Called on Monday to get vehicle towed finally 4 hours later they called but I was unavailable to go. Called Friday morning first thing to see about getting it towed. Called at 1:00 to find out if they were going to tow it and was told I would get a call between 1:30 and 2:00. Finally after 3:30 get a call that they couldnt do it. Wasted my day sitting around waiting for a call. My time is valuable also. In the past Ive had no problem with them

A long time ago a tree fell on my car during heavy winds. The windshield shattered but a top piece of the free bent which would of been a major problem but they were able to bend it straight and put a new windshield in with no problem. Saved me alot of money and problems.

Car smelled like someone had been smokeing in it and tried to mask it with a very strong lemon scent. My final bill was somehow the exact same quote my insurance company gave me, which was $1, 110 more than the quote I first recieved from Snyder themselves. Car was fixed fine, got delayed a bit, but overall good service. Just seems a bit shady that you somehow dont know the price of the parts you recieved and the cost of your own labor so you give me a bill estimate that matches the exact amount the check was cut for.
