Amazing service!!! I used this service to travel on a trip and received some of the best treatment I’ve experienced. As I was driven, I felt safe. The vehicles were very comfortable and accessible. Driver was on time and courteous. Overall my trip was great!

The agent hung up on me even though I was really nice and just said that Ill find another option. Not even ok goodbye. I can tell that this person was mad at me over the phone. Being respectful over the phone is easy, yet they lost all of my future business and will make sure everyone knows about it.

We booked super last minute Ryan was accommodating and very cool to work with and find us what we needed.However, our bus driver was horrible! One of our guests had to use the bathroom. The man refused to stop, even after being offered extra money to do so. All of us were obviously not happy the bus driver PULLED OVER ON THE SIDE OF I4 and told us we could walk home.

I was skeptical at first because they were very casual with everything, but it all ran so smooth! To make it even better, our driver Richard was a pleasure to work with. I recommend Orlando Carriers, and we will be sure to use them again.

Our flight was delayed for over 10h. Even then, there was someone waiting for us at 2am insted of 4pm the previous day. We had a good support throughout the delay. And the driver was very good.

Orlando Carriers provided quick, efficient, affordable, high quality service when I need to be transported form the SFB airport to my hotel in Disney. The person on the phone was polite, and intelligent which led to me booking a reasonably priced trip. Afterwards I had a very smooth trip, they arrived on site early, and took us to my destination. Also the driver was fantastic and entertained me during the journey. I highly recommend Orlando Carriers to anyone needing transportation nearby.

Absolutely the rudest company I’ve ever spoken to, extremely unprofessional.I called to book their services, person on the phone was sarcastic, disrespectful & very short with me, he acted as if I was a bother oppose to a potential client. I really needed a service in Sanford but instead of using this company, I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR A OUT-OF-TOWN COMPANY!I highly recommend NOT using a place the brags about how much money they make!

Appalling customer services. The individual we spoke to was the rudest, most obnoxious customer service adviser/manager Ive ever encountered. Simple questions were unanswered in an aggressive manner, abrubt to the point he put the phone down twice. Totally unacceptable bahaviour and I feel this guy obviously needs to be enrolled on an anger management programme. The driver was exceptional, just a shame the individual manning the phone does not possess the same skills and should not be in the role in which he totally embarrases the trade, his company and his country. Be aware that if you have a problem dont phone the emergency helpline, youd be better off phoning uber instead and whatever you do dont give your number out as because of this review Ive received several nuisance phone calls with the most horrendous profanities thrown at me; not only massively unprofessional, an abuse of authority, I also believe this to be a criminal offence.

I am a Uk travel agent and just had the misfortune to call Orlando Carriers on behalf of one of my clients to amend their return transfer time, I have never encountered such a rude response from anyone in my 37 years of travel. I hope this is one person and not a reflection on all of their staff.

Ryan Hamilton works for this company so his review is somewhat biased. Left me and my family stranded due to delays in immigration. Expected calls when we were waiting in line even though this is prohibited. Offered no solution, just said take it up with the booking agent. I’d avoid
