The associate Brenda is very unprofessional. She try’s to administer this humble roll but over all she uses her posterior to miss treat customers. I have been coming to this location since I was 19 I’m now 28 years old and I have never experienced having to be out last after patiently waiting my turn. I will not be coming back to this location and will seize all accounts I have with this location.

It is a very good place to do your $ money 💰 bissness like paying your Bills and you can get a loan from them up to $ 500.00 dollars. And very respectful customers service. 😀

Normally dont have a bad experience at this location, but today is a new low. I went close to 4am on Nov 15 to find nobody working. Lights were on, door was unlocked. I waited inside about 5 to 10 minutes before leaving since I didnt see anyone around, no one came out. I thought this location was open 24 hours?

Ive had ok experiences here. The money orders are free, there are places to sit, and the store is well-lit. Its awesome that its open 24 hours. Staff is courteous. The only thing I would change is how to line up. It seems like there should be one line with the next person going next and so forth. I was told tho, to just go up to any window and wait for somebody to show up, which seemed really dumb to me, but I did it and eventually someone did show up. When in Rome...

Seems to always be a line of people and only one person working the windows, but they apologize for the wait and try to be as quick and courteous as possible.Be careful outside though since theres a guy who hangs out around here and panhandles and will mess with bicycles and possibly other things.

I have been going to this particular store for years; they are always prompt and polite.

Horribly racist people work here. Ive cashed numerous checks through amscot. Any time it is a Caucasian or African American they give me no issues. Yet every single time its a Spanish worker they make me go through a process where they send my checks to corporate. Every single time they waste about 20 mins of my day to do this, when no one else ever does this to me . This is how I know there racist, my Spanish neighbor cashes checks the same way and the one day I have her a ride. She cashed her checks with no issue yet I got the whole ordeal. Amscot you need to retrain your employees on racism sensitivity !

They are quick upon arrival and they get the job done right so you are in and out of there.

There are friendly, nice workers that work there and then there are not so friendly, rude ones that work there. I watched a worker give a guy nothing but attitude and they had a heated argument. Then when she was done with him she turned to me and didnt greet me or say hello. She acted like she didnt want to help anyone or work. She was clearly upset about something else. Had a horrible encounter with her and I spoke to the manager and he was sarcastic and rude. He stood there with a cold demeanor.Heres a tip: dont work in customer service if you are into servicing customers. Those two are unprofessional and rude. The amscot by walmart is way nicer than the one by save a lot. Youll save a headache that way

Each time Ive visited the staff has been rude. They look tired and overworked and it almost seems as if youre bothering them. Ill continue doing business at the bank or the money center at Wal-Mart which is much cheaper anyways. Theyll charge you $40 to cash a check that Wal-Mart would cash for $6. I just happened to be next door and thought Id stop in...bad idea.

Made me to wait for long time and didnt help. The lady was acting very rude and didnt want to service. Just wasted my 30 mins

They dont even deserve one star they are very stereotypical people ... Discrimination at his finest ill be closing my account which ive had over 3 yrs with them and never come to then again for anything and they can thank Esmeralda for that!!

The man with glasses named James Helped me out... well tried to he was slow and rude and forgot about me at the window and continued to help others until someone else finished my cash advance.
