I will never ever use another company for my HVAC maintenance. From the first phone call they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and honest. I had a quote from another company for an $8,000 repair job, and was told it wouldn’t be done until the Fall. All Gas had it fixed within 30 days for under $1000. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They will fix it correctly, the first time, and you will never have to worry that you are being taken advantage of. THE BEST! Thanks guys!!

My elderly parents had no heat and new to the area. After explaining their situation, Kimberly was so understanding and helpful and sent a tech over within a few hours and was able to get the heat up and running like a champ as my dad said. Nothing had failed in our 20 year old house, but we had All Gas Heating & Cooling of Sandwich, MA replace our furnaces, air condition units and all associated equipment as a precaution. All Gas Heating & Cooling installed my new high efficiency gas boiler and hot water tank.The entire process from my initial call to the actual installation was handled professionally and seamlessly. They took care of the registration of my equipment and applied for all the rebates and both emailed and mailed a complete package for my records. Not only does my new system working exceptionally but the installation is truly spectacular- Ive invited several of my friends to see my new system! Once again after 4 years of not having any problems with my old furnace the age of a part of my furnace caused it to fail. Although there were not able to come over the night it happened I was assured someone would be by first thing the next morning. Chris(the owner) came by at 8:10 and once again had the part needed to do the job in his truck and by 9:30 I had heat and it was working great. I believe the negative reviews about All Gas Heating and Cooling are not being 100% truthful because there are to many other very happy All Gas Heating customers with great experiences and were left completely satisfied for Chris and his crew to do a great job one day then completely change his business and get sloppy and careless the next day. I have been a customer for over 5 years now and I am staying with All Gas & Chris . Thanks So Very Much All Gas Heating. Another very satisfied customer. THANK YOU.

Very affectionate and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been through a lot of people to try and fix the issue with my boiler. All Gas came in and first found a gas leak that none of the other guys found and fixed, cleaned my boiler that the other companies told me I shouldnt have to clean ever. Which we all know is not true. Then he also found a gas leak outside of my house which is now fixed. My boiler is no longer having issues and I am so thankful!! Thank you so much!!YAY ALL GAS!

Had an appointment for a Monday between 1 and 3. Took time off work to wait. 340 rolls around with no call or tech. I call them and an answering service picks up and promises a call back. Nothing. So I waisted my time and my heating system didnt get serviced before my wife had her baby. Finally get around to call them back to find out why they ignored my call and didnt show up. The lady on the phone blamed some girl they hired and had problems with. Well thats not my problem, guys. Apparently they didnt feel my business was important enough to offer any kind of compensation for my time and their business issues. I will never recommend this company to any of my coworkers, or multitude of friends and family on the cape. They should be a little more careful who they employ apparently, and own up to their own mistakes and take some responsibility for their employees. My time, just like theirs, is costly. Thanks to them I waisted 5 hours of mine.

I called a lot of HVAC people because of a emergency. I received a prompt return phone call from there office and no one from the other calls I made had the decency to return any of my calls. I was told that the owner would come by my home around 5:00 and they would call before to confirm and the owner chris showed at 5:00. There prices are extremely fair and they returned the heat to my home in less than a hour. I was so impressed cause my furnace needed a blower motor and chris went right out to he truck and got the one needed to fix my problem. I was completely 1000% satisfied with there professionalism and will always call ALL GAS from Sandwich when I need more HVAC work done. THANK YOU ALL GAS and Chris.

I had the same experience as another reviewer - they never showed up for the first appointment we made, they promised to be here the next day first thing in the morning and never showed or called. Very poor business style.
