I don’t normally write reviews, but this company really earned my 5-stars. I booked the service from out of town as a gift to my parents. My mom is very hard to please, so I looked for a company with a focus on detailed cleaning. My mom was really impressed to see a whole crew coming in, with all kinds of professional tools, ready for the job. She was extremely excited with the result, the level of detail of the cleaning, and the little “gifts” left for her by the staff. She said it felt like a 5-star hotel service. This team was impeccable from beginning to end. The communication given to me as a client was excellent. Updates with photos was so relieving as I was unable to be at the property when it was being cleaned. My company hired this company to clean my new place for a move in clean. This was to sanitize and prep the house for the move in. They showed up early, luckily I had just gotten home. They bleached a towel that I had to throw out. The cleaning job wasn’t very good and they talked about me in Spanish.

This place is an awesome place to work in with the exception of working with Alexandra, one of the team leader. She is a two face & very unprofessional. Other then that, their equipments are new, clean and strong. Mr. Allan & wife are very loving & professionals in what they do. They make sure their employees are well taken care of and are true to their clients. They are a beautiful example of professionalism, honesty, respect & goal oriented. Im very pleased to say that knowing their performance for each house, I have to say that theres no other company as unique in every way then this one. Clean Ave is #1

Whats not to love about this service? They use fresh, clean, & DRY mops every time. They have different kinds of mop for various floor types. They use separate, color-coded towels for my kitchen (a big deal for a germaphobe like me). Plus, they use kid/pet-friendly cleaning products! All in all, my experience with this company has been very good. Did I mention they have always shown up? In the more than two years Ive used them, they have never failed to show up. Not ONCE! You can tell I love this service!!! I dont know how I coped before I had them. I recommend them without ANY reservations.

This cleaning service goes to ridiculous extents to accommodate my allergy needs & schedule. Even when they had to send another team to my house because I got out of my usual cleaning rotation, the team did a marvelous job of keeping my house clean, neat and tidy! This must be the pickiest housekeeping service in town! A neighbor of mine saw their van in our community and called them for service. They cane for an assessment and turned her down! According to her, they said they wouldnt be able to clean her house to their standard or something like that. My neighbor is not too happy with them but I appreciate their frankness and ability to walk away from whatever doesnt suit them. One of the best service Ive used anyway.

If you cant do it yourself, this service is your next best option to having a clean home that looks and feels like you did it yourself. They get it. They never miss an appointment. You can tell their workers are trained and experienced. And they almost always do it right. I cant complain at all. Highly recommended.

One of the most detail-obsessed cleaning service Ive ever used. I am not giving them 5 stars simply because the crew that came to my house missed a few spots on their first visit. When I pointed this out during their post-cleaning feedback, I was impressed with how easily my cleaning crew and the business managers owned up and offered to make it right without ANY bad attitude. After that, my cleaning crew has been on point with detailed, cut-no-corner, cleaning. These are pros - not your usual I am-doing-this-because-I-cant-find-a-job variety. Definitely good value for money!

The Ladies Just Won’t Stop . . . Until the Job is Done Right!So I got lazy and left my slip-proof bath mat lying in my bath for several days.Usually, after each shower, I lift it up, rinse it, shake it out, and drape it on the side of the bathtub to dry. But this time I didn’t do so . . . for several days.By the time it dawned on me and I got around to it, the bath mat had left several ugly, dark circular rings (from the grip base) all over the floor of my bath. It was as if my bathtub had suffered a bad case of chicken pox.I immediately got busy and tried to clean off the unsightly spots. I threw every cleaning agent I had at them. Nothing worked. I gave up.When Deanna and Pam – my cleaning crew from Clean Avenue – came for the usual, every two weeks cleaning, I showed them the stains, told them what happened and how I had done everything possible to remove the stains.Then I told them not to worry about it.In my mind, I was already calculating what it would cost me to replace the bath tub at some point. The stains were that ugly.Then Deanna and Pam got to work. And I went about my day.When I got back home and saw my bathtub, my eyes popped in amazement. The ugly “chicken pox” stains were barely noticeable! They were about 80% gone – thanks to the hard work of Deanna and Pam.I had tried to remove the stains myself without success. So, I appreciate the efforts involved to get the stains off.It’s refreshing to see a company and people who care about doing such an excellent job.Thank you Deanna and Pam! What I love about these guys is their obsession with feedback. I mean I used to have a cleaning lady who would give me stuff-necked attitude anytime I mentioned something that wasnt done to my satisfaction. Imagine that!With Clean Avenue, the opposite is the case. Almost as soon as the crew is done cleaning my place, I get a text asking how the team did and what would I want the team to do differently/better next visit. Amazing!Initially, I thought it was a gimmick.I found a couple of little things and asked they be fixed. They apologized, added the sections to my checklist and took care of it next vist.Now, I almost feel bad when I cant find something a little off to give them feedback about :)Long story short, Clean Avenue is the best cleaning service Ive ever had. With our security deposit on the line, a long move-out checklist from our rental association, and one of the toughest inspection regimen in the industry, I knew we needed a cleaning service that is more than ordinary. I am a pretty decent housekeeper but after several days of boxing & packing, I wasnt looking forward to cleaning out our place. I asked around and a neighbor recommended Clean Avenue. The look on the rental inspection guys face when he came to inspect my place was testament to the extraordinary job the cleaning crew did! I thought I could clean but the cleaning team made me look like an amateur ☺️ We got 100% of our security deposit back - thanks to Carolina, Silis, and the other guy on the cleaning team (I cant remember his name). These guys know their stuff and I am just glad my neighbor pointed me in the right direction. Thank you! Thank you!!

Impressive service! They show up EVERY day!

Ive used this cleaning service steadily for almost a year now. Here are the pros and cons about the service:Pros:1. They kept the crew that clean my house consistent - which is very very impressive for a maid service. I hope this is a testament to how well they treat their employees.2. They take service feeedback with zero attitude. On the one or two occasions that I asked that things be done better or differently, they took my feedback in stride and made adjustments without any fuss or awkwardness.3. They always show up. For me, this is the biggest deal! One of my previous maid services once failed to show up. Problem was, they didnt tell me about it until I got home from work - to a dirty house! My Clean Avenue crew has never missed an appointment in almost a year- knock on wood :)Cons;1. If you are all about price, this might not be for you. I have used cheaper maid services than this one. But Clean Avenue has been the most satisfying one of the lot. I guess you get what you pay for :)2. They dont work on weekends - which can be inconvenient for people who work weekdays and who must be home during house cleaning. I am the opposite. I prefer to have my place cleaned while I am at work. A colleague of mine I referred to the company couldnt use them bacause she wanted her place cleaned only on Saturdays.3. Thursday and Friday appointments are tough to get with this company! I guess most people (including me) want their houses cleaned as close to the weekend as possible - especially because of Con #2 above. I had to settle for a Wednesday appointment for almost six months before a Thursday slot opened up!Thats it! Try them out. You might like them.

Folks, if you can get on a regular schedule with this service, hold on to it . . . and dont let go! After we finally got tired of our cleaning lady cancelling on us whenever something happened in her life, we made the switch to Clean Avenue. My wife & I loved the ladies and their services from Day 1! I particularly love that they work in teams of two or three people. Then we switched to their as-needed plan and quickly regretted the decision. Getting on their schedule became as tough as getting into the White House!! And when we did, our preferred days were usually not available. Weve since managed to get back on the schedule and we are holding on to our spot as long as they continue to deliver awesome housekeeping service as theyve done so far - with zero no shows. These guys take their work seriously and I vouch for them.
