My check in was super quick and easy. Gail and Terry were extremely nice, pleasant and very professional. I was in and out in no time. Very good experience!!

The process was quick & easy to get checked in & get me back for routine blood work but I did not see the receptionist who was also working as the lab tech wash her hands between processing other customers insurance and touching her face after repeatedly taking her mask on and off. Then the same lab tech walks me back to take my blood & doesn’t even wash her hands visibly in the sink where I could see . It’s rather disgusting.

They are terrible here!!! You check in and they skip you!!!

Professional, friendly, informative and consistent every time we go for bloodwork which while infrequent really shows the consistency for me over the past 5 or 6 years. Appreciate the service!

I visited the location in Sanford Florida today. Arrived at 2:30 and the door was open. Once I walked inside I was told to leave they were closed. They close at 2:30 which is when I was inside. To my surprise I was refused service and the rude lady inside then Slammed and locked the door. During the current times were in customer service should not be what’s lacking but that doesn’t seem to be the case with Labcorp. As a business owner I know the importance of customer service and the value of a customer. The service I received today was far from that. If I could recommend a lab, it would not be labcorp. There are many others who welcome customers. Go somewhere else. Kevin H.

Day of appt sent home at 12:30pm to come back next day for a job test. Next morning at 7:30 am told it would be a while. Still waiting...

I have been to this location 3 times so far. As a notoriously hard stick I DREAD bloodwork. Diana and Dawn have both drawn blood from me in ONE STICK!!! ONLY ONCE! These folks are AMAZING! Kind, professional, curtious, caring, and most importantly they are SUPER SKILLED! The wait for me has never been more that a few minutes. Service Excellence Every Time!

I travel past two Labcorps to go to this one. The people that draw my blood are great. I’m very hard to get blood from but not in Sanford. They get it every time and if you get there early, the wait is not bad at all. The staff is great and the lady at the front desk is very professional but also very sweet. I won’t go anywhere else.

Incredibly efficient. I spent less than 15 minuets for an employment drug screening, that’s from the moment I walked in to when I left. Gail in particular is superb and very professional. Would chose this location again.

The heavy set black lady with the short hair is the rudest person Ive ever met. She hates her job and it clearly shows in her attitude and the way she treats patients. She was very nasty to me and an elderly couple that came in after me. She was barking orders and rolling her eyes at everyone who walked in the building. Ill never come back to this location EVER again.

Easy registration, friendly helpful person at the front, easy in and out, and clean. Wish all LabCorps were like this.

The woman at the front desk is rude beyond belief, as if she hates her life and takes it out on those around her. Nothing that came out of her mouth was pleasant and everything sounded like an insult... especially when she felt the need to belittle clients for no reason whatsoever. When my child was present she explained, Apparently you cant read your emails very well because it clearly says no kids allowed! in a very demeaning tone. Why the need to insult instead of simply stating their policy? My child was picked up by my spouse and yet she still felt the need to be rude to me. She doesnt deserve her position and would be better suited at the McDonalds down the street. She was not knowledgeable about anything asked (very simple inquiries) and has the customer service skills of Oscar the Grouch. I will not be returning to this location as I have had much better experiences at other LabCorps.

Waited 30mins to be called and 20 mins after that for a urine test as multiple people came and left. Waste of time.

It’s takes vary long time to sigh in on there tablet/computer system I was there for 5 minutes trying to sigh in and then I left and went to quest diagnostics it took me less then 15 minutes to do everything 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have been to alot of differerant LabCorp locations in Seminole county and the one on Lexington is by far the best one yet.I have been going once a month for two years now. The woman in the office are friendly, knowledgable professionableAnd are very good pokers lolKeep up the good work ladies.Sue C.
