I rolled in with a blown out trailer tire. The man dropped what he was doing at 9pm and put on 2 tires for me and fixed a mudflap, even hooked me up with a t-shirt! Will definitely come back if Im ever in the area.

I was driving a bus full of kids to Cedar Point when the bus broke down near Sandusky. We called Ohio Diesel and Ron came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were camping with our RV at Cedar Point, and as we went to leave, we realized that the windshield wipers were not working. It was on a Friday. I called a number of places, and they didn’t have time to take a look at it. We were desperate, as it was going to be raining Friday night and Saturday on our way home. We needed them repaired. I called Ohio Diesel and explained the situation, and Ron told us to come over. They also asked if we needed someone to come to us. We chose to drive there as it had stopped raining. Ron spent an hour with us tracing down the issue. It was an electrical issue that he skillfully figured out and got us back on the road!

We were leaving Port Clinton and had a tire on our truck go down. It was around 7pm after a storm.We could not find a tire place to help us. After using Google maps we located Ohio Diesel on RT 6 outside of Castalia Oh. (Dont be fooled by the name Diesel this company does auto repair, tires and diesel ) The owner Ron Syverson had us come to his shop and with in 20 minutes we were back on the road. Ron was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Diesel DPF full, wouldnt self regenerate, Check Engine and dreaded Wrench Service Now lights on, three hours from home. Called only place open on a Sunday, with new owner Ron answering, understanding my situation immediately and took me in following morning. Ran diagnostics, did the manual regen, cleared all the error codes, back on the road in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. This was my only option as dealerships all booked weeks out. We were stuck with big fifth wheel camper out of town. Instead of price gouging or delaying me for some other larger repair bill, the Owner himself took care of the job for a very fair price. Highly recommend - knowledgeable, professional with a great business model. I need him to open a second location down south of Columbus so I can use him for everything diesel! Thanks Ron!

I was driving from IN to MA in my 2017 RAM 3500 DRW diesel pickup with a truck camper mounted when I noticed 1) the inside rear tires both showed almost zero pressure, and 2) my steering wheel began a noticeable shaking. It was 8:30pm as I drove by their store location, desperately looking for a pull off location to diagnose my problem. I elected to spend the night in their parking lot (they were closed at that hour) and I just prayed they would take care of me the next morning.Wow... they really did! Front office gal Jill and tech Knoll (sp?) took me right in. No wait. They determined that tire valve extensions I had previously had installed on the rear inside tires had damaged both tire valves, and my right front tire was literally coming apart from within (not obvious until it was removed from the wheel and cord damage was apparent on the inside (the cause of the shaking steering). All these tires had just 24,000 miles since new, but three had some form of damage! They fortunately had one lightly used matching tire in inventory, so we swapped it for the new spare, which went on the right front to repair the badly defective tire there. All tires were removed one at a time and rebalanced, bad valves replaced, and I was safely back on the road with normal pressures and silky smooth steering. They even ordered and had delivered to me there some fuses that I needed. I kept asking if any of the other tires with 24,000 miles needed replacement, and everyone there said no, they’re fine. Many tire places would have tried to sell me new ones... but these folks just wanted to do the right thing. And when I got the invoice I thought they had made a mistake... it was half of what I would have paid back home! Thanks to everyone there! You guys were wonderful!!!

I was only 12 mile far from the service and my semi truck ron out the fuel, l call the guys there and was 5pm after one hour the first guy he came and brought only 10 gallons diesel the truck isn’t turn on need more .l told the guy to go with his car to the gas station to full the battle again he say my boss is coming and he brought 10 gallons diesel after another hour and truck is turn on . But you be surprised 😲 how much they charge me only to deliver the diesel battles from service station to my truck only 12 mile far from them 127$ in hour only deliver my bill andup 720$
