I trust my vehicles with Empire Auto Spa.They Ceramic coated my 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum, completely fixed thousands of micro-swirls due to a bad car wash from Bill Ray Nissan.Fast forward to 2021, I bought a BMW 640ix GT. Went to get a detail. Inside looks great but man.. the outside still looks the same. 100 bucks to do the outside detail I figured itd be a little more than soap/water wash. They did offer more services to get it looking even nicer but after spending 200 bucks to get the inside and out detailed I wasnt ready to spend more

I want in for a interview today very nice lady at the front but when I spoke to the boss. I felt undermined and discriminated against because he kept asking about my insurance, my mom and dad and what they do. I was very excited to go to this interview but left with nothing new. I am an 19 year old African American male and never once been to a interview where they asked so many person questions and then want to another company and asked them if they use those kinds of questions and he said no. I understand some business have different rules but I feel that me being African American made me lose this job. All of his staff except for one person ramiz, was caucasian. I also understand the lack of experience in this filled was also a factor in that but there should be no reason you need to know what my dad or mom does because there not here in the interview I am.

I’ve been using Empire for years now. I got lucky to find them when I was looking for mobile detailing services. They have great pricing and they do an amazing job. They’re flexible with scheduling and it’s so convenient to have them come to wherever you are. They’ve never charged me for travel either. I love that they call to check back in and see if you need services again. I don’t think enough businesses check in with their customers. Life is crazy busy and it’s nice that they help me remember to schedule an appt! I just had both my husbands car and mine detailed and they took 5 hrs and did an impeccable job. Both cars look brand new. Also everyone who works for them is just so friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent experience from Empire Auto Spa when I decided to PPF my entire car. When it was finished I could tell they try to make the edges as hidden as possible compared to other installers in the area. They also were able to get someone out to my house to fix my wheel which left it looking like new condition which gave me confidence that Empire know what they are doing. They also have decent customer service as I brought up a issue to them and they did fix it right away when I brought the car to them. In my opinion this is the place where you can take your car to fulfill what you want done to your car.

It’s a crying shame there isn’t a 6 star option. I personally hold too high of standards and I’m constantly let down (bad trait maybe). So of course as usual- I expected nothing but the best when I received my quote (much less than a comparable option, which is awesome) but I not only was educated beyond what I needed to know, the job that was performed was nothing short of impeccable and amazing! I was supposed to have a ceramic coating on my car. I was approved for the financing available that empire has to offer. So I told Jerry (the only person I worked with at the time) I would schedule either that Thurs, Fri, or the following Monday. But during this time I found out about my deathly ill grandfather that is out of the country. I immediately had to leave in order to get my grandfather back to the states, which caused me to not confirm any of the possible days for my service. It took a good month for me to get my grandfather back and situated into the hospital here in FL. I then noticed I had a $1000 bill from the finance company that I was approved for to use toward my ceramic coating, which I had not yet received.The problem came when I called to figure out why I had a bill for service that was not yet done. I did still want the ceramic coat on my new car, but my family issues were more important at this time. When I talked to Jerry to get a understanding of why I have been charged he became very rude. Said when we scheduled, the finance loan is automatically used. (Even though I never confirmed the day for service)He wanted to know why I never called to tell them what was going on, which I explained I had no phone service out of the states, as well as a ceramic coating on my car was of my least concerns at this time. His next statement was, well why did it take me so long to call when I got back. I explained to him I was fighting to get my grand father from the costa rican hospital to a hospital here in the states and I called as soon as I could. He had no compassion and was so rude. He told me he would talk to the owner and see if they can give the money back to the finance company. He told me he would get back to me and now over a month later still have not heard from Jerry or anyone. I have called multiple times and the owner is not available and neither is Jerry. They take my info and tell me they will have someone call and I have yet to get a call. And I still have a $1000 bill for a ceramic coating that I never received.Oh I did receive a call from Dottie to see how I liked my ceramic coating and if I had any questions on the care of my car with the coating. I laughed and explained to her that I never actually received a ceramic coat so I have no questions. I guess in their system they got their money so I must of got that coating.WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH!

My car looks amazing! After Dottie coaxed me in to the warehouse so I could see what they could do to make my car look new again, I was convinced I had to get my car in there. Shawn went over my car with me like a fine tooth comb and showed me everything they could do to make my car shine, both inside and out. I was referred to this business by a work colleague. On 15/May/2021, I completed the form on their website to request an appointment. I received an automated email also on 15/May stating that somebody would be in contact with me. Since I did not receive any contact, on 28/May, I replied to that email to inquire as to the status, but the email bounced. Today, 2/June, I emailed them directed at the email address on their website and it also bounced. So I made three attempts over three weeks to contact this business, but I did not receive a response to my initial query and their published email address is invalid. I have let the people that referred them to me that they are unresponsive.

These guys are the bomb! They do it all. The detailed the interior of my F150 Platinum due to previous owner’ dog hairs everywhere & the dog smell! They totally removed the smell & detailed the interior & tinted the front side windows. Wow what a great job! I will def use them for the rest of my upgrades!!!!

I had a full 3 year ceramic coating done by Empire, and since it was close to $2000, I figured it would make sense to write a review in this case. (and I promised them I would)Really nice folks here. Very personable. Jerry helped explain the process to me and kept me updated all the time on how the car was coming along. Dottie was sweet in ordering me an Uber back home.I have a 4 year old BMW with a lot of swirl marks, etc. I was hesitant about spending this kind of money for a ceramic restoration, and I was pretty nervous about the value. I showed up and also asked if Empire could do a couple of extra small projects (secure a diffuser, tint small side lights) and also refurbish the rock chipped headlights. We verbally agreed on the cost and I left the car.I picked up the car and the paint looked brand new. Its pretty remarkable what ceramic coating does and the process Empire took to make it look showroom. The other small jobs were kind of forgotten and brushed aside after sure, no problem in the beginning, but I figured I could do that myself since my main concern was the paint restoration. I would have paid for the costs of doing the small jobs and didnt expect this in the overall service. No biggie.I would say my advice to folks considering Empire for this: Get it in writing before you leave. This is not a cheap process. I discussed cost through text/ voice and pointed out things Id like done at the drop off with a verbal price and instruction (my bad), and upon pickup, the price changed. Jerry and I went back and forth a few times (because I thought I was crazy) but I found a past text of our conversation and the agreed price. He conceded that is what we discussed, and honored the original price. It was a $200 difference, which is a lot for us that dont have money trees growing in our backyard. (maybe my painful headlights cut into profits?)Also, for you that have never done this: A decent tip is expected for the laborer. (I had to Google what is customary for a ceramic coating). The pressure will be on when you are handed the Ipad after swiping your card and all eyes are upon you to decide what percentage to tip. It could be big bucks if you arent doing the math quickly in your head, so know ahead of time what you are comfortable with. (I brought cash).I would have Empire do it again. It was worth it. The car looks brand new sometimes. The folks at Empire are really good people. They spend time with you and help you understand how it all works. Theyll give you advice on other car related things if youre interested. Check out Jerrys Jeep when you are there! Pretty insane!

My dad and I built this truck. Painted it in pieces in the back yard. Orange peel, dry spots, runs, thick spots, and houseflies that backstroked through the wet paint. Took a risk with Empire Auto Spa who said they could turn our amateur paint job into a great paint job (not perfect, but great). They were right. These pics do no justice at all to what we have now. Shiny and oh so slippery. This was a real test for any outfit like Empire. Anyone can wax a factory paint job. But if you need someone who treats your ride like their own, visit Empire now.

We Always write Reviews based on our experience with a company. We choose empire based upon there reputation and they delivered on just that and more. Recently had one our company vehicles audio system upgraded with navigation and hand free capability the first unit there was a very rare issue with it, was told to bring it back and and they would address the problem. We dropped off the vehicle later we came back to pick it up and since the issue with the old unit was manufacturing defect and didn’t want to leave the van without anything leaving the shop they upgraded our unit from the previous model witch was definitely not what we was expecting by any means. Shawn the owner was very professional and there team at empire auto spa are hands down the best in the business for all your car customization needs and coating.

The Five Star rating scale is not high enough for Empire Auto Spa. I brought my Black SUV that was factory painted black, to Empire Auto Spa to have them evaluate the damage to my paint. M y SUV is a family vehicle. Every inch of my SUV was covered in light blue paint over spray. The light blue paint on my SUV was an industrial paint used to paint metal. Before I brought my SUV into Empire Auto Spa I was considering selling it because the paint was so damaged. Dottie, Jerry and the entire Team at Empire Auto Spa gave me the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They all advised me they were confident they could get the paint over spray off my SUV; even though it was going to be a tremendous challenge. They did a great job with paint correction and ceramic coating my car...paint is metallic black and was a leftover so had probably been thru 50 dealer washes or more and had tons of fine swirl marks etc...they got it smooth as silk and with the ceramic coating it definitely stays clean longer. I had it done in oct 19 and as I will admit im very particular about my cars so I did have a few very minor issues I found. You would think I owned a Bugatti and not a lowly Mitsubishi....lol....Anyway it was several months before I could get it back in to address them and they took care of them that day. Very courteous and professional and do great work. Would definitely use them again.

Shawn Beechers concierge service will even let me drop my Corvette off for detailing and take me home, and bring me back when the job is done.

Went for a polish, very skeptical of ceramic coating and the owner was very confident in his product, so much so he guaranteed it. I took him up on his offer and was shocked at the durability and look of the five year ceramic coating. No regrets whatsoever and it’s been almost a year now. The car is super easy to clean, has a fantastic shine, and does not seem to have lost any of the depth of my unusual paint color. I had no intent of getting ceramic coating, and in fact was against it, but I am now looking to do another car.

The team went above and beyond to make my used car look brand-new with paint correctIon, ceramic coating and tint. It really brought out a brilliant shade of red! Staff has great attention to detail and offers tips for keeping up with maintenance at home too.

I brought n my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I keep the truck relatively clean but because I will likely drive this truck until the wheels fall off I wanted a quality detail. Empire did not disappoint. I went in one afternoon for a consultation and they went over my options in great detail and what would be the best for my vehicle considering the age and condition. I opted for the 3 year polish and coating. Dropped the truck off at 0830 the next morning and picked it up at 1730. When I saw it it looked showroom new. The metallic gray had an amazingly deep shine. I had some light scratches on 2 of the doors and they were now basically gone. The inside was immaculate with every inch being clean and conditioned. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I picked the truck up one of the detail techs went over in great detail on how to wash and take care of truck now that it has the coating. I would definitely recommend Empire if you want to keep you’re auto investment in mint condition. Oh and getting to meet and hang out with Sampson the Gynormous S. African Mastiff was an added bonus.

Excellent job! The team at Empire are very good at what they do. I took my 41 ft. fifth wheel Rv to Empire. I had a mobile detailer in Sebring, Florida wash & wax the rv and they made a big mess of the rv. I had 3 estimates and Empire was the best option. When the staff at Empire seen the rv they said WOW but were confident they could make it look almost new. After alot of work it looks great. 5 starsI had my truck 2017 Dodge RAM Sport ceramic coated. With the 5 year warranty. I’m very pleased on how it came out. I did the rims inside and out too! Looks absolutely beautiful. They also went through the entire interior of my truck and cleaned and coated all the leather, vinyl, and sprayed a protective water proofing on the carpets. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. A definite 5 star staff. I really appreciate the owner Shawn and his team for taking such good care of my truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect your car from the elements and making it shine in the sun everyday!

Two days at the Spa. Wish I personally could go somewhere and be given the attentiveness, pampering and detailed thoughtfulness my car received at Empire. After dropping off my SUV, I lingered around the shop both days and watched the artists at work. They like what they do, theyre good at it and they work well together as a team. The pride in their work is infectious and inspires everyone in the shop to do exceed their best.And the end product? My car looks fabulous!

I had a detailing done with the three year coating on my car. They did a fantastic job. My car looks better than brand new. All of the staff was very friendly and in formative. Not once did i have to call to check on the status of my vehicle. I received several calls informing me of the status and completion of the process. They have truly won me over and will get all of my business from now on.

My experience with Shawn and team was amazing!!! I took my car to Empire because they were one of the few shops that apply Feynlabs coating. I was expecting to spend a good deal of time expressing how particular I was about my car and how much I loved it. But, as soon as I got out of my car I felt like everyone really cared about my car. They spent as much time as I wanted to discuss my car and they even appreciated my list of questions and request. What they achieved with my car far exceeded my expectations. I was hoping to just protect my car with their products, but they did what I thought was not possible, they made me love my car more than I did before I brought it to them. I drove over two hours one way to get to their shop and it was well worth it, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMPIRE!!!

I been a Customer of the Empire for a while and they have done my Audi A6, F-150, Shelby mustang and now my Porsche 911s.They are the best on what they do. They explain the process in detail. Also they look over every vehicle throughly and recommend a service for the condition of that particular vehicle. Never pressured.my F-150 for example. That truck is my work horse and it was all beat up. When I got it back from a polish and full detail... I really thought it wasnt my truck! Made stains that I thought were permanent disappear!These are the only people I trust to work on my vehicles and highly recommend there service to friends and family and other car groups Im a part of. I had a boat detailed. Granted this boat was in the water for a few months and had algae on the hull. I spend at least 15 mins on the phone with the owner when I called to schedule the appointment - truly a consultative discussion.. I wasnt aware that he subs out to another company. The other company came out, but didnt have any of the information Id given the owner. Therefore they didnt bring a high speed buffer or other materials necessary for the job. Then we stood by the boat negotiating the price and calling the owner at lest 4 times to figure out what to do. We reached an agreement and the company started to work. I was made aware the crud on the hull would be removed, but the hull may still have a water line (no high speed buffer). I agreed. The interior was wiped down, but the floors werent cleaned - certainly not a detail job. At the end of the job I said are you going to clean the motor? It was wiped down. All in all the company that came out was nice and tried to help, but for the amount I spent I really didnt see the value.

I dont trust many people with my vehicles but Mobile Empire Detailing earned my trust! Amazing people to deal with. Shawn and his crew did a phenomenal job on my F250. They stand behind their work! Definitely recommend them. I will be doing more business with them and recommend them as my place to go to!

The owner, Shawn answered every question, and explained every detail of their ceramic coating process prior to beginning work. All the detailers are passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work, and their personal vehicles. My car was kept in their huge studio which had variety of classic, luxury, sports cars, and even a boat displaying their work. You wont be disappointed!

I found them on google and I am glad I did. The guys at empire were professional and explained everything to me all the way through the process and how to care after. The quality of the coating and protection for my new optima makes my car look like a show car. Bring on the love bugs, I have you beaten now.

Close to $400 to have a 07 F250 detailed. Couldnt even clean leaves out of the bed, clean under the hood and the windshield was hazy. Not impressed. Experience might be better for people that have high end vehicles that never get dirty and just require some paint correction. But to actually get your vehicle cleaned...

They do great work and are really good people to work with, I have had one boat detailed and ceramic coated with feynlabs coating, two of my friends have had their trucks detailed and ceramic coated with feynlabs coating at Empire Auto Spa with very positive results. I plan on having my second boat detailed and coated shortly.

I dont usually leave 5 star reviews! However the service I received from Mobile Empire Detailing was outstanding. I own a black truck and anyone who has a dark colored vehicle knows the difficulties we have keeping them protected and clean. I chose the 7 year Opti-Coat Pro+ protection for my vehicle. I never really realized the amount of time that goes into doing this type of detailing. When I got my truck back, I was amazed with the results. It looked better than when I purchased it. Im very particular when it comes to the detailing of my truck. It was perfect!After a couple days, I noticed one of my truck rims was peeling and I wasnt sure why. I took it back to the team a Mobile Empire Detailing to see what they thought. We realized the problem and found that it wasnt their fault. To my surprise, instead of just trying to fix it, they replaced my custom rim without giving it a second thought. I couldnt believe it! I was being treated like I was family. Im forever thankful for the treatment I received and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Its tough finding talented and ethical shop owners these days, but Empire Auto Spa delivers on all fronts. They are some of the best clear bra and ceramic coating installers I have ever seen. My car has never looked better after being covered with XPel PPF and Feynlab Self Healing ceramic coating.

NEVER AGAIN! All hype. Most of the detailers working for them are young college kids with little to no experience. Their detail packages over a grand are full of hot air also. My wife had her Mercedes s500 coated with some ceramic stuff. Was supposed to be bulletproof. Sold as permeant coating. Find out after paying that we are supposed to get it serviced once a year to maintain the coating. After speaking with the company, Ceramic Pro, who makes the products Empire uses, I was informed that the maintenance is actually a reapplication of the coating.

I have been a client of Mobile Empire detailing for more than a year. Recently been for me their prices have changed Im gone up significantly. When I told them to no longer schedule me for detailing, they offered to keep me at the old price and schedule an appointment for the next day. The. Nex-Tech Cameron no one showed up. I called into the office to figure out what happened and Donnie told me that it simply wasnt cost-effective to come out to my house and detail or four cars. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. We waited for four hours on that morning for them to show up, extremely inconvenient thing our day. And then for her to tell me that it wasnt cost-effective to come to my house Anymore, simply didnt make any sense. Im sorry, but I cannot recommend this company for your mobile detailing needs.

I’m not one for doing reviews but in this case it’s definitely worth my time. I just purchased a Lexus RC350 F sport and was interested in getting it ceramic coated. I live in WinterWinter Garden and most places I called just texted me and that’s it. They didn’t try and ask anything about the car, other than the color. I reached out to Empire Auto and Shawn really impressed me. He spent endless amount of time on the phone with me giving me insight as to what to expect and asking questions about my vehicle. Although he was over an hour away I still chose them just because they care about what they do.So I dropped my car off the same day I got it from the dealer. Shawn even moved an appointment to accommodate me. They worked on it for two straight days . Today I went to pick up my car and was blown away. The car was spotless, crystal clear and a lot of the imperfections they removed to my surprise. This was well worth the cost and time to get there. His team is top notch. Too bad I can’t post photos on here because just saying how great they did just doesn’t do them justice. I’m on Facebook under Jerry Ouellette. I posted some photos from today’s pick up. Also a key point, my car is actually a 2015 just to give you an idea on how great they did! Definitely will use them in the future!

Worst experience! Purchased the $100 job and received a couple new scratches as a result. When I complained I was offered a free $45 detail. The free detail was done and trash was left in my vehicle. The technicians also used the same soap bucket the whole day. This company came really highly recommended and its unfortunate because i was looking forward to it.

Extremely knowledgeable, exceptional service, did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. Would highly recommend.

I have been a Citizen of the Empire for about 3 years now. Both my 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and 2016 Dodge Charger Scat Pack were ordered directly from Dodge, picked up after weeks of waiting and the brought directy to Mobile Empire the day of delivery. As a car enthusiast, I expressed my concerns and OCD about my vehicles and Shawn and his staff and they did an excellent job of helping me to understand the benefits of Ceramic Pro and Opticoat before making a decision. The work was done in a timely manner and looked 100x better than the day I picked up the vehicle. A few days after I recieved a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied with the results. People fail to realize that maintaining you vehicle requires work and avoiding harmful outside elements such as rocks, tree sap etc. A good detailer can fix a lot of things but they are not magicians or paint shops. Its also a common courtesy to remove personal items and excessive garbage from your vehicle. You are paying for your vehicle to be detailed, not for them to throw away french fries and dirty diapers. As a whole I am extremely satisfied with the services of Mobile Empire and their staff. I have recommended them to various friends and family members who have also shared their great experiences.

Theyll pick up your car from your home and bring it back which requires zero effort or logistics planning on your part.I get the full treatment on all of my cars. So far, Mobile Empire has driven and worked on my Aston Martin Vanquish, GT-R Black Edition and McLaren 570s. Jentzen and Shawn are the ONLY people to have ever driven my exotics other than myself.You wont be disappointed.P.S. Gentlemen, I may have a 675 LT Spyder coming your way inside 2017 :)
