The office smells extremely bad coming into the doors secondly the customer service is terrible customer service is just beyond terrible the lady is disrespectful and mean and rude. The services was better when the father was alive! No it is run down. They need better people in the office. If you don’t like your job then quit. We bring you business not the other way around. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was disgusted by the way I was treated. I cant remember the morbidly obese gentlemens name who works there, but his attitude was disturbingly nasty and judgemental. I took my business elsewhere (Another local bondsman whose business name starts with an M) and glad I did as I was treated as a human being and walked through this stressful process to get my loved one released.
