Called ahead and made an appointment (the person on the phone was very helpful and lovely). When I got there (drove 30 minutes from Orlando) and checked in a few minutes early, they told me someone would be right with me and to wait in the lobby. 35 minutes later, no one had come to see me, so I had to leave. Sad to have wasted a chunk of my weekend, but I’m sure this place is great when you’re helped, based on other reviews. Luckily Classic Honda in Orlando was super helpful.
Kimberley, my Service Advisor, went way above and beyond my highest expectations, giving my service problem the kind of personal attention. I could only expect from a family member or best friend. She made a potential nightmare go away. Just like that. I am fortunate to have purchased my Sonata from Headquarter Hyuandi if for no other reason than to have someone as amazing as Kimberley to protect my Extended Warranty coverage right through to the 100,000 mile mark. Great place.

Headquarter Hyundai is definitely the place to go when buying a new or used vehicle. Everyone is very friendly and personable. I came in with a tall order to fill with wanting a particular model and trim with all of the bells and whistles. Richard, our salesman, and his manager, Maurice were able to work their magic with getting my dream vehicle. Richard was able to walkthrough some of the features of the Palisade and getting them setup. Also, Ken in Finance was able to get be a great rate for my loan as well. I will definitely go to Headquarter Hyundai when I’m wanting to buy a vehicle again. 😊

Tony was very thorough, professional and I enjoyed his demeanor. I would recommend him to anyone. His knowledge of Genesis G80 was on point, answered all my questions and gave me personalized instructions on all technological, maintenance and special features. I think it was the most relaxed deal out of 90 plus times I have bought a vehicle!
It was my first experience buying a car. I may not have the best credit but I was giving almost half the car down and I was going to pay not double but maybe triple for the an 8k car. Plus the gave me 7 inquiries on my credit just to give me a crazy over 20% rate. The sales person name Richard he was just that a sale person he had no knowledge. Overall horrible experience would not recommend going alone if you have no knowledge of what you doing. You would think this big named dealership would do better. Not a very friendly places to get a car for a first time.
Service is a bit slow but to be expected as it’s about the same as I’ve experienced at other dealerships! What really makes it 5 star is Gayland! I’ve been working with him for 5 years and he is honest, trustworthy, hard working and so kind!! Everyone here at this location is super nice!
Horrible service. I have a check engine light on and I have already had a diagnostic done. I asked them to replace the part under my warranty. They told me they would have to run a diagnostic and apply the cost toward fixing. I knew this would be covered so I agreed. They later came back to me and said the diagnostic was free because there was nothing detected to be wrong. I had it diagnosed yesterday and the third coil needs to be replaced due to misfiring. WHATEVER… I’ll go else where. I also had to bring in a copy of my warranty and had to remind them multiple times that I have it. This should not be my responsibility!I also asked for an oil/lube change and tire rotation. They charged me nearly $70 for this and didn’t even do the job right. When I went to leave I check the fluids and they were not tipped off. I had to ask someone else to check into this.Horrible service. I will not return here nor will I recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Also have a diagnostic done prior to going in for any so called service so you know what to expect or not expect.Truly disappointed
This really was a painless process. I did a little research beforehand and started the inquiry online. Orlando was very quick in responding and we set an appointment. Everyone there was friendly and professional, from the sales crew to the finance department. The car that I wanted was snatched up already, but the sales manager scrambled to grab me an identical model fast before that too was gone. I drove out of there a happy man...or should I say, I road of into the sunset in my new Tucson...
I went there to buy a new car with really low expectations about my situation and Jonathan was my Sales Expert. He did amazing and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations if someone in this dealership deserve credit is him. He had plenty knowledge about the Kona that I bought and all the features of it and how to operate them, he did amazing with the finance too and also Moe, but Jonathan knew a lot about how to finance and which bank and down payment I needed to go with also which products I needed to protect my investment. Dealership was super clean and very modern. I loved the facilities. I am in love with my car and definitely will bring my family and friends to Jonathan and the manager Jasmine.
I recently purchased a vehicle. My experience started with Jose who did an outstanding job from start to finish. My trade in was undervalued, that was my decision and I should have walked away. Sales price was different than agreed on, and I didn’t receive anything about extended service coverage or $25 Visa card. All of it just adds to overall experience, tried contacting them with no success. I understand and expect them to make a profit, but I feel this deal could have been a little more mutually beneficial.

As I was unable to purchase the car I am interested in. I can say that all of the management, and staff treated me with respect. I purchased a 2021 Tucson around 30 days ago. The sales staff was very attentive throughout the initial purchasing process. Even contacting me to remind me to provide the feedback survey which I did. When I didnt rate them 5 starts I was asked to re-take. Which I did because up to then they were very attentive and I didnt want my sales person to be penalized due to my rating. Around the same time I noticed there was a piece that was missing from the roof. I immediately sent a text with the picture to my sales person (since he told me to contact him with any issues) as well as to the Customer Relations manager. I originally thought maybe the people I was messaging were out since there was zero response. I called and spoke to the Service Manager who wasnt sure what I was referring to but would talk to my sales person since I had sent the picture and he was working. No response on that either. Its extremely frustrating to see that the attention to their customers only happens when they want you to rate them 5 stars.

I would give 5 stars but it took over 2 hours and I find the prices are on the high side for the average customer. My tech was awesome. Thankfully he went the extra mile and saved me 10 dollars which was helpful.
My bf bought his Veloster Turbo N Series here, & has been extremely happy w/it!There was a mix-up on the custom floor mats he bought, but they immediately realized it & quickly had the correct mats sent, & they fit like a 🧤!He HATED the color of his 🚗, but apparently its the only color this N Series comes in, so they were very helpful in finding him additional discounts & a more attractive financing option so that he was able to walk out same day w/his new 🚗!They also offered a great price on window tinting, so he did that as well & is also extremely satisfied w/the job done on it! It was done while we waited, & they gave clear instructions on how to treat it over the next several days. I may even have them do tinting on my Lexus as well now that I see what an awesome, timely job they do!One last thing Id mention is a slight noise he was hearing only when its cold outside, so they offered to keep his 🚗 there until they could locate & fix the issue. (They offered him a lender 🚗, but he refused that since we have other cars @ home.) It did take 3-4 days to locate where the noise was originating from, but were HAPPY that its finally been fixed, & ofc, free of charge!Theyre extremely on the ball w/keeping in contact & returning calls; just GOOD customer service in general! You honestly WONT be dissatisfied if you decide to buy your next 🚘 here! 👏🙌👏🙌👏🙌👏Last thing: BUY THE CUSTOM COVER!! Saves your 🚗 from all the tiny scratches, dings & dirt build-up!

So they waited patiently and shared their knowledge where ever they could. My wife and I talked overnight, the next day and into the following evening...till long after closing.Gabes knowledge about both the 2022 Tucson as well as a five year old Santa Fe had us drooling.Kens insights into the intricacies of finance put both cars into our reach. If you go there ask for Gabe Cruz by name! and when its time to set down and talk money wait till Ken is available.I would go back in a heart beat!p.s. Our new 22 is a steal!

Super friendly! They went out of their way to help me with getting my car service completed in a timely fashion. The complimentary shuttle ride was excellent. The messaging system they use is really helpful and is great for avoiding phone tag.
My wife and I were wanting to test drive a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. We realize they are hard to come by, so we called to double check to see if they had inventory before making the trip. The person on the phone said yes, we have a few. We drove to the dealer walked in, and they didn’t have any. Of course they were wanting to order us one or find us one, but that’s not what we asked for. We were hoping to test drive. Seems like they will do anything they can to sell you a car, and not in a good way. Not only did they not have the specific trim level, they didn’t have any Palisades at all. What could he have meant by “we have a few.” Honestly, the experience with them has almost made my wife cross Hyundai off the list and I’m pretty sure if she could have test drove one she would have bought it. As plain as I can put it, they lied to get us in the door… and that strategy did not work out at all.
First time using Headquarter Hyundai Service for our Genesis, great service nice and clean waiting area vehicle was washed when done.No pressure on add on services, one thing I didn’t like is scheduled through web first time and wasn’t on schedule, thankfully I called day before and found out appointment wasn’t there, they did get me in that same day but I started receiving sales calls from sales personnel, did not appreciate being put on a call list gentleman that assisted me with service hopefully took care of it for me.
Shawn Wright in the service department is excellent. I always schedule my appointments with him. Hes very customer focused. The staff overall is super friendly.
HH greatly impressed my wife and I. All of the folks we dealt with were professional and friendly, especially Don and Jasmin. They run a tight ship, as evidenced by a very clean, visually appealing dealership. It doesnt hurt that we love our new Palisade!

So, my husband and I went to trade in our 2018 Elantra. The facility is large and clean and they offer beverages such as coffee, water, and soft drinks. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager of the facility stopped by our table and made sure that we were being taken care of, comfortable, and had been offered refreshments. Very nice man. There are 2 reasons Im not giving a 5. The personal experience we had with our sales person is one. He is very young, nice, but needs some work on customer relations and knowing what to say, and what NOT to say to a person dropping 30k on a vehicle. The second reason is the interior of the very low mileage vehicle (6,000) we were purchasing needed a little touch-up. I showed these things to our sales person and while we were waiting for the finance department, he stated that the vehicle was being detailed and washed and be perfect. It was not. The outside was immaculate, but the inside spots and places that needed to be cleaned up was not done. Its not the biggest deal in the world. But, if youre going to say something is going to be done, then it needs to be done. I did not address this at the time, to be honest, because we had already been there four and a half hours. I do not have a problem going back to this facility for mechanical work or any warranty work. I would buy from here again, I would just choose a different salesperson.
The service department was efficient with helping me as soon as i walked in the door. Jay S. was nice and told me about what my service would include today. They have a very large, clean waiting area .
We were ripped off by Headquarter Hyundai . They overcharged us for a used car and service agreement way too high. We will go back to Central Florida Hyundai next time, they are worth the drive to Clermont.

I came in for a recall service maintenance and during my waiting time I inquired Jill about my options on an early buy out or something else, she took the time to listen to my story of a decade of disappointments with other Hyundai dealerships of other cities in Florida, then after assuring me that my car was getting the service it needed, she put me in Joses hands. José is a very pleasant person to talk to, he took everything I told him into consideration and gave me the best advice from all of my options, he was diligent, kind and professional, it was also nice to be able to communicate in my native language. After the service and the transaction was completed, Jill looked for a way to pack up some hot dogs to bring home for my children, even Moe was super nice and made sure my monthly payments will be comfortable for me to make. I was not expecting such excellent service, I had been awfully misled and tricked in other Hyundai dealerships and so I came in afraid of being yet mistreated again, but I was proven wrong, and I am very happy this was the way. Than you all for all your help and hard work.

My service representative Gayland was very helpful friendly and informative. He listen to my concerns and took care of all my issues and make sure all my services were completed. This is a much better experience than my last experience at the other Hyundai dealership in Winter Park where they spoke down to me and did not listen to my concerns. Gayland validated that my issue I had brought up at my last service call at the Hyundai in Winter Park was valid concerning my windshield wiper blades not functioning properly and fix my issue. I will definitely continue to have my service done at Hyundai in Sanford.

Shopping for a new car at this dealership was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Manuel Torres was my representative, he was so nice and patient with me. There was no pressure to make a decision and most important I did not have to spend hours at the dealership while they had their discussions, etc. They made the entire process easy and comfortable.
As a professional I have a little time to take my car to service. I’ve had previous cars Audi, Volvo but nobody gave me service like Genesis.Best service ever. So review is based on 3 visits (had to go one more time after buying).Pros: Car buying was smooth for the initial bit (Thanks to Don who was very frank). Staff were friendly.Nice clean place with good inventory and professional people. Would highly recommend.Cons: The typical outline of buying costs was not explained and I found out a lot of charges when I started financing. They need to be more upfront about a lot of things.Servicing was okay - needs improvement in communication while service was being done. I had no communication for more than an hour till I walked up and enquired about the status.
I was completely happy with the immediate service and response to my visit. Jose worked with me to find the car I was looking for and the price. The finance officer was able to get me an excellent deal on the financial end. The car I chose had just come in and had not been cleared for delivery. I would rate Jose Narvaez as a superior salesman, who went above and beyond by delivering my car to my home the day following my visit. The Sanford site of Headquarter Hyundai has my highest recommendation.
Service was professional and kept us informed when car was being analyzed, what the problem was and how long it would take to fix. We were offered to be picked up at our home and taken to the dealership when the car was ready. Great service!

This dealership only cares about people who are buying cars from them and even then they really don’t care. I bought a car from them a year ago. The experience with the salesman was not great. He was very condescending and rude and impatient with me even though it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I told him that. I have just refinanced the vehicle and need to get a refund for my gap insurance from the dealership. What should have taken 10 minutes has taken 3 weeks. They never answer the phone and when they do, they just transfer me to someone else who doesn’t want to help or they take my number and never call back like they say they will. When I finally went up there to handle it in person, the finance guy told me the wrong information which made the process take longer. The excuse I got from the manager was that the guy is new and doesn’t know what he’s doing. The person that is now handling my case has better things to do because she still hasn’t filed the paperwork I sent her and never replies to my emails. Don’t waste your time here.
Have problems with keyless connections. Getting run around. 3 different Dealerships. Still have problems. 4 times in past 6 months got stuck couldnt turn the car on. even triple A couldnt help. New car but not reliable. Poor customer service. Mr Young Service Manager knows the issue but refuses to fix it.

We went to see about getting a new car. We haven’t bought a new car in 8 years. Our salesman was Jeff Francois. We wanted to know about leasing, buying a new car or buying a resale. Jeff was very knowledgeable and very professional. He also knew so much about Hyundai’s as he has been there for 6 years. After finding out what was available, we decided on a new 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Well, the car needed some updating on the software and while it was in for service, it was found to need some parts that were going to take 2 weeks to come in. The manager, Moe called us and said they didn’t want us to wait and offered us a 2021 Tucson with more extras than we were getting with the first one. We are very happy and excited about our car and want to thank Jeff, Moe and Luis for a great experience and wonderful customer service. My respect (at least for this dealership) is restored. I always had visions of being taken advantage of by car dealerships, but not by these guys. If you’re thinking of buying a Hyundai, check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Ive been a loyal customer for several years, both for sales and service - because my experience has always been outstanding. Service is fast and thorough, always advise whats needed but no pressure to do it. Waiting area is comfortable, clean and even has areas to set up a laptop while waiting.

Dealership gets FIVE STARS! *see bottom for 4 star rating explanation.I went to four different dealers from Leesburg to the local area and the experience here was the best by far. Don knew his stuff and was absolutely no pressure while being helpful throughout the process. I took over three weeks to research and narrow down makes and models. Safety and reliability/warranty were paramount to us and we decided on the Sonata over the Camry after much research and more helpful and unhelpful YouTube videos than I ever care to see again. I now know way more about cars and the car buying process than I ever wanted to, but Headquarters brought it all home for us. We found the exact car we wanted at two dealers but it wasn’t a question of where to purchase. They are going our Hyundai dealer for life! Thanks so much!!*for anyone still reading, here’s why they only got 4 stars. When we went in to finance (Damn it that Mo wasn’t there that day) the finance person we dealt with almost blew the whole deal. Long story short, SUPER high pressure…watch some YouTube videos on what to beware of and he was EVERY cliche you see. Couldn’t get out of there soon enough and THEN I realized we got 2.9% instead of the 1.9% we qualified for! BS, BS, BS telling me it would only be $2.50 difference a month (ended up $11 less)…the floor Mgr saw the look on my face, came right over and fixed everything immediately. Be prepared for the finance office.
I got a new sales guy that was only 4 weeks in. He tried hard but lots of miscommunication. Was told car was “en route” from multiple people when, in fact, it wasn’t. Car wasn’t totally prepped when we picked up next day.Finance department was phenomenal. Great service, quick, and knowledgeable.
Ray Fischer is awesome no pressure very informative and he knows his product if I buy a vehicle there I will definitely buy it through him

Ive been dealing with Gayland in service for many years now and have always had a great experience. This time was no different. As usual hes very thorough with his explanations of service and billing. I had to wait for a part to come in to repair the car but Gayland explained and gave an accurate estimate of when the car might be ready. He also made an appointment to service my other car as well. I need to wait for the parts as well so Gayland gave me a tentative appointment date to allow time for the part to arrive to limit the time the car would be service. As usual an A+ !
As this was my first experience with the service department I am very please with the customer service provided. I would like to add that I did not receive a full service. The service ticket states that all fluids would be top off but upon turning on my vehicle on I got an indication that the windshield fluid was low. Maybe my next visit this can get top off.
I went to Headquarters Hyundai in hopes to buy a new vehicle. I was working with David who really seemed eager to help. Then all of a sudden a manager (I can’t remember his name) comes up to me and says that I can make an appointment and come back with my husband when I’m ready. He said that because I told David that before I made a final decision (cause the car I wanted wasn’t even in stock) I wanted to discuss it with my husband. Needless to say I felt disrespected and dismissed. It worked out for me anyway cause I went to Coggin DeLand Hyundai and got a better deal on a better car with amazing service.I do want to add that Diana from Headquarters called me to see how my experience was and when I told her, she was very apologetic.So I am updating my review to show that I did contact Mr Wolf via email on 8/12/21, per his request. Today is 9/1/21 and I have yet to hear from anyone at Headquarters.
This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a car dealership. The sales staff was very attentive and did everything they could to fulfill my needs. They got me exactly what I wanted at the price that I wanted. Bob and Gabe were both outstanding. I will definitely be shopping here again.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We went in there wanting a certain type a vehicle and walked out with what we wanted. They worked with us to get us in the car we wanted. Our sales guy Neil was attentive and patient while we went back and forth and our rambunctious son. We were family referred and I can see why. I will definitely come back for more experiences in the future.
All professional from the time we entered the dealership until we drove off in our new Stormy Sea 2022 Santa Fe XRT, which was exactly the car we were looking for. It was such a pleasure to be treated so well after being mistreated and lied to at Coggin Hyundai in DeLand.Also a huge shout out to our salesman Ray Fisher, who treated us like his own parents. He was so kind and helpful. I wish we had more time to learn all the little secrets of our new car.
My wife opened the glove box and when she did it just popped out onto the floor haha I have never seen that happen.I called the dealership to explain the issue. They said they are backed up by a few days. They told me to stop up though and they will see what they can so. I pulled in and was greeted in like 30 seconds. Th young guy went and got a service advisor. The advisor took a look and grabbed tools. He had the glove box fixed in about 2 minutes. I thought we would be there for hours. Thanks for the help and great service . You dont see that kind of service much anymore. Nice to see. 😊
Check in was good at intro. Worker sent me to see another gentleman to complete it who was on the phone and did not even look up to acknowledge I was in front of his window.Then the first gentleman came inside and completed the checkin process with me. This went smooth and he even offered me a bottle of water. That was nice.After 1 hr and 45 minutes and no one giving me an update. I text the number sent to me to ask. After 5-8 more minutes the original worker who was originally on the phone motioned me to come over. I didn’t like that because everyone else has an advisor come over. I asked him if he was speaking to me as he was not my original advisor and he told received my text and yes he was the person I texted and they all work together as a team.I told him if he just communicated with me vs motioning me to come over it would have been better. This advisors service was not professional or pleasant at all and this not the high rating for service experience today.
Adrian Brown, service adviser is totally an awesome person. Communicative, empathetic always responding back with updates via phone calls and emails. A true asset to Headquarter Hyundai.
The best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Called the day before and when I arrived the car I was interested in was out front for a test drive. No hidden fees or haggling necessary. They came in under all their competitors and had me out the door in under 2 hours. I worked directly with Jose and Moe on my purchase and they displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be back to work with them in the future and have recommended family and friends in the market to visit Headquarter Hyundai before going anywhere else!
The service advisor was not very professional.The tech finished our car and put in front of the drive .He then gave the paperwork in.We waited and asked the advisor could we have the car but he was busy texting on his cellphone.30 min later nothing.we went to the advisor again he got an additude.Our car sat in front of the drive for over 45 min.Then we approached the advisor and asked to get our keys.Very disappointing visit.
They have really pulled all the stops on this new Hyundai. The new store location is amazing, and they have a new approach that makes car buying a much better experience. The staff were very friendly and their service department is one of the largest in the east coast! Hard to find anything wrong with these guys.
