Just arrived on vacation from Michigan and my car brakes down, thankful the tow truck driver recommended Changs. I cant say enough good things about how professional and honest and quick this shop is, they got this tourist car back on the road quickly and at a really reasonable price. Locals are lucky to have a mechanic like this and if you are from out of town like me and have a car issue, bring it to Changs.

Very professional amd got my car done the same day even with me dropping it off later then expected. Had some major suspension work done. They do not up sell you and only tell you what is needed unlike other shops. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Trust worthy mechanic. They call and keep you informed with your vehicle repairs. They will show you the old part too and explain why it wasnt working. Their prices are very fair and they tell you how much the repairs will cost before they do anything. They also warranty their parts. Highly recommend auto repair shop. I will take my vehicle there again if it needs anything else.

Changs has been taking care of both of our cars for about three years now. Changs is consistently about 1/3 cheaper than other shops and on more than one occasion, he gave me a quote that was half of what the dealership wanted for the same work. In addition to lower prices, Changs is honest and so forthcoming in the work they do. Instead of scare tactics that run up the bill, Sylvester and the team tell us what is an urgent need, and what can wait. They are extremely knowledgeable and so very kind. Changs has also given us a ride to work from the shop and even let us borrow his personal car over the weekend when a part got delayed from the warehouse! This place is an institution in Sanford and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I needed an alternator repair, and it happened out of the blue completely. They did the repair same day that I had the car towed, and they even picked me up when I couldnt find a ride to get the car before they closed!They are extremely honest, reliable, and I am definitely coming back here again. I went to Hyundai Coggin DeLand and I was advised I needed front brakes. I went to Changs Car Care and was told that I can drive another 20-30,000 miles more on the front brakes. CHANGS IS A RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CHANG HE RIPPED ME OFF FOR OVER $100 I ASKED FOR AN ASSESSMENT ON MY VAN AND A USED STARTER OVER THE PHONE AND THEN I PAID TO TOW MY CAR TO HIS SHOP AND THEN I ASKED HIM TO CHECK SPECIFIC PROBLEMS AND ASKED HOW MUCH TO FIX MY CAR HE WANTED TO PUT IN A NEW STARTER AND HE KNEW I WANTED A USED ONE. THIS CHANG PERSON IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND MEAN TO HIS CLIENTS AND MY FAMILY HAD HIM DO WORK FOR THEM AND HE DIDNT CARE!!! JUST A RUDE PERSON OVERALL!!!
