One more experience of price swapping!! So apparently Lowe’s employees mismatched the grills when they realized they quickly tore the sticker and pretended they have no records of the sticker. They went as far to say it must have been a customer that put it on there. Now this might have worked if we didn’t follow the employee around the store with a price scanner several days earlier who said not to worry we have 21 in stock we needed to get a truck so we would come back. Now Mike the manager said well prices change and we have no record of the price, and he’s an awful liar!! Yeah “we” have no record but he absolutely has record of his prices. He then offered offer 10% off. I say “shove it” Lowe’s! This is why your sales are down…but hey hurricane seasons not over yet!

Come here all the time and the people are amazing, a manager Luis helped my family and I purchase a shed and was incredible. He special ordered it, had it delivered and called me to tell me it arrived and held it for us until we could grab it a day later. Then helped us load it into the truck, he’s an great person and manager! A jack of all trades! Thank you Lowe’s for an awesome experience and great experts to help us DIY! You’re the best LUIS!

Went there to order windows, I wait 15 minutes for someone to help me out but never show up, so I went to customer service to see if they can find this person in the store, they didnt find this person and when I ask for the manager guess what he wasnt there either. Drove 30 minutes and wait in there for an extra 15 minutes.No one could take my orde.

The customer service at this particular location is awful! If I could give 0 stars that is what I would give. I was needing rather simple information regarding a huge flooring project and Joe from the flooring department rudely answered the phone with “hold”. There was no standard “Thank you for calling Lowe’s can you please hold?” like every other professional would answer the phone. He just sounded like he was annoyed with the fact that the phone was ringing, which is not my problem. Get some more help, Joe if you can’t handle what is happening or have trouble multi-tasking in a professional manner. When Joe came back on the line I asked him if that is always the way he answers the phone & he said “yeah when I am busy, did you need something?” He is rude & should most certainly not be on the phone representing your company and maybe not even working with customers face to face either. I asked Joe to speak with a manager to which he said he was the manager which floored me that he was able to gain a management position with your company. I then asked to speak with his boss who he said was Steve Morrow. Through numerous attempts I was never able to speak with Steve but instead dealt with another delightful guy (sarcasm) on the Customer Service line. Due to this experience with this store I will never shop there again & am so pleased that I will now be using your competitor, Home Depot for my large flooring project! I also will be spreading the word to everyone I know & will go on all sites to write a review about your store & the lack of professional customer relations. In the climate of the world today where people are picky about where they are spending their money, you would think being kind would be the first impression that your store would want to give off so consumers would want to bring their business to your store. Joe & the gentleman from customer service need help with their attitudes & need to realize we understand if they are busy but customers can be very accepting of this IF they tell the customer in a nice way to be patient. It is NOT our fault you are busy & we don’t deserve to be treated disrespectfully!

Went in today to see if they had vise grips that I was looking to purchase, which they did, which was the only positive gained out of this. Proceed to look for welding consumables in the store which were located in a random spot near paint and storage for whatever reason and took me a while to find too. Also was looking for help with associates but any time I found one they were pretty distant and seemed to walk the other way instead of coming to help me instead. Only positive was I found what I was looking for but could not find an associate to help me find it instead. Wasted an hour walking around the store having to find things on my own.

I dont go to Home Depot and Lowes is failing miserably in picking up the slack as their selection sucks! Refrigerators with no ice makers, one set of pruners, gloves all over the place. Lowes you need to do better!

If you need a paint match go see Shae In the paint department. I came in with a tiny piece of cement with the paint color I needed to redo my patio. I was just going to wing it and eye up a color from swatches, but the specialist took it and worked some magic!! It’s unbelievable! Please Lowe’s give Shae some serious credit. She is an amazing employee!!!

We have been treated HORRIBLE by this location. Lied to several times on eta or them reaching out to us at certain times or days. We are doing a home project and over a month behind schedule due to LOWES. I have spoken to 14 different employees, reached out to GM(nothing), department manager I emailed and left voice-mail(4 weeks no word back). Inaccurately quote the job(after 3 visits) and then say we have to pay for it and it was our fault vs their surveyors. I wish I could leave no stars or a negative star rating. We have tried working with them, but they absolutely do not care about the customer. Once they get the money any issues are on the homeowner and any delays just get the oh well treatment. We have spent over 25-30k over the last year or 2, and just human decency would have gone a long way. I hate bashing on a review, but hopefully this gets to the right set of ears or eyes and I can get it resolved.

Being a veteran I appreciate the dedicated parking spaces and the military discount. The hardware aisle is handy for finding miscellaneous bits and pieces. The lumber selection is hit and miss for quality. They do carry Hardie board and have a selection of expensive hardwoods for projects. The garden department is decent with typical selections of plants and fertilizers. The store is close to my house so convenience is another plus. I bought a 46 Craftsman yard tractor which I like but bent a blade on a root. Unfortunately, I searched the nearby stores for in-stock replacements blades without success and had to order on line and wait a week for delivery.Now the negatives. Finding help can be a challenge. There are employees walking around but rarely is the right person to talk to about a product. Occasionally, someone shines and is willing and able to assist. Picking up an online order can be an ordeal if they are busy.Overall, I place Lowes at a similar level as Home Depot and their quantity of selections above Ace Hardware. If Lowes had Aces service quality they would be #1.

This place has a lot more stuff than Home Depot for gardening it seems. I had to go here because the Lake Mary Home Depot did not have as many gardening/potting options. This place has a very large gardening area and a wide variety of plants and potting items.

Smaller store so selection is limited especially in lumber department. Clearance clearance clearance, it is everywhere but not really marked down much for items that nobody wants anyway. This store has so many clearance items it is distracting. Every single employee I encountered were very nice and helpful if needed. A special recommendation for Richard in plumbing. This guy is amazing, attentive and knows his department. Store is also very cluttered for lack of better terms. Not a 1 day thing like happens. I have been working in this town for 2 weeks now and always like this. Check pictures, this is just 1 aisle but represents the entire store.

Unorganized, unprofessional mess. The delivery of my kitchen appliances: multiple deliveries, cancellations, changes and all done with ZERO updates. Only time I speak with delivery is when I call otherwise consider yourself lucky IF you get a automated VM or text and usually after the fact the time and day has passed for your delivery. I do not understand how such a large company can operate like they are selling things from their garage. Awful and not sure if it is a store issue or across the entire chain. Will never buy anything that needs delivery here again.

I needed a nut. Thankfully, Lowes has many handfuls of nuts. I was lucky enough to find a grade 8 metric nut to replace one that fell into a dimensional gateway, never to be seen again. This gateway had opened up in the engine bay of my honda element, but luckily closed before any lovecraftian beasts escaped. Thank goodness for the somewhat dwindling, but available supply of hardware.

I must say Lowes gave me non professional service. We bought a refrigerator from the store in Sanford Florida online for my mother-in-law. I also bought the waterline to go with it. Well when time to deliver between 8-12 on Saturday that didnt happen. It got delivered after 12 which was fine. But when I checked my text messages with the 5 digit code they gave me it said delivered. Called my mother-in-law it wasnt delivered. Then when they finally delivered it they didnt hook up the waterline. Not only did they not hook it up but but they took the waterline with them that I paid for. Definitely not happy with Lowes right now 😕

I went in there with my service dog today. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I went to purchase an item that was in their circular and after asking six different associates, all of them told me a different aisle to look on. I asked a lady that worked there and she told me which aisle it was on but I didnt hear her because she wouldnt even look at me. She was facing the complete opposite way and when I asked her which aisle she said, she turned around looked at me and said oh I dont kno. If I could give them zero Stars I would. One star is a very generous rating. I wish I had read the reviews on here before going in there because it would have saved me a trip and a lot of frustration. They all watched me searching for the product I was looking for, but no one would help me find it. Had I been able to finally find the item I was looking for, I would have taken one to every associate that refused to help me and then I would have left and not purchased it at all. I will never give them my business. I cannot believe the experience I had there today. Customer service? More like customer nervous.

This has to be the worst Lowes in America. They are very incompetent and lazy. Customer service is nonexistent and the workers dont know anything or are confused constantly. I have been to Lowes all over America and this one really is the worst I have ever an on Pinterest. Its not a one off situation either since I have come here several times with the same outcome. So yourself a favor and go to Home Depot instead. They greet you when you come in and are very friendly and willing to help. This is shocking since I have always felt the opposite about Home Depot and Lowes.

I went on a Saturday to buy some stuff, including butane. The site says butane is located by the grills. I looked, and didn’t see it. I asked an employee who walked me over to another employee, who walked me over to another employee. “Aisle 17” he said. I went over to Aisle 17 and this would be the absolute last aisle that would have butane. It was pipes, I think, located next to the lumber section. I walked around aimlessly for another 10 minutes and left.This is why I’ve always hated hardware stores. When I bought my house and went to this Lowe’s with my father or ex-boyfriend multiple times a day, and they couldn’t find something, the employees would smell testosterone and walk us over to whatever was needed and hang around to answer questions. When I went alone, three employees saw a lone woman and shooed me off to a far corner of the store so I wouldn’t bother them.I went two weeks ago to buy an appliance. It’s a totally different experience when they want you to drop a load of money.Home Depot has butane, by the way. It’s at the aisle their site says it will be in so you’re not forced to interact with sexist men who hate their jobs.

Set up a little strange for products, not where you think theyd be. Asked for a water filter for fridge, the employee treated me nice but handed me the $50 filter even though the $30 unit was next to it, I took the $30 unit said thank you and finished shopping.

This review pertains only to their online shopping service. On 12/1/2020 I ordered 5 items online taking advantage of the cyber week specials. Later the same day I received 2 emails. One informing me that 3 of the items had been cancelled from the order because they were out of stock. The second email telling me that the items were ready for pick up. Unfortunately I only read the second email thinking it was the most current information. But regardless, every other time Ive had a similar situation the reply has been that the items are on back order and will arrive later than promised or they give me the option to cancel if I dont want to wait for back order items to arrive. Ive never had an order cancelled like this. I found out about the cancellation when I went this morning to pick up the items. Now I cant get the special sale prices.Again, this review is not a reflection of in-store buying experience. But buyer beware, check for in-store availability when ordering online for in-store delivery.

First of all I am a disabled 57-year-old female whenever I go to a store the first thing that I do after Im I slowly make it to the door since I do not have a scooter yet is I try to get a mobile electric scooter grocery cart at every store that I cant and this time they did not have any there was one in the very back that I could see but they said it was not working and the other ones the other three they normally have were used so I was very disappointed I was in a lot of pain while I was shopping it took me forever holding on to a cart because of my mobility issues but I did manage to get a couple of good deals on some outside patio chairs. the people are very nice at work there but I also noticed while I was looking for some outside yard steaks there was no one available to help me I didnt see no employees in site and thats unusual too because usually theyre walking around all the time it seemed today they were understacked so I did not spend my money there I went to a different store that had people available to help me but all in all I I really like Lowes

Terrible customer service. Ive been trying to fix a kitchen sink and I have visited the same Lowes store 3 times ... each time a different employee will assure me a different item will work. On my 3rd and last visit an associate response was honest which I appreciate; he told me it wasnt his department he would send someone else who was better informed to assist me. I waited 10 minutes, I heard the announcement over the intercom but not one came to assist 😕. Even previous employees who had helped me in my earlier visits saw me and quickly looked away. And I am a pleasant person even when upset. I work in customer service, I treat people the way Id like to be treated. I picked up two more alternatives I thought might work to fix my sink and proceeded to the cashier. The cashier asked me if Id found everything that I was looking for and I explained hoping she would offer some insight or even a little interest but she just chuckled and shrugged. I refuse to buy at Lowes if I dont know exactly what Im looking for, Id rather shop at Home Depot where associates are better trained to assist 🤔

Just went in to buy a tool but it was under a security lock so someone had to come unlock it. Took 10 minutes, 1 radio call, and multiple assistance requests to even get someone to show up. The guy who eventually did looked livid that he was asked to do his job. No hi or anything. Finally got the tool and went to check out. 10 people in line, a dozen associates milling about, yet only one register was open.Also a complete lack of enforcement of the mask policy which is very clearly on the front door and throughout the store.Come on Lowes, get it together.

Bate and switch. Bought a grill thinking it was like the one on display. It was mot. The one we got was so cheep that you have to ware gloves to touch handle. The striker worked one time. The birners are so cheep that tey burn like a fire not a gas grill.

Poor customer service. Bad management and rude attendant! Wrong prices all over the garden center pots area!!! Manager blamed it on customers leaving things all over and attendant and cashier blamed it on reorganizing of their products in the store. Poor managment.... so who loses the customer!!!
