Have had trouble making payment for insurance since covid 19. Have called and left several messages and have had no return call in almost 2 months. Now i need to find a new company horrible communication skills they never returned a call to add husband to account as well very poor service. Would never recommend to anyone!!!!!

I have had better customer service, and I have had much much worse. If they had listened to me when I spoke, there would have never been a problem. They didnt. A problem came up from owning my dogs. I was broke into three times. Twice, I was cleaned out. Then I bought the dogs. I was broke into once after, only this time the only thing that I was cleaning was blood out of the carpet. The crooks even shut the door behind themselves. I think they would have even locked and barred it if they could to get away from the dogs. Thanks to the hounds all my stuff was wear I left it. So, when my insurance company wanted to dump me because of the dogs that I spoke about a great length in the office in the past... I decided to keep the dogs, and my stuff and dump the insurance as well as the agent. Had he listened to me about the dogs when he signed me, I might have let him quote me with another firm he represented, but when he acted surprised that I owned 2 pit bulls, I realized he never did listen. Oh well.
World Class Customer Service. Since I have been driving Dan has always made this process easy and relaxing. No pressure environment. Looking forward to spending many more years with Dan at this establishment.
I would not deal with gildenmeister insurance...or travalers insurance we got screwed bad.
