Just came from another city to this AAA and it was closed, 2 hours after opening hours. There was a snow fall, but if I can make it from another city, someone can make it to work!

My experience was superior. I would definitely recommend AAA in Sandusky to anyone. The office staff is very efficient and accommodating.

I recently stopped at the Sandusky AAA to get a new travel Visa card. The friendly, young lady who assisted me was very helpful. She explained the card thoroughly and even checked on previous cards that I no longer use. It seemed to me that she enjoys her job, as she smiled often and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Its my first go to place for any type of travel needs! Great job!

Nowadays its easy to book your travel on-line, but theres nothing quite like face to face service. Ashley in the Sandusky AAA office recently booked trips for me. She is very personal, knowledgeable and friendly. We received great service. (the other employees are great as well.)

This was so much easier booking a trip than making decisions at home. Working with an agent who is familiar and knowledgeable made this a pleasant not a stressful experience.

Julie was a GREAT help in planning my upcoming trip. I had waited to long to make reservations and plan the best route. She was able to suggest an alternate route (with less construction and tolls) than I had thought and was able to book hotels at a better rate than I was getting through on-line sites. Thanks Julie!

We recently requested a trip-tic for our upcoming travels to North Carolina and were pleased, as always, with the personal attention received and the prompt and accurate information we were given. We rarely travel without consulting the Sandusky branch of the AAA about hotel accommodations, maps, currency exchanges or options available for travel in general. Their eagerness to aid in our travel plans and their expediency are phenomenal!! I highly recommend that area travelers confer with Robin and her staff to make their travel plans! Their expertise is extensive and the atmosphere at the Sandusky AAA is always super-friendly!

The guy I got today just came to fill up my tire and he tried for about 25 minutes and couldn’t get it to fill up past 20 psi then proceeded to say he wouldn’t put the spare on even if I wanted him to because there is a tire center 1 minute from my house and I can just go there to get it checked out. So he followed me to the tire center right by my house and then left. The tire center got it up to 35 psi no problem and they were done in under 5 minutes. Whoever I had today needs to learn how to use his tire pump. He also had a cigarette lit when he opened my car door to check the odometer so now there is a minor smell in there. Hope to have better luck next time.

Great customer service here. was able to get in and purchase the tickets I needed and get information I requested and was on my way with in a few minuets. They have a lot information about the Sandusky area.

I highly recommend Sandusky AAA on Milan Rd., Route 250. The employees are friendly & go out of their way to be of assistance. I always browse their newest, latest travel accessories in addition to relying on them to create triptiks for our road trips.

Needed quick roadside service. Lucky Towing & Recovery showed up within 15 min. Diagnosed the problem, gave us some tips and we were on our way in another 30 min. Thank you AAA and Lucky Towing!

Very nice, we were well take care of at the store. We buy all of our luggage from AAA for all of our family members. Better product and service from AAA than the department stores.

Its always assuring to know that whenever I need help with any sort of travel plans, AAA in Sandusky will offer sterling assistance, especially from Robin.(However, everyone working there is a gem.) Why go anywhere else?

Let me preface this by saying i have never left a bad review anywhere in my life. I requested battery services to come and give me a new battery becsuse all of the auto stores in the area were closed at 9pm on a Saturday except for one, who didnt have my battery type. They sent a local towing company both times that could not provide the service I required. So, this morning I had to call an actual towing company, through AAA, that could tow me somewhere, because my tire is flat in addition to my battery being unable to start my car. I was also sent to 2 different AAA locations on the phone before I was able to receive any kind of service. I dont know whats going on with the AAA in Sandusky, but I do know that iveI never had this many problems with the AAA in Toledo. Very poor service.

I have had occasion to seek out services at AAA offices from Ohio to Oregon and I can honestly say the Sandusky Ohio office is outstanding. The Staff is exceptional and they make each visit pleasant and rewarding.

Aweful service. Employee annoyed that we were there. Kept huffing every time we had a question. So disappointed that AAA would hire an employee like that. Would highly suggest not going to at least this location
