Timely, reaonably priced, detail oriented (especially with all of the baseboards), and highly professional. I love the can do and pleasant attitude. Not to mention they were able to do same-day cleaning to my entire 4/2 house. Their service is exceptional!

At first this company did a decent job. Not good but decent. Then they just went down hill. The owner, I assume he is the owner, couldnt be more rude. He has a real problem working with women who challenge him when he is wrong. His whole problem is he is terrible at customer service. He actually talked over my office manager and held his hand up like some kind of child so as not to listen to or acknowledge she was speaking. A total jerk. Save yourself some time and money and find someone who cares about his customers.

We had a previous cleaning company that maintained our office located in Sanford Fl however they started off fantastic and gradually became sub par. This company comes up with reasonable prices in order to accommodate its client. I gave them a budget I wanted to stay within as well as concerned areas and was quoted reasonably. They also provided license and insurance information unlike a lot of fly by night companies. I always check because of previous experiences with unlicenced and uninsured companies.

We fired our cleaning company about a year ago and came across Based On Solutions. We needed our commercial office cleaned 2 times a week, carpets cleaned and floors stripped and waxed. This company covered them all. If there is something they dont do, they will let you know. Not like our last company that told us they cleaned carpets and ruined $1500 in carpeting. They also work with you on pricing.

Anthony is an absolute god send. The house looked fantastic! After almost 6 years of living in my rental, the owners decided to sell. I hired Based on Solutions after an in home visit and prepared estimate. Anthony did a fantastic job on the house, it looked even better than when I originally moved in.
