I have always had a 5 star experience there. I actually drive almost an hour to have him work on my car. Not because I dont have garages closer but because other garages keep my car forever and dont always find the problem. Percy will check to see if something is under warranty so you dont over pay, tell you if its better to buy a new car then to give him money to fix it( which he has had to do 2 times for me), amoung many other things that you dont always get from a garage. The only issue is that he wont move closer to my house!

Just bought 4 new tires for my truck. They got me right in and the price was very reasonable. They are my first call when Im looking for tires.

I went in simply to have a wheel bearing pressed in. I go in drop of the knuckle, hub, and brand new bearing. I go pick it up and get home to realize they destroyed the bearing which owner claimed was a faulty part, which it was not. When I return to the shop I walk in and the owner knows the exact reason for my return. He screwed me over and claimed it wasn’t their fault and they weren’t going to do a thing about it. Thumbs down for customer service. He explains how he knew it was bad when I paid and he had written it down on paper for me to see it, which he had not, and didn’t bother saying a thing about it to me as I was leaving the place. He said I could either pay another price just to remove what they destroyed or go pound sand and leave. I suppose the thank you card I got in the mail today sent by the owner really helped the situation. Thanks for your business, get screwed over again!

My son brought his car in to have his wheel bearing set, instead of telling him that a part needed to be replaced, they went ahead and set it, knowing it couldnt be used. When he confronted them he was told he could pay them again to take it out or take his parts and go. What kind of business takes advantage of a teenager like that? Would it have killed you to tell him the part was no good instead of trying to add on more charges!! Then you send him a thank you card! Thank you for letting us screw you over!!!! Never again. We will find a new mechanic moving forward. Yall should be ashamed.

Had issued with the Alignment.. I think I should have taken it to Jims Alignment.. I wanted a few things done so i thought i do it all at one stop.. just a bit disappointed with the alignment.. other than that its good service..

Percy and his crew were great! I had them change the coil springs in my 2019 Mustang GT. They did a great job for hundreds less then a few shops quoted me. After 1 night my springs settled in and my car was out of alignment. I brought it back the next day and they adjusted and realigned it for me!Great shop! Great people!

I had an unprofessional experience with this business.I made an inspection appointment for my truck and it failed for a few reasons.I addressed the issues and returned two weeks later. These bozos found a laundry list of “new issues” that I needed to take care of in order to get a sticker. What a joke. No professionalism.If you cannot honor the original diagnoses what exactly did I pay for the first go-around?To be clear. This was non-mechanical; splitting hairs on underbody rust.Additionally, the waiting room was packed and no employee or patrons were wearing masks. No enforcement. These guys are slobs.I understand differing opinions on the health crisis but it is still our elected governors orders...Stay away from these guys there’s plenty of other auto repair shops in Sanford.

I busted a band in a fairly new truck / tire, which then wore quickly and lost air. I went straight to Percys as On Star was telling me the bad news. I was treated like a pit stop! All aces in my book. Fair price too.

I went in today for the 3rd time I believe? Previously had small stuff done (tires, belts) but today was a big job. Front brakes, battery, filters, oil change. I called at 8am and was told to come right down. All work completed in the same day around 2pm! And my bill was less than what I was quoted! I highly recommend Percys!

I cant say enough good things about these guys! I called, they were pleasant n funny, and told me to come right in. I did and they tended to me almost immediately. Within 10 minutes they had fixed my wiper and came back in and handed me the keys. I asked how much and the mechanic said it was an easy fix, no charge,...and merry Christmas! I was shocked and very pleased. It choked me up because being so close to the holiday I was worried about the cost. These guys made my day, and my year! Really great place! They service a lot of stuff for cars, but be sure to call or check their website specifically before going. The people there are so nice and efficient, and got my car fixed within a day. The price was a little more than what I was expecting, but hey, youre paying for really good, fast and trustworthy service. 10/10, its now my go-to place if my car ever breaks again.

On a cross country road trip we started hearing a weird noise, so we called them up and they said to bring the truck in. They checked the truck and our trailer too, and found nothing wrong. Sure enough, when we got back in the noise had stopped--must have been a rock wedged somewhere or something. Three mechanics spent two hours looking at it and charged us nothing! We are so grateful.

Pleasant trip there. Good customer service/ average mechanics waiting time / a bit on the pricey side, but nothing was stolen out of the car! I would consider going back to get my Car looked at.

I was traveling when my van began to leak antifreeze. Im from New York State so I didnt know anyone in the area. I called Percys early Saturday morning hoping they could fix it by Monday. They took it right in and had it fixed by noon that day. Their labor rates are reasonable, and lower than I anticipated. The staff was personable and helpful. They didnt try to sell me extra repairs or try to convince me that I needed more than what I wanted fixed. They were great and I highly recommend them.

I love Percys! The guys have all been very nice and quite helpful. They put up with an old broads questions and do so very politely. Theyve filled my tires for free. Ive never had to question if they are cheating me like many others do when I go in for inspection. No mysterious mishaps with light bulbs, belts that are suddenly bad but hadnt been before, wipers that were bought the year before but are suddenly not going to pass inspection, etc. like have happened elsewhere. I only go there now for car issues.

I have been going to Percys for yrs .It doesnt matter time or day .I drop my car off at any given time really. He gets me in and out on the road sometimes the same day I drop it off.i wouldnt go anywhere else. i literally walk in hand him my keys and walk out .

Only place around that could find A/T tires for my small suv. They also have lifetime alignments for slightly more than the price of a single alignment.

They said that for a plug for a tire is gonna take 45 minutes and 25 dollars
