Definitively want to leave minus stars! Disgusting behaviour by a employer of this company! Candice should not be working with the public if she cannot act professional and control herself!! My wife,mum and 6 month old baby drove for a total of over 6 hours..... were yelled at,sworn at and threatened. Dogs were in a pitiful state. what was 3000 pounds put towards...definitely not hiring controlled workers with immense anger management issues and certainly not animal care! Will be seeking further advice! Definitely DO NOT USE!Please investigate!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother in law, son, and I had an extremely terrible experience. We drove about 3 hours from Yulee to pick up 3 dogs that were flown over from England. We were told as long as we were there by 5:00pm that everything would be fine. We get there around 3:45pm. My mother in law walked up to the warehouse door and was greeted by Candice Rozzo extremely inappropriately. There was no “Hi, how are you?” She said “You are late! It only takes 1.5 hours to get here from Jacksonville!” First off, we didn’t come from Jacksonville. Secondly, we have a 6 month old with us. We had to stop to feed and change him. Lastly, how dare you!! She was literally screaming at us with my 6 month old son there. My mother in law let her know she didn’t need to speak to us that way, a gentleman let us know we just needed to be there by 5:00pm, we didn’t know we were late. She told us she had the authority to impound our dogs and we were going to be charged a $95 rude fee!? My mother in law then told her she was going to record her for being so rude. Candice then flipped out even worse and called the police and customs and told us to “Get the hell out of her warehouse!” All we wanted was to pick up our 3 dogs we drove so far to get. It was a terrible experience and we will NEVER be using them again. When we went to sign the delivery papers, Candice threw the pen and paper towards my mother in law, and told her to hurry up and sign. My mother in law is not well. She has a lot of health issues. We let her know we wanted to read what was being signed. Once again all we received was attitude. I couldn’t believe this woman was yelling, screaming, and cursing at us especially in front of my son. She locked us out of the warehouse in the hot sun. My poor son was covered in sweat. She is a heartless, terrible person. Her behavior was completely and totally inappropriate, disgusting, embarrassing, and uncalled for. Please do not do business with these people. The dogs were covered in poop and pee, they were never let out and they were locked in the extremely hot warehouse without water. They don’t take care of the animals let alone customers. She offered no type of help to get the dogs and kennels put in our truck. She told us to get out and she was done with us. I’ve never been treated so terribly in my life, and especially over so little. What a disappointment.

Anyone who yells and screams at a mother and her 6 month old on a hot day is just plain evil. I hope you have better manners moving forward.

My aunt used this warehouse to transport her dogs and was screamed and cussed at by a staff member for being “late”. My aunt arrived at 3:45pm and was told by a different staff member via phone that she had to be there before 5:00pm. The dogs were covered in feces and urine and not provided with water in a sweltering warehouse. It’s beyond appalling what happened and extremely unprofessional. If you care about customer service and the well being of your pets or belongings then look elsewhere.
