Lets start by saying its intense but a lot of fun. First time today and definately feeling it. Nice staff. Ill give it another go. I can see myself getting better. BIG TIP be there early before class so they can clip the shoes in properly cause my kept slipping off the bike on ones side which limited how much I could to to follow up but great cardio peddling that long anyway
On May 18th, 2021 My wife and I visited our local Cycle Bar location after seeing them at a community event. We went with the intention of giving the program a try. The initial class we signed up for was $10 a person for the class to try the program with no obligations to join the program. After the class, the manager, Taylor Crawford, held us aside to talk about our experience and offered us several options to join their program. We explained that we enjoyed the class but were not interested due to us having travel plans for the summer months ahead - as well as I have a demanding work schedule that does not allow me to be able to join any classes. She persisted in having us join for at least one month at a discounted rate, and explained if we do not find interest in the program it would be cancelled. That day (5/18/21) I paid a total of $178 which broke down to 2 charges of $10 for the trial class, and 2 charges of $89 for the month of May until June 17th. These charges were explained to us and I take full ownership of them. Needless to say we did not attend anymore classes due to my work schedule and our travel plans. June arrived and we were charged 2 charges of $94 where my wife immediately contacted their office. The gentleman over the phone, Brent Zartler, who is the owner of this location, disregarded the fact that my wife was upset at the charges and tried to retain her as a customer offering additional classes and a different teacher. She explained we DID not want a membership and that we did not even use the classes from the previous month. He insisted on offering additional classes and told her she would receive confirmation of her cancellation VIA email. She never received confirmation and followed up the next day and got the voice box and left a message, she then followed up again and spoke to a different representative who explained it was never cancelled and informed her she needed to fill out a cancelation form which is attached. She filled out the forms and immediately sent them back to the representative. They explained now that they have been filled out after the cut off date we would then have to wait an additional month for cancellation. I then called infuriated with the situation considering we were not supposed to get billed in the first place and now they were trying to keep us an additional month for a service we did not and will not use. They assured me that due to the miscommunication the account has been cancelled and I would receive a refund in 10 - 15 business days.I never received a refund for the cancelled classes and was then charged again in July for the same amount. Once charged, we went through the same situation with calling the facility several times and either not being able to get through or the Owner Brent reassuring that this matter would be handled. August came and still no refund and an additional charge was made. After calling and getting no response I took time from work to personally go to the facility where Brent then canceled the membership although it was supposed to be cancelled in June when we initially spoke and filled out our forms. I was very upset and demanded proof of cancellation due to us being lied to multiple times. He said I would receive an email. I sat in the lobby and still did not receive an email and insisted on proof where he allowed me to take a quick picture of his screen which showed they had JUST cancelled the membership. He said I would receive a full refund and have not yet received payment. I followed up just recently and the new GM Kevin who was unaware of the situation asked me to email him the details so he could investigate. I feel this is yet another tactic to avoid refunding us our money. I am a General Sales Manager as well, and am disappointed in the illegal sales practices that are being used to scam people out of their money and the lack of ownership in management.Attached you will see that we have taken only 1 lifetime ride, and I have paid several hundred dollars to this business. I would highly recommend you stay away.
Horrible customer service, called multiple times to speak with owner/manager and never got a call back. Not only does that say volumes about your business ethics, but also your values of your customers that are paying your bills, and for your lively hood.
I got lost and they helped me find my way over the phone and made sure that they could get me into my class. I was late and they got me in without disturbing other people in the class. The class itself was awesome. The instructor was high energy and kept everyone engaged.
CycleBar is so much fun and challenging. Coach Kristin is awesome and so positive with amazing Energy!! All body types and levels welcomed Love it!!

Where to begin? Poor management, customer service and incompetent owner. Even if you give the 30 day cancelation notice, contact your bank to place a stop payment. They will continue to charge your bank account after the fact. They will not work with you to refund you and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. Reading the reviews below makes it evident I am not the first person this has happened too and I won’t be the last.Next step is small claims court for me.
The sheer incompetence is remarkably impressive. I signed a one month membership back in June and come to find out, theyre trying to bill me for the 6 months that followed as well come this week. The best part? They were charging another customer the entire time! Not only have they incorrectly inputted customers personal and payment information, they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and wont let it go. Probably arent even refunding the customers account that was incorrectly charged for 6 months. Customer service is atrocious I would rather workout anywhere else in central Florida than go here again.
Thieves! Dont let these people get your financial information, or else theyll keep charging you and will keep stonewalling when the charges are questioned.
I cannot stress avoiding this place enough. Do not give them your bank information!! They will incorrectly charge you, rack up fees and then blame you for their incompetence. They are thiefs pure and simple. The owner is no better.
Dont sign up for the trial classes. It obligates you to monthly charges. Im told I somehow committed to a membership by texting yes to a text I cannot even find. Horrible customer service.
Cyclebar has a great facility and the instructor Kristin is really good but we were very disappointed in the management. It kind of felt like dealing with the typical used car salesman in that they were very dishonest and charged for many different things that weren’t mentioned until we wanted to cancel. I was impressed with cyclebar at first but now we will never go back and won’t be recommending to to anymore friends and family either. Sad that the classes were decent but the management seemed to be very deceiving!
After canceling membership they continued to charge our bank account to the tune of almost $500 in March after canceled in the begining of February. Only a manage can help apparently yet one is not available.
Instructors Sara and Adam were excellent. Establishment was clean. Cant wait to return for more sessions.

The owner is a fast talking salesman. The packages are expensive and he never told me that there is a 1 month cancellation fee. This is super expensive and they try to lock you down with a contract that is on their computer with very small fine print...
Studio is awesome! Staff is very helpful for first timers. Did a ride with Kristin and had a blast. Will definitely be back.
I want to share my experience with Dan. I called him a couple days ago in regards to my company selling Sanitizers to local studios. He told I can come in for a ride and bring some with me. He scheduled me for my class and he said the owner should be in at this time. Clearly scheduling me when it would be a good time to sell these hand sanitizers. I wrote them an email making sure I had the right address at 3:00pm the day before I was scheduled. I never got a reply. I texted and called the number in the morning and still never got a reply. I cant believe a business is so unresponsive. I drove 30 minutes each way to the wrong location after loading my car up with sanitizers. Long story short, I get a voicemail from Dan sorry thought you knew the address I wasnt there our front desk staff didnt know. Dan, why would I come to your studio to NOT meet you? I cant believe how thirsty he is for sales that he treats people this way. So disappointed in how this Cyclebar is ran.

Really enjoyable rides! I just wish they would enforce their no phones allowed while riding! It is extremely distracting!:(
Great studio for low impact, but high intensity interval training. They charge for value and you get what you pay for. 👍
