This is my second time coming here, the first time I went was about 3 years ago and I don’t remember much of the experience but the most recent time was about a week ago and they made up prices as the went along, looked confused like they didn’t know what they were doing the whole time, cut my pinky open with the nail drill filer, not to mention I paid $75 dollars for really short almond shaped gel nails that the guy messed up several times and didn’t notice until I pointed it out (more than once) and the paint job is horrible. I will not be coming back.

They made up prices as they go. messed up my sisters nails completely. they were also very rough and rude because i couldn’t understand what they were saying.

My daughter and I got mani/pedis. Was told that in order to have calluses removed I had to get luxury pedicure. Okay, fine, not a problem. My daughter stayed with the spa mani/pedi. I didnt get any sort of arm massage with my manicure and it was done in about 5 minutes. The lady My daughter had was very rough and hurt her a few times. My pedicure was okay. When I went to pay, I was informed that the prices in their menu werent accurate and that each service was $5 more than listed. Um...no. Thats not how that works. Needless to say, we wont be back.

Come here a lot always with Kent he is amazing especially if you want soft bottom feet which last long time. Im a nail technician and hes the only one I trust doing my pedicures. My feet be so soft for 6 weeks no issues.

They over charged me and put their own tip on it above what I put on it. Way over priced! My nails chipped the next day. Was going here for over a year, not anymore. Every time I am there they have someone at the desk confronting them on the prices. I feel they make up their own as they go any I have paid a few different prices for the same gel polish and pedicure. Not anymore! They have lost my business.

I was a little apprehensive at first but my guy was really nice and explained things to me when I had questions. Nails turned out great I got tips with dip removed and then dip over my natural nails. I like them. I wouldnt be opposed to coming back at all. Reading reviews was a bit scary but Im happy overall

Horribly done nails. Didn’t paint to the edge of the nail. Acrylic was on my fingers beyond my nail. Charged 40$! Horribleness in its purest. Had my pinky cut open with nail file and it got infected so there’s that. Never go here. They won’t refund.

Me and my mom went there last night i got gel acrylics and the younger guy was in such a rush usually my nails get done within an hour but this took like 30 minutes and they are horrible my nails look like a 5 year old did them uneven shape and terrible polish job. the lady who did my moms pedicure butchered her feet had cuts all in them from the file and cuticle cutter she was bleeding everywhere and the lady just said oops!

I love coming here. My nail tech is Mike and he is very gentle and does great work. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it! Pun intended! LOL 😂He takes his time and is always polite. They offer alot of different services here. They even have a section for the little girls, it looks like a little princess room. So adorable! As long as Mike is here I will continue to come to this nail salon. They are polite, kind and serve you wine while you get pampered!❤

My nail tech was really sweet initially, but her whole demeanor changed when I told her I didn’t want gel polish instead of regular polish. She cut my cuticles way too far back, got polish in my cuticles, and the top coat didn’t cover all of the polish so they all look horribly uneven. After my tech put my nails under a fan to dry them, she disappeared and I didn’t see her again the rest of my visit here.

Really loved the service and how gentle they were with me. Will be going back again :)

I have been going here for my mani pedis for over 7 years. An is my favorite nail tech. She is always professional and the equipment is always sanitized and clean.

I started coming here about a year ago and I will never go anywhere else. My nail tech Thuy is amazing and super sweet. I love that she takes her time on each client and doesn’t rush through her work. If you want quality service please please please don’t waste your time anywhere else. My gel nails have lasted the longest ever! No peeling, no chipping and I wash my hands quite frequently working I’m the vet field. I am beyond satisfied with their work here.

Just walked in for a pedicure. Choose the deluxe pedicure with scrub and hot towels and stones. Probably one of the best I’ve had at any salon. Really relaxing and wonderful experience. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of colors to choose from.

Ashley was amazing!Traveling through Orlando for a cruise and googled Seminole. The service was phenomenal. The lady who waited on me, Ashley, was courteous and really met well above my expectations. She literally scrubbed the hell out of my feet (which is a good thing). Best pedicure service that Ive had. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE that comes to the Seminole Towne Centre. Extremely disappointed with the service. My family has been coming here for a long time. I was treated so rudely. Went in for a pedicure gift card. Lady at the front desk didnt make eye contact with me, and started talking on her personal phone. I was asked which pedicure I wanted. I told her I wasnt sure if she has something i could see with the prices. She then decided to slam the paper. While still on the phone! I told her which one i wanted The milk and honey. Another lady then walked up to pay and she completely skipped me and helped the other customer out. I just walked out. Completely rude!! If I could give no Stars I would! The sad thing is this is the second time she has been rude to me. Very sad how stuck up some people can be. Made me feel completely uncomfortable.

Received a pedicure and upon deciding which package I wanted to do, the lady attempted to persuade me to take the deluxe package. Business as usual. But the more she pressed, I just decided to stick with the regular. However, when it was time to pay, she told the cashier I received a different service than what I actually received. Why would I pay for a service I never received? The regular and deluxe includes two different services! Therefore, since she has memory loss, this resulted in losing a customer.

This nail salon has a very nice interior. The staff is friendly. I got a gel manicure there two and a half weeks ago and it still looks great! It hasnt chipped or started peeling. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Okay so I’ve tried to give this place one too many times a chance. About a year ago, i got SNS dip and i hated it. My thumb nail was so bulky and it was just a bad experience overall. So today, my best friend and i decided to give this place another chance. Simple request for a gel manicure.. they had does pick the color and all. My guy takes off my gel coat and leaves to attend a pedicure... like i still had 3 fingers left and he literally got up and left. So i let it be.. my friend next to me is getting her dip off her nails and the guy was being so rough and she told him about 3 times that the drill was burning her. Then a lady comes up to me & tells me to get up and go to her chair. That’s when we decided to just leave. I’m highly upset at this place. It’s a nice atmosphere But customer service sucks..

It was my first time there with my daughter. It was very clean and spacious. With that being said, my nail tech was in a hurry. She burnt my leg with scalding water rinsing me off after my pedicure, not to mention she rises to do my nails, cut my finger, and messed the polish up. She was in a hurry to easy. I understand, Im very pregnant but dont hurt people in order to be finished quicker. Also the for host walked by and snapped at my daughter for wiggling while her nails were drying. If you are going to have an area for little girls to get their nails done, you should have patience. My daughter is 5 and excited, that was uncalled for to be rude to her like that, then cut your eyes my way when you notice her mom isnt happy with you. First pedicure in 3 years.... Not the greatest first impression and I probably wont go back.

Got a refill/gel manicure, the lady at the desk was very nice and accommodating but the guy who did my nails was inefficient. didn’t shape my nails properly like i asked, and didn’t do a cut down like i requested either. i didn’t wanna put up a fight at the salon but as soon as i got home one of my nails was chipped. a manicure with 3 layers of gel paint and one layer of a top coat should NOT BE CHIPPING within a few hours. it’s only been a handful of days and now my gel polish is peeling and lifting. the price was decent and again everyone was nice, but it definitely was not worth it if this was the outcome.

I have came to this place plenty of times and never got an a unpleasant nail Tech as I have gotin today. I am very observant person and I should have just switched nail tech but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe just not a morning person but that doesnt excuse her. I had to call back the salon to get her name after 3 return calls from the manager she stated that she spoken to that nail tech and was having family issues but next time ask for the manager and apologized on her behalf.I will take her up on that free offer but not sure if this will be my every 2 week place anymore.

I went there for almost a year with no issues. The last two times I went were horrible. The second to last time I went I got a set of acrylics. The tips were not properly glued to my real nails making a space in between my real nail and acyrlic that would bend my natural nail and get full of makeup or food. So nasty and very difficult to get clean! They were also shaped poorly and really uneven. Very bubbly and thick looking nails as they were built up too much. Too much acrylic was used. It also wasnt the most painless experience Ive ever had. It wasnt terrible but it also wasnt good he was very rough with the tools. The last time I went was truly terrible the guy who did my nails was nice enough (different guy then from my previous visit) but also EXTREMELY rough with the tools...I didnt realize until I got home but I had little cuts all around my fingers VERY painful. His file was SO hot it was melting the tip of my nail! He also filed down way too deep (more on that later). He left clumps of acrylic underneath my nails that were so thick I couldnt get them off. My nails were also uneven again. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews so even though allllll of this happened (and I paid $65 each time) I still wasnt going to say anything . Until I went to my new salon yesterday and the lady couldnt remove my nails without causing me serious pain. She explained it was because the place that did my nails last (Seminole nails) filed my nails down so deep on the top that my real nails had started to grow around parts of the acrylic! I have chunks of acrylic stuck in my nails until it grows out because of this place! My nails look terrible and will take a month if not more to recover. I will not ever be back and I hope this review stops someone else from going there and getting hurt.

Brian literally rushed through my nails. I asked for coffin and they are all different shapes very disappointing service I received. Did a full set coffin in 25 mins. Where do they do that at?Shaped my nail, and didn’t even send me to wash the dust off just right away started applying gel polish. Also didn’t match the fingers on right hand to the fingers on left hand. That’s why my nails are all different shapes and lengths. Never coming back here again. I cannot stress how much this place was just rushing to get people done it was ridiculous.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years fpr pedicures ... never had a bad experience! They use hot stones on the basic pedicure, their tools are clean, so are the foot tubs. The artist ask me before they cut my nails and even ask what shape. The massage the do on my legs and feet is always great. Love this salon! 😁 even if I have to wait its never been too long!

Lady kept insisting we use gel polish instead of regular. Of course it is an additional price outside of the pedi or mani service your getting. You cant take it off like regular polish later, it has to be drilled off or removed professionally (another expense to go back and have that done when your tired of the color). I got a pedicure but my girl didnt massage my legs or feet, hardly at all. Very pricey too!!!

The woman was very rude and harsh, I could let go of not understanding a word she said but she want very mean to me.She started screaming, pointing at nail polish, the chair, and sinks.During my acrylic manicure she made almost all of my fingers bleed, so much so she had to stop and attend to another client till the bleeding stopped. Never in my life have I had more than a tiny cut on my cuticle (if even that). She kept shoving my hand down, and hitting it telling me to relax, as if i could with her slicing up my nails and me repeating that it hurt.The acrylic nails were uneven in the end result and the color wasnt even on my full nail.ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. If I wanted to waste 25$ I wouldve just bought a kit and did it myself. I only went there because I needed it last minute, worst mistake of my life.NEVER AGAIN! And now my fingers are burning and in pain for 25$.

This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! Do not go here I warn you! The tech I got placed with did not speak any English and laughed at me when I asked for gels due to my acrylic allergy. When they brought out the powder for gels I saw it says contains acrylic Esther so I tried to ask if it actually contains acrylic, the man shrugged and started laughing even harder. He then proceeded to use the pure acrylic powder and realized he messed up 3 nails in and had to rip the acrylic off my nails leaving globs of it behind and just went right over them with the gel powder. He did not clean up underneath my nails at all so I had globs of dried gel/acrylic under my nails I had to file and pick at for hours when I got home. Some of the nails are crooked and some do not line up with my natural nails at all. As I was going up to pay they started yelling at my friend and I about how I had not paid yet (why else would I walk up to the register before I left?????) extremely rude and horrible experience. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, & SELF ESTEEMDO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!I should have trusted my gut and walked out when he started..

I had a pedi a couple days ago and it was great so I went for a mani today. Got a dip powder. Asked for a particular color and they said they might not have it but then brought the color. I asked specifically if that was the color cause it looked a little off but she told me it was the right color. Sure enough its a raspberry color and my toes are a pure red. Ugh. Girl had attitude while doing my nails and then left color on the skin of my nails and fingers. Ugh.

My toes look great and my feet got massaged, its a win for me.

I literally just walked out of this place and I will never be back. I got a gel full set with acrylic nails and gel pedicure 1 week ago. I had one nail randomly break. When I came in to get it fixed the nail tech was rude and very rough with my hands. Today, I had a second nail break. I went in for a repair with my two year old toddler with me. I was standing at the counter talking to the owner when an older white lady walked up (she was previously at the polish station looking for a nail color) he immediately stopped talking to me and walked away to help her. I tried asking how long the wait will be. He quickly held up his hand and told me to wait so that he could help her. I picked up my son and left. White privilege at its finest. I dont support business owners who dont respect me! Plus, I had two nails break in ONE week! Poor quality and poor management.

Nails look fine but I was hurt by the drill many times with no apology. My nail technician gave me a coffin shape when I asked for almond. She spoke in such a quiet way that she became increasingly annoyed when I couldnt hear what she was asking me to do. She also made tisking sounds and comments about gel nails being better. The lady working at the front was nice and I was seated very quickly. I paid $45 for a full acrylic set, nail shaping and gel polish.

0 stars wasn’t an option unfortunately!! Where do I start?? I paid $75 for a full set and 2 days later my nails starting lifting. The owner allowed me to come back to get it replaced. 2 days afterwards, 2 nails broke off and others started lifting. The owner took the nails that came off(I kept them to show her) and just glued them right back on smh. Horrible service. NEVER again will I go there. And to make matters worse, they make up prices as they go smh.

It was my first visit I booked an appointment and everything. Service was nice but the young man who did my pedicure messed up twice and some how my white gel polish is a streaky pink color😣... I feel like he rushed. Overall Im very unsatisfied with the work!👎 Ill never go again!

Great tech, really great massage/ treatment

I was a walk-in for a mani-pedi and wanted only a French nails with polish but the desk woman kept trying to upcharge me to gel polish. I understand that polish doesn’t last as long as gel like she said, but no polish should peel COMPLETELY OFF in one piece in ONE DAY. My nails were a joke. I paid $50 for nails that peeled off the next day and to have a pedicure that didn’t change the outcome of my feet from when I arrived. My tech wasn’t rude, but not thorough by any means. I should have listened to the bad reviews. I won’t be coming back.

I went in for a pedicure. I got the spa pedicure and she used the pumice stone on everything but my heel. I asked her why didnt she do the heel at all? She said you did not read the menu then thats your fault! She was so rude. The lady at the front desk was rude. I will never be back. They told us there was no wait then put us in a chair and we waited 20 mins.

I never get my nails serviced from a mall. And I never got to a salon without checking the reviews. I made those two mistakes against my better judgement and gave this place a try. The customer service SUCKS! This should be a place of relaxation, but I felt uncomfortable throughout the duration of my experience here. They use modern terms of whats current in nail fashion to be able to charge more ; however, the nail techs are not efficient in performing the modern services. My nails, along with a few others, looked DATED. To cut this short, I paid for my nails although dissatisfied and found another salon to fix my nails AS I LIKE without the ego complex.

I’ve been going here for the past 13 years and i’ve never gone anywhere else! thomas has been my nail tech for the past couple of years and he never lets me down!

Amazing pedicure by Sindy!! I’m on vacation and wanted to pamper myself a little....I wasn’t sure about this nail salon because the reviews are not that high, but I’m definitely glad I gave them a chance. I had the Aloe Vera Spa Pedicure and it was wonderful!! Sindy did an amazing job! Exactly what I needed, considering the airline lost my luggage. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had!! If you are in need of a pedicure ask for Sindy, and make sure to specify the Sindy that starts with S. You won’t be disappointed!!

I went in on Friday because I had my babyshower on Saturday. The nail tech I was placed with didnt talk to me at all and I had to tell her what I wanted and she would not even respond to what I was telling her so I couldnt even tell if she fully understand what I wanted. I went in for a full tip which is $25 and they charged me $5 extra for the shape of my nail. When she finished putting the color polish on my nails she sat me down on a massage chair to do my toes (my toes came out fine) but when she say me down she didnt put a clear coat on my nails when she finished my toes I reminded her about the clear coat and she rushed and put it on missing half of my nails. Of course I couldnt notice that until I got into natural light in my car but at that point I didnt want to walk all the way back bc my feet were swollen from my pregnancy.When I got home I noticed a bunch of mess ups my nails where not even, & some looked fat and the color was off bc she did more coats on some then others. But I decided I would deal with it. Saturday for my baby shower I woke up and all of my nails were chipped and the clear coat even looked a different color having a black tint. Just a hot mess. I got a nude color and everywhere where she missed the nail with the clear coat looks like the color I wanted but when the clear coat is look like dirty.

Seriously the most horrible nail salon ever. There were workers walking around doing nothing. One of which was straightening another persons hair in the middle of the salon. I got a full set acrylic and they looked dirty and they are coming off at the cuticle, ive only had them for 6 days. I will never go back, nor will i tell anyone to go there.

Let me start off by yes, Im aware this name is under my boyfriends but I am a quality seeking woman in need of a nail artist.I used to go here biweekly in my teenage years and after college I have returned to an updated and expanded nail salon. It is aesthetically pleasing and the hours are favorable, however the service is horrible.To sum it up, I had grown out my acrylics due to work and desperately needed them replaced. A few had fallen off and they were dirty so I paid for a full set. I came in an hour and a half before close and wasnt helped until an hour before (8:00). The tech told me due to time she couldnt remove the last four of my dirty nails due to time when it would have only been an extra three minutes tops. She then asked me in the middle of removing my nails if I could come back the next day to finish the job, when she was just trying to rush out before closing. I was horrified that I would possibly have to goto work the next day with half of my bare fake nails on and a few bare real nails. I convinced her to continue.During my full set, she tried to tell me the price was $20 higher than what I read on the menu. At this point I felt like I was ripped off from what I was purchasing already. I paid for a FULL set, I received a fill, she didnt shave my nails at all pretty much and they already look like Im two weeks into my fill, she lied to me about the price, she rushed out when my nails first started drying (she finished 10 mins before close, now it is definitely not taboo to wait until even after close until a customer is done), she was rude and impatient with me, and definitely should not be called a nail artist.There may be competent nail techs there, however most rush, talk about you in a different language, and definitely dont care how the **** it turns out. Dont go here if you actually care about your nails.

Went in there the day before I went home to Virginia. The lady who did my nails was very sweet. But as I started looking at my nails throughout the day, she did an awful job. Went in for a fill and gel nails. She didnt get the previous color off completely before putting the new color on. She didnt buff down my nails so they looked thick and bulky. The shape was off and my pinky nail is crooked. So I went back in for a refund so I could get them redone by somebody else. The lady I was talking to was very disrespectful and nasty. Her name is Tina. I didnt have the time for them to fix my nails because I was going to miss my flight. She then walked away from me and completely ignored the fact I needed my refund. Due to this spiteful woman I was forced to go to my anniversary with ugly nails. Im from Florida and go to them a lot to get my nails done. But after this, I will never go to them again. Completely disgusted with how they treated me.
