One of the worst counseling experiences ever. Went with my wife for marriage counseling...but I thought a counselor was supposed to be impartial..listening and guiding. I felt attacked for 45 minutes straight..wasnt allowed to speak and chastised when I did try to say something. And she had the nerve to say next time when you come back...Thank you for showing your impartiality.. And your unprofessionalism sharing details of our session...isnt that illegal.. great prognosis after only 10 minutes...I am sure you work great with women but you have an obvious bias against men..realise that

Jaqueline Heiney is the best!...and Ive been to a few counselors! Not only does she listen and engage, she is very interactive and gives practical advice and assigments for guidance and structure. Shes is NOT one of those counselors who nods her/his head and makes me/you do all the talking!

I reached out to lake Mary counseling. I am not the kind of person to ask for help. My son was murdered my father passed away and know I’m going through a divorce. Jacqueline has made my quality of life so much better. I know how myself get out of depression I am overcoming my depression from my sons murder. I’m in a much better place in regards to my divorce. My wife and I are talking but I don’t know if the marriage can be saved. I had an EMDR and that experience showed my my happy place, the color purple and gives me peace I was exhausted after the process and now sleep mich better
