Fast friendly and efficient service, all without ever leaving your car! Went in for an oil change and filter change and the guys were great. You sit in your car while they get things done. Based on your vehicle age and miles they offer some suggestions the computer prompts at them.. But a simple no is fine... No hard push sales. I really appreciated that. I got what I went for.. At a great price too! Coupons avail online. Best of all.. The three gentlemen (Kyle, Luis, and Josh) that worked on our vehicle were friendly and courteous. Thanks guys.. We will be returning!

The usual places I go were all full of customers so I went there and lucky me the one and only client was done. They took care of my vehicle in 15 to 20 min.Mike and Kyle were very efficient and the venue was super clean. Great job thanks guys !!!

Great place to get a quick oil change. They dont push anything on you that you dont need, and get you in and out super quick. Been here several times and never had to wait more than ten minutes and my oil never took more than 15 minutes.

Luis was incredible, very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured to receive any extra service that was offered. The oil change/tire rotation/wiper replacement was quick and efficient. I’ll go here again and again!

I found everyone that works here to be friendly and professional. As with most of these oil change places they try to upsell you on a variety of services that you may need for your vehicle, but they aren’t pushy. For being a small shop they can do a lot of the typical maintenance stuff. They have a Groupon available for $40 which is what I used. I would .definitely go back

Do not go there if you have any German or European car, they damaged my vehicle for a freaking oil change they broke my oil filter apparently because they didn’t know how to take it out other than they didnt have my right oil or filter I had To purchase them myself and after all that they told me sorry now you have to tow your car and take it to the dealership on your own expense!!! If you want to go cheap you will pay more if you have a cheap car then this is the right place for you

Tends to be expensive, but there are sometimes coupons online that help. Oil change includes check of tire pressure, lights, fluids, filters, and windshield wipers. Other services available. Staff will offer but do not use high pressure sales.

So overall the staff was fine, its the price.... I went in expecting to pay about 30 for my oil change. When I pulled in I was told 60 and 90 so i went with the 60 (as its hard to leave when they have already started working before telling the price) They try and sell you on EVERYTHING. All I wanted was a simple oil change. Not to get lights, air filters, coolants, and other stuff. So it was a lot of questions, NO being the answer. If you need speed then yeah they did it pretty quickly. But if you dont want to play the game of 20 questions, go somewhere else.

Brittan was the best at it today! I went in for an oil change and left out with only a top off of my fluids and a tire pressure check and filled air to one of my tires. He told me that my oil was still very clean and not in need of a change. I thought that was super honest to not allow me to spend unnecessary $$. For that, Ill definitely return to this store. Customer service at its best! Thank you Brittan!! You rock!!

If you can PLEASE never go here, I had a 2008 Mercedes c300 with like 120k miles. Perfectly working condition no check engine light or anything. I took it here for an easy “quick” oil change and it turns into a whole week of not having my car. Somehow she said I’m sorry I forgot to drain out all the oil because when I tried to start my car it wouldn’t even turn on! . So she drained it all out and redid it then I turned the car on and my check engine light was blinking and my car was shaking like crazy. Said they had to take it to the other shop to figure it out so I didn’t hear from them for like 3 days then I had to keep blowing up the phone just to get them working on it because I have work??? At the end of this entire mess my 120 dollar oil change now had costed me 450 to get my car up and running again. Will never go here again and strictly do not recommend

Have had several vehicles serviced here over the years, fast and efficient.

They are awesome! It’s much better then waiting at a dealership you have one on one with the people and you know what they are doing to your vehicle! I still have my “free” oil change and detail car wash when I bought my car I won’t go back to them! They can’t even get my hitch cover to stay on let alone do a oil change for under 15 mins

Last visit they allowed me to use a coupon and when I arrived here I was attempting to use a Groupon bc the prices are ridiculously high. They said I could not use it while I was here. That’s just really poor business.. if you don’t want to offer discounts and actually accept them then I suggest you stop trying to look like you are a company that offers discounts. If I could rate a zero I would . Staff were fast and great.

We had a flat tire when getting the car off the auto train. This was our first stop. They decided they werent tlable to help, but the pumped it up and helped us to find a close tire place. They were fast, courteous and friendly!

Even though it was only 30 minutes till closing, these folks went out of their way to take care of me. The manager (Brittan) even drove down the street to AutoZone to pick up a headlight that they didnt have in stock, and I was still in and out in only 20 minutes. I will definitely be back!

I WENT THERE FOR MY FIRST TIME AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. I HAD NO IDEA THAT NOT ONLY DID I GET AN OIL CHANGE, BUT THE MEN DID GREAT ON CHECKING MY BLINKERS WHICH I DID NOT KNOW WAS OUT IN THE BACK RIGHT. THEY FILLED MY TIRES WITH AIR AND THAT WON ME OVER SINCE I DIDNT HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF AT WAWA. I LOVE HOW I CAN STAY IN MY CAR AND LEAVE WHEN THEY ARE DONE. IT LITERALLY TOOK 15 MINUTES. I LOVE HOW THEY SHOWED THE OIL LINE AFTER, HOW THEY YELLED OUT CHECK AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FILLED AND TIGHT. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.

Tyrell, Corey, and Lewis really helped me out. I have staggered tires on my car and a different location rotated my tires incorrectly leaving my car shaking pretty hard. These guys helped me out and fixed it for free pretty quickly so my tires were proper front and backs. Thanks my dudes! You guys are the best.

Do not go to this location. They over charge you and don’t have the tools or knowledge to complete the job. They had to send me to another location to get the service done after spending 20 minutes sitting around wondering what was going on.

Quick, fast, friendly! Good education on regular maintenance, and show and tell everything being done. Thoroughly check all lights, including brakes and blinkers for successful functioning. All in 20 minutes, and you dont even have to get out of your car! Great experience everytime I go to this location!

Great place to do oil change. I had a coupon and used it. The guys are very professional and do not up sell any other services. They topped up a the fluids. The only thing is that they rushed through the complementary checks on the car.

Professional, actually knew what they were doing, checked all lights, fluids, tire pressure and added where needed. NO UPSELL which is a common theme for similar places. 15 mi utes in and out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been going there for years and never had a problem. Today I get an oil change, my power steering wheel light came on after I left. I took it back and they dont know whats wrong. NEVER GOING BACK!

First time at valvoline and at first I left from the experience thinking, wow that was quick and they were so nice... Wrong. I pull out to find out they broke my power steering hose (Im sure by accident). When I returned less then ten minutes later they go from saying they filled it up a little to that they never even checked it and it wasnt their fault! All I wanted was for them to rectify the situation but instead I end up driving home 20miles away with no power steering. Three phone calls later all I got was a refund. Which is fine and all but now I still have no car to use until I find the time to get this fixed. Way to take responsibility valvoline and keep a customer.

These guys are always quick and thourogh which makes the high prices almost worth it. $70 for a synthetic oil change is a bit high so make sure you have coupons or Groupon.

Gave them 1 star because it would not let me leave none. I come in everyday for ice for drink cooler and every day the lazy old lady behind the counter tells me from her chair the ice is all melted we have no ice. Well if you dont sell ice take the cooler out of in front of your store with the 2$ a bag price on it. Very dissappointed NEVER COMING BACK
