Once again, for the second time the I called this company, they responded the same morning. The tech (Jeremy) arrived right on time, was polite, professional and did an excellent job in an appropriate time period. He did detailed work, cleaned up after himself, even removed his shoes when entering the house. He was informative, looked for the most inexpensive way to correct the issue and didnt try to up sell at all. I would recommend this company and that tech(Jeremy) to anyone. I give them as many stars as one can get on here!.

Excellent service and knowledgeable. Brodie pinpointed the AC problem immediately and had all fixed within 1.25 hours. Also checked compressor and recommended we replace an 18 yr old capacitor. We highly recommend this company for fast, reliable service. By the way, we had contacted another company who said they are no longer taking on residential customers but Brodie noted they do only residential and can respond rapidly.

I had a brand new gas furnace and central air installed 2 years ago. The first summer the AC worked great. The second summer the ac would not cool the house. I had them come back and check the system. They told me everything was fine with the unit. No resolution from them and will have to call another company to service the unit as it still runs constantly and takes forever to cool house down. Worked great for 1 summer and thats it. Wish I went with another company from the start.

Balanced HVAC is an outstanding company. They are experienced, do highest quality work, are very professional and of the utmost importance is that they really care about their customers. They go out of the way to help and satisfy their customers! I have been completely satisfied with them. The office staff and the technicians are pleasant to deal with and are very responsive.

Scheduled for a Monday install, asked if they could come early (which was preferable) and start the Friday before. Finished the install in less than two days for a seven zone heat pump mini-split system. Everything was neat and tidy with minimal wall intrusion for wiring and other lines. They helped with all the paperwork required for securing the MassSave loan and are helping us submit the proper forms for the rebate. They have been among the most responsive companies that we have worked with on the Cape and we would highly recommend.

Jeremy installed new EcoBee3 Lite thermostats I bought through Mass Save. He is a gem - prompt, professional, courteous and patient. He is a credit to Balanced HVAC who I recommend for all your HVAC services.

I have been using Balanced HC for both my home and office AC service for many years and they have always been prompt, reliable and very professional in all aspects of their work. I recently had an emergency AC situation at home and have to say that they went above and beyond to help troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve the problem.They are my go to place for AC maintenance and new installation and I cannot say enough good things about them!

They charged me $400 to service my furnace and A/C and told me everything was in working order. A month later when I turned on the A/C, the compressor did not work. I called them to ask them to come back and repair it, and asked that they not charge me again for travel time (although I said I would pay for parts and labor) because when they had previously serviced it, it was supposedly in working order. Sorry, said the woman I spoke with, Other companies may do that, but thats not how we do business.In other words, this company will charge you once to come out and NOT fix your air conditioner, and then they will charge you a SECOND TIME to come back and do it again. What a ripoff!Notice that the owner replied ONLY when he saw I posted a review on Google. He did not respond to me at 9am this morning when (at his offices suggestion) I emailed him, and his office did not respond to me later in the day despite promising they would call.Notice also how he lies in his response by claiming that I aggressively stated I am not paying for a return visit. I am pasting my email to him below, and you can decide for yourself.What this company cant do is provide decent customer service. All it can do is perform incompetent work, and then blame and attack its customers after not responding to them directly.My email:Hi Lincoln. We’re new customers and you serviced our heater and A/C in May (invoice attached). This weekend I turned on the A/C upstairs for the first time, and though it’s blowing, the air is not cool. I would have thought when the service technicians were out here in May and said the A/C was in working condition, it would work when I used it for the first time. I’m happy to pay the labor and parts to repair it (I spoke with Taylor and she said she hoped to get someone here today), but I don’t think it’s fair to charge me for travel time again since it appears the techs missed whatever was wrong with the upstairs A/C when they were here in May. Earlier this year our Village approved the installation of a/c units in cottages. I had seen Balanced performing installations at several cottages and asked them to visit and submit a proposal. I received it with 24 hours. The day of the installation they arrived within the promised 30 minute window and swiftly and efficiently completed their work. A carpenter and electrician were also available for preparation work, so everything went smoothly. Lincoln and his crew of Matt, Jeremy and Brody were fantastic, and they cleaned up afterwards so there was no trace they had been in our cottage. The main point of contact at Balanced is Taylor Jonas who coordinates everything from their office and ensured our project ran smoothly, properly, timely and efficiently. The team at Balanced was great to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a/c. One of the best companies we’ve worked with on the Cape.

Few years ago, I decided to upgrade my furnace (central heat), adding central AC and tankless water heater. Mr Lincoln was very helpful, informative and professional when i consult with some advise. They came in and did fantastic job timely and professionally. Unfortunately my tankless water heater start leaking few years later (not because of their work) it was because of product itself. At that time manufacture of this tankless water company was not existing any more and I had to purchase whole new tankless water heater. Mr Lincoln helped me with subcontractor (since balanced HVAC does not do water heater) and so on. Every time When I dealt with this company, I was happy and satisfied with their professional work.Now last night(Friday night), my thermostat stopped working, so I gave them a call on Friday night and left a message expecting to hear back from them on Monday morning. (Normal business hours). But surprisingly, they called me back on Saturday morning and told me unfortunately they don’t serve in Centerville area any more due to their size of company and they are busy with sandwich area customer and they want to keep their customer happy. But yet they called me back as curtesy to inform me about this and even told me that they will give me some good HVAC contractor who serves my area on Monday. I was very impressed about this phone call I received. This is just real professionalism. Unfortunately my ac is still broken, I really wish they can work for mine but I guess I will call them on Monday and grab contact information of some HVAC contractors who serves my area. I hope those contractors are as good as Balanced HVAC guys.I rarely see such an great company/people with this high level of customer service. I can truly see they really care about customers. No wonder why they are so successful.Now I hope I will find HVAC company in my area as good as Balanced HVAC this coming Monday.

I cant say enough good things about this company! When we bought our home we knew one system wasnt working and the other would need to be replaced soon. When Balanced HVAC came and gave us an estimate they also got our heat working so we wouldnt go without while moving in. They came out to inspect my heating system. The guy was super nice and replaced filter on my heater. He paid attention to a lot of details and everything that I said. This was the third time I have used them and I plan on using them again in the future if I need any heating or air conditioning needs.

Had a whole house HVAC warm air system installed. Balanced HVAC came and replaced a 21+ year old system in ONE (1) DAY !. They dealt with 4 zone damping and everything associated with the install including permits. Couldnt be happier. There were some minor issues related to the old system controls ( crossed wires) so there was some unforeseen issues because of that. But they were on top of that and came back immediately to diagnose and rectify things. Even though it wasnt an issue with their work per se. Like I said, couldnt be happier.

We live in a geodesic home which presents unique challenges. Lincoln devised a great installation plan to provide heat and A/C to the entire home. Looks great. Installed in one day. Very professional team. Adds value to the home. Can’t wait to use the system this winter and next summer!

Balanced HVAC installed a three zone ductless system in my house. Lincoln and his team were professional, timely, and most importantly, knowledgeable about this relatively new product. Our mini splits have been in place for over a month and so far there have been zero issues, even through the hottest parts of the summer. We had a new high efficiency HVAC installed earlier this week....when went to use dryer, we noticed not getting as hot and clothes taking longer to dry. Was unclear if due to new duct work blocking dryer vent.. Called and were scheduled for the following afternoon,/. Arrived promptly. Turned out dryer vent was clogged, likely due to new duct work moving the vent around. Was cleaned out an. As always, staff professional,and informative rmative and following Covid restrictions. WE HIGHLY recommend Balance HVAC and all of their staff.

His recommendation for the combined system was to provide the level of comfort we were seeking without extensive retrofitting of ducting. It has worked beautifully! I would highly recommended Balance HVAC!!! They truly saved our lives. I was dealing with another local company that would not return my calls or emails and I was without heat going on three weeks. I called Lincoln and he had someone at my house in 15 minutes. The tech Matt was wonderful and could tell what the problem was just by the smell my furnace was giving off. 10 minutes later, Lincoln who is the owner was at my house to discuss my options.
