Quick to get your money and help you get out but slow to return it after your case. He had my money for 2 weeks before I was informed that he received my discharge papers. I called right after and he said they havent received them but had a stack on his desk since last Monday he hadnt gone through. after double checking with the clerk of courts to ensure what day he received my paper work I called again. I still had to wait 4 days before I could pick up my check. When i arrived to pick up my check the lady at the front ignored my knocking for 5mins before she had another client let me in. Once in she had a bad attitude and was in a rush. She stated she couldnt help me that day because she was already supposed to be out the office. I explained that I told Juan said my check was there and I told him what time I could pick it up and he confirmed it was good. she made and weird sound said she hates when he does that and handed me a stack of papers quickly telling me where to sign. she was rude the whole time and when I left I wished her a happy day with no reply. The bond I paid was 2000 when I went to cash the check I was informed the amount in the account was $2070 so he was collecting interest (the clerk of courts for orange county told me that when I called their office.)Another thing he will take your payment in one method but not return it the same way he received it!Hes a fast talker quick to get loud or upset when you ask him too many questions or call him out on something that doesnt add up and the staff is unprofessional. the business seems highly understaffed if legal documents go a week on a desk without being processed or sort etc...Main point:just dont

Today was a crazy day however Gary made this first time experience with posting bond very simple, easy and even though phone ringing off the hook, he still went over EVERYTHING with me. It was smooth and simple. Pray to never have to use again however JUAN S BAIL BOND IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you or a love one need a bondsmen!
