Prior to making an apointment and going in. I did call and during the course of that call I informed what documents I had as well as confirmed what documents that I would need to bring with me. I asked multiple times referencing items found on the documents i said i had and what documents i was missing. So I booked an apointment... several red flags before it was my turn. First my appointment was scheduled 45 min later than what i was told and never informed of the change. Second red flag was while patiently waiting, when i got there on time for what i thought was my apointed time, an agent who needs to make a phone call comes within 6 feet of me and asks me to turn down my device which was already nearly silent. Where he was in relation to where i was located you could not even hear my device in the 30-35 feet distance. I found that insulting as he was talking so loud anybody in the place could hear him perfectly. Finally, and third red flag, when called back and handed the agent my documents i as told by the agent said these papers were not what was needed, This is where I should have left but stayed to see if anything could be done. The agent appeared to be so completly unaware of things I tried to leave several times seeing as it was going nowhere and nothing was going to get done. Everytime the agent was insistant that I stay and everytime the same result, me wanting to leave feeling like i just had my time wasted. Finally prior to leaving asked if this was something that could have been avoided by discusting it over the phone and in not so many words was basically told yes. I left before they finished talking having gotten my answer.

My H&R advisor, Mr. Mark Bruno, was very pleasant and friendly. He was also very helpful in explaining things to me about my refund.

She calls when the return is ready and then I set up a meeting to review, sign, submit the tax return. She clearly explains everything and reviews it thoroughly with me.
