Friendly and fast service, the saw worked great.

Beware!!! I released my machine 7 days before Herc decided to finally pick it up. The county tower the machine due to the amount of time it sat in the development. I was charged over $1200 for the tow charges. Do not do business with this company!

They have nice and new equipment at this location. Made my jobs a lot easier and their prices are better than Sunbelt. Beautiful location / facility and good customer service. I would highly recommend again in the future - the staff was very friendly and personable to make sure I got the job done right, Thanks again.

Had an issue with a stump grinder I leased .Management and staff were very professional in resolving this issue i will definitely be back when i i need there services again keep up the great job guys

Rented a floor grinder from Joe and was not given adequate instruction on usage and after the fact, was charged a ridiculous amount for the used bits ($161) on top of the $172.50 rental fee. Was not told to look under to see if heads were getting used quicker than he expected and I ended up damaging the disk, which holds the bits in place, but I wasnt charged for that; their insurance was instead. Originally, I requested a grinder with dual heads and was asked how big of an area to be ground and I said it was 1500 sq feet and was instructed that a single head would do just fine. Finished 600 sq feet and and machine ceased working. Though Joe is likable guy, I will not be returning to rent again.

Herc is a fairly new rental company located on 46 @ 3/4 mile west of French Ave. I visited the store twice. First time for information and second time to rent a log splitter and chain saw. Both visits I spoke with Tom who was professional, conscience and informative.HERCs offered the best price for rentals and the equipment appeared to be new.The signage is clear going east, not so visible going west.Recommend HERCs for all of your rental needs.
