Unbelievably Awesome experience!!! I live south of Atlanta but work near this area. I got a flat as soon as I pulled off the interstate. AAA dropped car off and they had it fixed in a about an hour. Reasonably priced and the guys in the store were so humble and kind! Hard to find good service these days. But they are too notch. Thanks so much!

Mr. Fitz was freakin awesome! I called twice to see if they were able to install my new tires, that I ordered online, and he was able to fit me in last minute, and without an appointment! He was very helpful and also great at recommending additional services or things that I needed for my tires. Everything was reasonably priced. Not to mention, hes super friendly and very personable. I will definitely come back in the future, for any tire needs that I may have, and just to say hello. Great conversation, so much so I forgot I was in a auto/repair shop!

These guys were so helpful! I had my car towed there the night before and they were able to get my tires ordered and my car fixed up and ready to roll by the early afternoon. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

I found a new go-to for car repair service! These guys are proof that good customer service isn’t extinct. Found this place after being misled at a nearby Pep Boys Center. It first started with Kyle who helped greeted me with a warm welcome on a hot summer day, an hour before they were set to close. He thoroughly explained the service I needed and even had a visual (tire patch) on hand to show me what I would be getting. He sent me inside to the manager who wanted to be referred to as Cousin Fitz, who treated me just as if I was his cousin. Fitz took it a step further explaining why the patch was better than a regular plug. Cousin Fitz’ friendly conversation and welcoming personality, made the wait for my service fly by. Just when I thought they couldn’t any nicer, in came his twin Uncle Mike (Mike) who was just as nice as Fitz, and a lot funnier too! With the current environment of this world, it warms my heart to know that there are still good people out there. Not many people provide you with the kind of customer service and assistance as these guys, especially an hour before they’re set to go home. If you pass this place by, your lost.

Mr. Tire has serviced my vehicles since 2006, I trust them. They have always been fair in pricing, timely, and overall outstanding in customer service. They squeeze me in when I dont make appointments or if they cant, they ensure I have next available. The manger, Mr. Mike is super friendly and has my best interest, Nick and the crew are awesome! if you are in the Sandy Springs Perimeter area, this is a trust worthy establishment.

Ill try to make this brief. My parents were in town and about to leave to head back to AL. Right before they left, I noticed that my moms tires were in really poor condition. She has a unique tires that have different sizes for front and rear. After calling and researching at least 5 other places, I found Mr. Tire. After speaking with the fabulous Ms. Renee, she assured me that she would do her best to try an find these tires. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday morning for same-day service. Not only was she able to locate these tires, she also had their warehouse deliver them within 90 minutes. They started work within 2 hours and my parents were able to get back to AL the same day. They also performed an alignment (for real, not the fake alignment that just takes your $$), and changed her oil. I am happy to say that my parents made it back safely thanks to Renee and Mr. Tire. The owner, Mike, is also very nice and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

From the time I walked in the door until the time the car was finished I always get great service. Mike is AWESOME! They always make me feel comfortable, fully attentive and try to find small ways to save me money without sacrificing quality. I forgot my trunk was packed with my brothers luggage. All items were removed and replaced just so the spare could be put back in its correct spot. That was not his job! Saw some good reviews at other Mr. Tire locations and thought I would give the one near me a try. Glad I did. Very impressed. Work was done quick and reasonably priced. Knowing my car as well as I do (379,000 miles) I was aware of the things that it needs, and they identified them as well without trying to upsell me unnecessarily. Been there 3 or 4 times, no surprises. And the car was ready when they said it would be. A good crew; give them a shot.

Have taken both of our cars there for tires and service many times. They do an awesome job for reasonable prices and they are always so nice and helpful! I have asked for air, or even a top off of fluid today, and they never charge me. I highly recommend them. Nicks help today was so appreciated!

We went to this shop twice. The first time we needed new tire pressure sensor and the second time we changed oil. The service was good. The professionalism and competency of the staff really increased the trust and assurance. Mike and Fitz were very helpful.

First started using Mr Tire when I lived in Maryland, and was glad to have one available here in Sandy Springs GA. Highly recommend!Theyre really helpful with explaining what needs to be done as well as an overall inspection of your car. My car dealer had told me I would be needing new brakes. I came to Mr Tire and they showed that my brakes were fine. They recognize that you can easily go elsewhere, so they do a great job so that you will come back again.

I brought Mr. Tire a beater I inherited from my uncle and they were able to address all of my issues. They also ruled out issues I thought might exist and kept me informed throughout the time my car was at their shop.

Great experience from beginning to end. I called the shop, my call was answered right away. I asked for the next available appointment, my appointment was confirmed for a slot within the hour. I get there, I was promptly greeted. I was told my car service would take about an hour, it took less than an hour. And as a bonus, the guy at the counter is hilarious. Prompt, professional and respectful service.

Was there for tire alignment, took a little longer than 1 hr, car drive like new again. Highly recommended. This is located right across the street from Trader Joe’s, so if you need to get some groceries or there is a Cafe Vendom in City Spring while you wait.

Fitz by far gives one of the best customer experiences you can ask for, genuine, polite and upfront. Great job having this guy on your team.

Mike and his team at the Sandy Springs location have been so helpful with all of my car and tire needs. I am constantly driving for my job and they ensure that everything is safe and up to good driving standards. They also have pretty speedy service with a comfortable waiting area which is a plus. This is the only place I use when it comes to my tire care!

Mike and his team took great care of us. I called around 8:15 in the morning as my wifes tire showed low pressure for the third time after refilling with air. He made us an appointment for 9am. We dropped the car and he had it fixed by 10:30. He found a screw in the tire and was able to patch and get the car back to us at a very reasonable price. I will definitely come back if the need arises in the future.

Mike handled my issue on my 2000 Corvette resetting my tpsm so tire inflations would show on DIC .. their scanner did not go back in years enough to reset so he dug into his own tools and pulled out scanner that did the trick .. so now I will go there first for any service needs on my cars and would recommend to everyone. Nice to have upfront honest people handling your car issues

The owner and his staff are very friendly!.. I brought my car in for a concern about a light on my dashboard. They took the time to explain to me about how my car indicates the temperature of the coolant( I just purchased the car). They also notified me of dirty cabin filters. My car is still under warranty, they called and got approval to do the work. Overall I just had a very pleasant experience, I never felt like I was a bother. If you are a woman reading this and don’t know anything about cars, this is the place!.. Thank you Nick and Mike

In short: My husband took his truck there after it had made a weird noise. Mr. Tire employees said it was an unimportant item, that he only needed for inspections, and that he could wait to get it fixed. Forward a week later, and this unimportant item is causing us OVER $5,000 to fix.Sadly I have used Mr. Tire (in general) for a while and this is extremely upsetting. HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT USING THIS LOCATION!

My husband found a nail sticking out of his tire yesterday, and called this location for assistance. They were kind enough to have him come in immediately. Luckily the nail was only sticking in the tread, and hadnt penetrated the tire wall. The mechanic simply pulled the nail out, checked the tire for safety then had my husband on his way, all within 20 minutes of arrival - for NO charge! Amazing service and well definitely be bringing both our vehicles here for all our work in future. Thanks Nick & team!

My 1st visit to this Mr. Tire location. 8 am Saturday. I was greeted as if I had been a loyal customer for years. The location was staffed to be able to take walk in service. As a result of a nail, I needed a new tire and I wanted to match the tires I had. This location did not have my tire in stock, but the manager found it in Norcross and I was told they could have it at their location in 2-3 hours. The manager coordinated with the Mr. Tire location which had proof of my road hazard protection and handled the appropriate prorating on the new tire. I received a call around 10 am, informing me the tire had arrived. When I returned, I was greeted by name by a different employee. By 10:40 am, the new tire was on my car and the keys back in my hand. Excellent customer service provided! Thanks Mike and Nick.

I stopped in to have a tire repaired that had a blown out stem. The associates working were most helpful and courteous. They were able to replace the stem in a matter of minutes and return the spare to the car. I would recommend their service to all. Thanks for resolving my issue so promptly!

Came here for my tire alignment some months ago and now here for a full synthetic oil change. The manager (Mike) is very friendly and they also give fair recommendations based on your car servicing requirements. Compared to average car repair/service spaces, theirs is very organized and neat. Pricing is incredibly affordable for the sandy Springs area plus they give discounts! I recommend them all day! (I was offered $5 off in addition to $10 I already got from their site to give this review, but it’s a honest one).

My wife and I have used this location for three years. We plan to keep using them as long as we have vehicles. They are prompt, accurate, and helpful. I don’t know what I’d expect that they don’t do. I recommend giving them a chance to service your needs.

The staff always takes care of us. My Mercedes-Benz C300 has a sensor for the tires that is occasionally triggered with very high speed bumps, and when I purchased the vehicle and saw this on the screen, panic ensued. The dealer did nothing to assist, but the Mr. Tire staff helped immediately upon request with amazing hospitality and understanding. They are always there to answer questions and extremely helpful. Went here looking for tires. When I walked in the door the service rep remembered my name! Where do you ever see something like that? The last time I had my car serviced by these guys at this location was over a year ago! The price was right in the range I wanted to pay and they did the work immediately. Excellent job guys! It looked like there was a nail/screw in my tire, so I brought in my car to get it patched. They called and let me know it was only part of a screw that had broken off and not impaled the tire. They were honest with me and didnt charge for their services when they could have. Will go back again.

I cannot say enough positive things about my visit to Mr. Tire on Roswell Rd. I came in for a tire replacement for a flat, and they evaluated all tires and provided an honest recommendation on what needed fixing. They also installed my new hubcaps that were sitting in my trunk, free of charge. Every team member I spoke with treated me with respect, and I would recommend this location to anyone!

I love Mr Tire. I had been sliding around on wet pavement and knew I needed new tires. I was looking for used tires but their prices were so good, I bought 4 new ones and got my wheels aligned too. Awesome service as well. My new shop!

Had a great experience here when I had to get towed in for a flat tire that was unable to be patched. I decided to buy 2 new tires on the spot. Nick was a tremendous help and provided awesome customer service. The team worked very fast at replacing my tires and had me walking out in a little under 35 minutes. This was a huge deal because I needed to get back to work and they worked hard to make sure that happened for me. I will definitely be returning soon for an oil change and other small fixes for my car. Thanks yall!

This was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely return tot his location. I usually go to the Chamblee Dunwoody one but they were busy. I worked with Nick who was very friendly and professional. I came in to get the tire patched and although I ended up having to replace it, Nick was able to find the best price for me! This place is great. Ive been coming to Mr. Tire since I moved to Atlanta SOLELY because of Tire Barn in Lafayette, IN treated me so well when I was in college. I can say that Mr. Tire, just like Tire Barn, has NEVER let me down.I came to this location today and another one in Marietta about a year and a half ago. Mr. Tire literally is the best place to go for Tire service in Atlanta. The staff is ALWAYS nice, personable, and so helpful. Plus, theres nothing more exciting than hearing we can fix the tire. Even if it wasnt, I still would rather THESE guys put it on!
