There is always someone in the office during business hours and sometimes even after hours and they are always competent to answer questions. Everyone I have ever dealt with was friendly and worked hard to get the answers to any questions I might have. Dave works hard to make sure he gets you the best rates whether it is auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance or a combination of all of those.I will be staying with Dave Haerr.

Had AllState motorcycle insurance for 2 years. In that time my premiums basically doubled even though there were no accidents or tickets nor changes to credit justifying this increase. Moreover, when policy was set to not renew online, this company kept policy renewed beyond the typical 15 day limit for 3 months, incurring charges. In striving to resolve this with their customer service, was told there would be no charges, and this was a setting/mistake on their end. Lo and behold, 2 months later getting bills and they are not going away, forcing me to pay for a policy I did not use. Steer clear of this location and Allstate in general as their are options with better coverage costs as well as service.

Definitely the best experience Ive ever had with a insurance company. Very helpful and nice they make everything so easy. David and Tony Haerr are some of the best agents you could ask for!

This is an excellent agency to work with. They have handled any needs, issues, policy changes, or questions we have had in a professional and timely matter. They seem to truly care about their clients. They made us a yearly appointment to sit down and go over our policy in order to ascertain that everything was up-to-date, and that we were getting everything we needed from our policy. I would highly recommend this agent.
