The mechanics at the Sanford Rider R indeed super professionals that need to get paid more than a salary of shade tree mechanics

This Sanford florida location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 25 years of Driving, you go there for service they give you an attitude and the way they talk to customers is unbelievable, I went to fuel up and get some other services and one of the services was to fill the windshield washer fluid, I ask the gentlemen to put some washer fluid in because it was empty and it is love bug season, he tells me the container is on the floor over there go fill it up I was shocked to hear that come out of his mouth, my windshield was full of love bugs and I had to clean it my self, i ask him to please fill up the DEF because i was low and he did not i had to go somewhere else to put DEF in my truck, I thought Ryder as a Corporation would have the highest Customer service but I was wrong, i will never go back to that location and i steer all my friends away from that location and i am going to find another company to service my truck, it is sad to see that level of disrespect and poor customer service from a Ryder.

Our truck I had many Issues we picked it up from another driver a week earlier. It had multiple check engine lights laundry list of issues they got it figured out put us in a replacement unit until ours was fixed. Its running like a champ now thank you Ryder in Sanford FL!

I work for a company who uses Ryder rent a truck. One afternoon when I went to work I noticed the window would not go all the way up. I roll the window down using the buttons on the driver side and roll the window down. When I try to roll the window back up to completely close it the window slid down I would not go up and was stuck in the open position. I called the Ryder support number thats located on the window on the driver side. The support lady contacted Josh at the Ryder service center and connected us via conference call. Josh was fantastic! He gave me instructions on how to get into the gate, where to put the keys and good directions to the service center. Joshs customer service etiquette was great and gave me the Peace of Mind that you would expect from a professional company. Josh texted me the next morning stating that the window had been repaired. What great fast service! I would recommend Josh and Ryder service for anyone in need Ill repair for their Ryder truck rental. Thank you Josh. 5 stars to a job well done. I will be renting from Ryder in the future!

Lost a customer for the simple fact I have to call the number shown for your buisness to have to find a pen and paper to write down the actual number that I needed to begin with which for someone moving and things packed makes it Very inconveinent and why I went to the next moving truck company on the list.
