I have no words to properly describe how deplorably they treat their disabled clients. Recently heard from a family member and am in shock. Completely unacceptable, the staff is never on the same page and stories change from one to another. If your loved ones go here, make sure you are actively involved in their care.

Unprepared and unprofessional is how I would describe nurse practitioner Donna. She couldnt remember why shed asked for a follow up appointment and hadnt even looked for the records she requested for the appointment nevermind read them in advance of it.
