The published hours are incorrect. They are not open on Saturday. Other than that, Ive had good luck and fine service from this shop for several years, including the old location on 17-92.

A $400.00 Project became a $1000.00 thanks to this location.On 7/4/2020 i came to pick up stump grinder to work around the house. They charged me for the equipment and before i left i asked them to show me the basics of the equipment.While showing me to operated it, we notice the grinder did NOT work properly and after an hour of the mechanic trying to fix, i was told i could not take it home. this is after I was charged for itIt took 5 business day to return my money.Because i already took the weekend to do this job, I ended up renting a mini Excavator to try and the the stumps out.This did not work because the stumps were big and i did not want to damage my yard with big holes.After trying for a few hours and decided to stop and wait until the next week to rent another grinder like i wanted to.On 7/10/2020 i come and pick up another grinder that looked even worst than the first one but it was working and thats all i cared.The grinder work perfect the first day, i only use it for an hour before the sun came down and i couldnt see. I move the grinder to the back of my house where i have a camera to keep it safe.Next day when im ready to start working, the grinder did NOT turned on.I tried a few things and the grinder did not work at all. I called the service number and they sent a service person the following day....I lost an entire day of work.When the guy gets there the next day, the machine turned on in seconds.I showed the service guy videos of the equipment not turning on, But now i was happy that it was working and now i had the entire day to use it.The guy left and i start working, 10 minutes later the equipment turns off by it self and it wont turn back on.I called the service guy and he comes back but after almost an hour, he could not figure out what is wrong. Now he tells me he will come back the next day with parts to fix.I am flying out the next day and could not finish this job again because of the equipment.That afternoon, i took trying starting the equipment and it turn on again, I had enough time to put the machine in top of the trailer before it turned off again.On 7/13/2020 when i brought the machine back, I explain to the manager everything that happened, he was real professional with me and told me they will fox the equipment.The guy that unhooked my trailer told me that equipment was damaged but he thought they fixed it. He told me the when it rained, that machine did not turn back on. WOW!!How about all the money I spent and couldnt do the job??!!They shouldve gave me at least some of the money back. Now I have to pay someone to get the job done because the equipment i rented did not work.Update: 7/16/2020The money for the last rental was reimbursed completely.Thank you sunbelt.

All Sunbelts are not the same. Each will charge different prices and have different items available. We call Sunbelt Sanford exclusively because James and Robert have always taken care of us. I highly recommend this location and those people. First class customer service and first class individuals.

Horrible experience. Put a stump grinder on hold last week to pick up today.. even confirmed this am to pick it up after noon today. Called at 2 to say we were on our way and they then informed us that too bad they already rented it to someone else. Horrible customer service.

Always have been Helpful! Rented a 50kw Generator and had some issues with the electrical in my truck. The guys here diagnosed the problem and found out it was a bad trailer connection on my truck and fixed it for free. The staff here is more than helpful and will go above and beyond to help! Thanks to everyone there!

Large selection very courteous staff took care of all my needs

Charged me over $1,600 additional. They dropped it off early for their convenience. It was scheduled for pick up on a Monday. They didt pick up until Thursday and then charged me for all the additional days. Have called twice with no resolution or call back.

Rented a small trailer back in December, headed back to rent another trailer because of outstanding service!

Rented a tele-handler for 2 days. Told driver to pick it up in 2 days. 30 days later, I get a bill for the machine (30 days) that was sitting in my yard for a month. Maybe they only have monthly rentals.

The guys that work out in the yard are great, however the guys who actually take your orders and do the paperwork are complete morons and couldnt care less about their job. If you rent from here make sure to double check what they try to charge you.
