out fixed it. Then two weeks later, the same problem occurred again. Called again and this time did not get a return call. Mind you, I was not rude, I did not cuss them out or anything of the sorts. I went out and bought a brand new one-should have done that from the beginning. If there were negative stars, this place would get them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Avoid this company at all costs. It is the worst with which we’ve ever dealt (that is not an exaggeration). We purchased a washer due to the convenient price. Upon installment, they damaged our wall. After installment and upon closer inspection, we noticed black mold and leaking, so we asked for a replacement part or replacement machine. It took approximately three weeks to try to resolve the issue, and I ended up having to contact the NC DOJ because they were unwilling to assist us. The company consistently avoided our calls and messages and was extremely inept at conflict resolution (i.e. denying our concerns, failing to send us replacement part/machine pictures, and failing to agree on a delivery date).

Please do not be swindled by these folks. They take your money, do not keep accurate records, promise to come out and fix something and don’t...their phone numbers are then “full and can’t accept messages” once they know your phone number, they are rude and very unprofessional.

This is by far the most unprofessional place of business that Ive ever seen in my life!!!! My TV was there for a month and they claimed they couldnt find parts for it. That was all fine and dandy with me but because I always had to call them and they never called me for updates, I decided to go pick my property back up. I called days ahead and told them I would be there to pick it up. When I arrived, I waited almost an hour and a half for someone to get there. I looked in the window and saw that my tv was still disassembled and I called a police officer because I felt it was about to be some funny business. When theowners arrived and saw that I called the cops they were furious and got out of the car talking junk even though I was trying to be civil. They made me wait outside while they so called put my tv back together. They were looking at me snickering and laughing. Parts of my TV were broken and it wasnt put back together properly. It had dents, and footprints on it and I could tell it had never been moved from that spot although they kept saying they took it to a warehouse. Now Im going to have to take them to small claims court because they did more damage than the Tv initially had. Disappointment is an understatement!

Fixed all my TVs and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended for TV & Appliance repair.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!! MIS-DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY REFRIGERATOR! CHARGED AN ENORMOUS FEE AND REPLACED THE WRONG PART! NOW, WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN HE SEES MY NUMBER!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I am only giving a star because Google requires at least 1. This business is run by a man who lies, is extremely rude to paying customers, and is unable to repair the appliances he sells.

Worst service I have ever had...would NOT recommend them to anyone I know, as a matter of fact they have cost me a LOT of money trying to fix a piece of junk they sold me and tried to act like it was my fault. Anyone reading this they are awful and bad bad bad service!!! Rip off. They dont deserve even one star.

They dont even deserve 1 star, but google wouldnt let me post without giving at least one. Please dont use this service. My fiancé`s mom has been without a refrigerator for days now, all due to a part that was supposedly under warranty. He purchased and installed a brand new part in May, for which no warranty paper work was given for the part, just for the service. He stated the part was under warranty, but didnt say when the warranty expired. He only assured mom that if the part failed, he knew it was under warranty and would come out and fix it. So now the same part has gone bad, and now hes trying to charge her for same part, thats only 7 months old. Part $150 + labor = $230. We could have paid another service to actually fix the problem rather than eating takeout evey night.
