My husband was allowed one appointment and then the second was cancelled 2 & 1/2 hours before his appointment and he was told that the councilor was too busy to see him for a month. With mental health such a big issue, I really don’t see how patients aren’t a TOP priority. I’m sure if he would have called and canceled 2 & 1/2 hours before his appointment, he would have been charged a fee. I guess back to square 1. I wouldn’t recommend.

It was very difficult finding the location. The address I was given seemed like the wrong address. When I called the phone numbers given to me several times, there was no answer; so, I left a message reporting my difficulty. Unfortunately, I never recieved a call back.
