I went yesterday for the first time! To say that I was impressed is an understatement. It did a fabulous job cleaning my car! Was very busy so I went through the automatic wash and did a great job. I highly recommend this car wash!

I washed my car in the brushless car was and it did clean my car at all, the owner happen to be on property so I brought to his attention and he said its a brushless car was and it does not clean well, some people dont understand that.I requested my money back and his responds was it is what it is.Please do not use this business.

Complete waste of money. The least professional employees I’ve ever dealt with. Not a single person had answers expect that’s just how it is. No one could or would put me in touch with manager. I set a phone timer the second time after dumping money into the machine and only received a little over half the time I paid for.

There are so few true touch less car washes in the area that do not scratch your vehicle. This place has the best one around but note its the bay on the right side and not the left.

Have been here a few times, all different times of the day. I have Never had a problem there. The purpose was served and left with clean cars. Have not used the automatic car wash only the hand wash and vacuums and both was in working order and did the job I spent my coins for it to do. May go back if in the area and need car(s) washed.

We had this lady say to us that she fixed the machines, yet we see it rip a cars bumper cover off. Very scary

By far the best carwash in town. You people that have negative words to say need to stop and think before you speak . The customers are the ones that dirty up the brushes and throw trash on the ground. Not the staff. So you should be ashame of yourself. Grow up and learn what respect is. Its urks me that grown ups have to be babysat when they should know better.

Very disrespectful staff and owner, damaged my vehicle and they always hassle me when I go up there and doesn’t clean the vehicles well at all, I recommend the 711 auto washes gets vehicle a lot cleaner and hassle free

Full service (1st bay) was closed, had to do it myself.

Just went through the touchless wash. Not sure if it cleaned anything. Left soap on mirrors and truck is still filthy.

What a waste of money! I got the most expensive wash they offered and not only did it do NOTHING, it seems like the soap was extremely watered down. The color stuff was almost out (completely out of the pink) as well. DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to simply wash off residue from parking under a tree for a few hours on Easter. Even my windows are covered in the original filth and now have water stains with it.

Went to shampoo the carpet. I put a couple dollars in and come to find that theres no shampoo in it. Either it just isnt kept up or is out of order. An out of order sign couldve been good. Waste of time.

Basic car wash

$5 wash does a great job. Bring a towel to completely dry off your ride.

DO NOT take your car here! We took our brand new car here for a TOUCH-LESS, AUTOMATIC wash and it scratched the whole roof of our car!! The machine stopped washing and told us to exit the car wash. We contacted the company several times and no answer (no contact information on the property at all). Finally got a hold of someone and werent helpful at all. We parked in front of cameras and took pictures of all the damage. Then weeks later told us it was our fault that the machine malfunctioned. HOW IS IT OUR FAULT??!!! Again its a touch-less automatic wash! $1300 dollars worth of damage that their machine did to our brand new car that they wont own up to. Do yourself a favor and us a favor and dont go here and give these idiots more money.

The brushes are very dirty. They force you to use their brush. Not worth scratching my paint.

Paid for the Extreme Clean Package at $12....brand new car. Came out with dirt on hood and sides. Spoke with some part owner who just looked and said .... Its an old car that diet will never come off uuummmm... Look at temp tag....look at sticker still in my glove box....clearly brand new car. No offer to rewash. Place is a dump.. Worth the money to go to Bills Car Wash

I put $2 in the carpet cleaner machine and nothing came out. I called the contact number listed on the front of the building, left a message requesting a refund and it has been a eeek with no response. Do not waste your time or money going to this location.

So I pull into the auto wash ...the voice says pull forward..ok I pull up and wait for the red STOP to light up. It might have but I couldnt see it. All the commands looked the same in the light.They need to fix this. So this guy comes round the corner coffee in hand and starts barking at me..stop stop quit going back and forth...then I point at the command sign and yell fix your sign he gives me a dirty look stares at me and shakes his head in disgust...Well you keep giving those looks to customers and shake your head like we are idiots and I can guarantee your gonna lose customers..you just lost me

Worst DIY car wash Ive ever visited ! The vacuum was clogged didnt pick up anything off the carpet. Then, I proceeded to the car wash bays only to find that every single one of them had no credit card option functioning. Worthless place.

The touch less car was only spit a little soap out on the hood and stopped working and then the sign came on to exit. Tried calling the phone to express my concerns and no one answers. Dont go there. Rip off.
